Joker's eyes fluttered open as the sun rays hits his face. He grunted, rubbed his head from a slight pain. He looked around, this isn't my house, he thought. He look more and saw Hachi and Akai sleeping on a few boxes. Have they been searching until they fell asleep? Seems like it. He got up and his clothes were a bit dirty but not much. Just dusty.

He looked around the room. It's a bit more clean than yesterday. Yesterday it hasn't been touch at all so dust particles were everywhere. Joker picked up a few boxes until he found a small box labeled, Phoenix. Phoenix? That's Akai's nicknamed but the box is very old. Probably around 20 years old. He gently open the small cardboard box and shook.

Akai got up after he heard a voice. Looks like they all fell asleep throughout the night as well. He saw Hachi sleeping on a pile of old clothes and he chuckled. He placed Hachi in a more comfortable position before looking at Joker examining something. A small box? He walked closer to him.

"Joker, you okay?" He asked. Joker shook his head.

"Akai, I found it." He said and showed Akai the content of the box. It's a picture of Akai as a baby, and his parents with a bird, Phoenix. Wait, Phoenix?

"What?" He examined more and found something else. Him and Phoenix were playing and... He combined. He has no cross eyes as a baby. Is this how he got cross eyes? He checked more and more evidence proves it. He shuddered. He's a Phoenix. Combined by a Phoenix. How... Confusing. Joker looked at Akai.

"Akai? Are you okay?" He asked worriedly. He wasn't so sure but he felt like he and Phoenix combined. Akai looked around and grab a piece of paper. He closed his eyes and a fire came out, affecting the paper and burn it down. Akai was surprised. Hachi woke up and saw everything. He was scared.

"It's okay, Hachi. I'm here." Joker said and took Hachi in his arm. Akai sighed.

"No wonder they say I'll find out... I'm half Phoenix half human. This is bad and dangerous." He said and curled into a ball shape, crying. No wonder he has a fear of water on his skin. He's sensitive to it. He's fire. Joker tried to calm him down until a book fell down on his head. Akai chuckled a bit and Joker groaned.

"You got hit by knowledge." Akai said laughing. Joker huffed as he pick the book up. An album.

"It's another album?" He open the book and shock. His parents and a few more people. Akai's parents. They knew each other? How come he never remember this? Then again, he was a baby so it make sense. Akai looked at the pictures and smiled.

"Looks like we met as babies. Who knows maybe we just snuggled together." Akai giggled. Joker blushed at the thought. Snuggled together?! His mind went to the wrong path and shook.

"Um, can we eat first? I'm hungry." Hachi said. Then, everyone's stomach grumble from hunger. They all laughed it out as they got out from the attic, with a light of eyes looking at them sharply.

Hachi went to started cooking while Joker and Akai changed clothing. They both had to take a shower but they didn't want to wait long. So Akai smirked and pulled Joker into the bathroom smiling.

"How about we take a bath together?" He smirked. Joker blushed hard.

"Why?!" He asked.

"Well maybe we can recall our childhood?" He smiling. Joker couldn't handle it.

"No! Besides we were babies that time!" He said and tried to get out from Akai's grasp. But the redhead pulled him closer and Joker can feel his body and abs. Abs?!

"Joker, just once okay? I promise we won't do it again if you don't want to. Promise." Akai said as his eyes glowed fiercely. Joker gulped and nod his head. They both changed and went into the bathtub. Luckily the bathtub is big enough for the two of them. Joker blushed while Akai hugged him from behind. They both sat down in the tub as the showerhead shower them with water. Akai tried to bear the water and luckily it's warm water. That should be okay. Huh, looks like he can control the fire in him and made him as if he wasn't sensitive to water.

Joker washed his hair with the shampoo and Akai scrubbed the scalp of Joker with gentleness and care. Joker almost moan by it but managed to shut his loud mouth from releasing it. Akai already knew and keep on scrubbing before rinse it off. He grabbed some soap and washed Joker's body, almost tickling Joker and making Joker just want to get out from the tub. Joker knew it's sexually but he unfortunately liked it. Why? It's from Akai of course.

After the shower they both got out with clothes Akai had prepared for them. Akai wore a white shirt with red flames pattern and black shorts while Joker wore a red shirt and navy blue pants. Weird combination but that's the fresh pair he got. Hachi finished making breakfast and they all ate before the smaller boy went for a shower. Akai decided to talk to Joker to kill some time.

"Hey, Joker. How does it feel?" He asked. Joker blushed.

"Feel what?" He asked, pretending not knowing anything. Akai smirked as he pulled Joker closer to him, beside his ear. Joker can feel Akai's warm breath near his ear and a husky tone.

"When I scrub your head. You like it don't you? Then when I touch your body gently caressing it. Your slim, curve body." He flirted. Joker blushed and pushed Akai away, making the redhead laughed.

"Oh my God look at you! You just blushed hard! Hahahaha!" He said. Joker got angry that Akai teased him like that. He picked up some of his stuff and rushed out from the house towards his home. Akai got surprised and rushed towards him, only to see Joker got taken by a few people. He was angry.

No one can take his property.

Joker got thrown in the alleyway, a few gangsters and perverts looked at him mischievously. Joker tried to scream for help but they covered his mouth easily. He couldn't move. At least, not his body. He twist and turned but nothing happen. He just pinned harder. His mind wondered again, especially to Akai.

Save me!! Help me!!

A rock was thrown on one of the gang members especially to the leader. Akai was standing there, looking the gangsters and perverts evilly. He picked up a few more rocks, making it into fire pebbles before shooting it towards them, without hurting Joker. He picked Joker up and rushed towards Akai's home where Hachi was waiting for them worriedly. All of Joker's stuff was safely brought back here. Joker teared him as his body was covered in scratches and perverts touch. Akai snuggled Joker and calmed him down. Hachi brought a fresh cloth to wipe the scratches and patch it up. Joker smiled.

"Thanks. I'm sorry I ran away like that." He said with guilt. Akai smiled and hugged him.

"It's okay, Joker. You're safe now." He said and Joker smiled again. Hachi looked at them happily. A pair of eyes looked at them menacingly.
