Remember to do your observation reports and comment on the remarks of other writers. Beyond the fact that this is very helpful for the author being critiqued, it will also earn you another 10 points for each report back to us. If you're rushed for time you can copy a snippet of your critique and paste it there, and just comment agree or disagree with other reports. 

INTRODUCTIONS

I'd like to encourage everyone to go read the latest introductions in the 'First Participation Challenge' chapter. There are some great new ones, particularly one by Stephan (sdfrost61) our newest member, which is pretty funny and serious at the same time. I'd also like to encourage any of you who haven't, to please introduce a writer in that chapter. It's never too late to earn those participation points. I'm enjoying reading them, if nothing else! haha ;)

THE SCHEDULE

I'm giving the August 17-31 participation slot to Matt who worked his butt off to get both critiques done before going on vacation and really gave a stellar effort. He also wrote an excellent introduction, so he deserves it. 

Remember, spots are assigned based on participation. If you're wondering why you don't have a spot on the schedule, it's likely that you haven't participated. If you have participated, but didn't let me know, then please let me know :) Then you'll get your spot. 

The Participation Spots for September are still free, so the first person to achieve 100 points can have one if they want.
