November 11th is a day when poppies bloom on lapels. As we celebrate veterans and soldiers fallen on the front of many past wars, November 11th is also the day to celebrate the form of paper folding art, also known as Origami.

From thousands crane folding, to pray to the gods above, to a little Yoda on a desk, origami is not only an interesting craft, but it can also help reduce stress and build self-esteem.
