I woke up in my bed, again. it was early morning and the sun was just rising. I got up and walked into the main room to see everyone asleep on the couch and floor. I grabbed some blankets from my room and placed them one all the sleeping people here. landon and hanna wereon the couch while emma was slouched against the wall and baike was by my door. I placed a blanket on emma and another one on landon and hanna. I went back into my room and grabbed my personal blanket. when I came back out, baike was awake and making coffee in the kitchen.

"morning, Faith," he said with a bright smile.

"mornin', baike," I said to him with a slight frown.

he too the blanket from me and wrapped it around my arms like I was cold. I still  had my sweatshirt on from the day before when baike fed me some of his blood to heal my vampire bite. hes really a vampire? I thought.

"im actually half vampire, sweatheart." he chuckled.

"wait, did you just call me 'sweatheart'? and how the hell did you know what I was thinking?" I questioned him.

"i can apparently read your mind somehow and I don't know why I called you that, Faith," he said.

"weird. maybe its because I was bitten by a vampire and then drank blood?"

"how would you know how vampirism works?"

"theres something called the library and the internet and books and knowledge, baike."

"Faith, hows your bite?"

"it doesn't hurt, I think."

"you think?"

"i don't usually feel pain, I think I get it from my dad or something."

"ok. anyways, you shouldn't be around anyone bleeding or any blood."

"im not a vampire, I think."

"maybe you are?"

"what you mean?"

"after a vampire bites a human and the human drinks vampire blood, the human becomes a vampire."

"you half vampire though."

"that's the weird part, since you drank my blood, which has human and vampire dna, you shouldn't be a vampire."

"a vampire who turned the human can read the human's thoughts and the turned human can read the vampire's thought." I said.

"could you possibly be already part vampire?"

"i don't know."

hanna was slowly waking up so we had to leave the vampire topic there. the coffee was done so I grabbed a cup and filled it. I added some coco powder and Hershey coffee creamer. I took a sip of it and served myself some cereal. hanna pushed landon off the couchand he woke up with his nose hitting the hard floor.

"what the hell, hanny!" exclaimed landon has he held his nose. it was bleeding and I could smell it, unfortunately.

"im so sorry, landy! it was an accident," hanna apologized.

"QUIET DOWN, IM TRYING TO SLEEP!!!!" yelled emma as she slipped down the wall to the floor.

"shes in a bad mood," baike said, pointing at emma.

"lets get to school soon, I hear theres a surprise for the first couple there," I said, winking at baike.

landon and hanna left in a hurry and emma followed them. I finished my coffee and cereal, Baike fell asleep on the couch and i went into my room.  when I sat on my bed, I saw two blood red eyes staring me straight in the eye, I stayed calm and let my eyes change to the same color. it was easier this time for some reason and I could actually control it. I felt fangs appear in my mouth. I heard someone coming and my fangs disappeared and my eyes went back to their normal blue color.
