Sunset's pov

"Sunset, Pinkie pie, rarity, rainbow dash, applejack, fluttershy, twilight sparkle. Please meet us at the office." Vice principal Luna called us.

-at the office-

"Girls, I would like you to help us prepare for the friendship games." Luna said to us. "Rarity and pinkie pie, you are in charge of the attire. Rainbow dash and applejack, you train the students who are participating. Fluttershy, make banners for the cheering squad. And sunset shimmer and twilight......." Luna looked at us in the eye "I want you to make sure that there will be no more magic stuff that will happend during the games. We don't like this year to be like last year. Do you understand what I want you to do?"

Twilight and I looked at each other and replied to the principal "we would do our best. We won't let you down!"

Vice principal Luna smiled "I'm glad to hear that. Now go and work on your assigned tasks." She said as she opened the door for us and waved. We waved back as she closed the door.

"Ok! I guess we are going to work now. See ya later girls!" Rainbow dash said while dragging applejack with her. "We better be going to, darling. Bye!" Rarity said and walked away with pinkie pie. "I'll come with you, if it's not too much trouble. I don't really wanna work this with the animals. They'll just mess up." Fluttershy said. "Okie dokie, flutters! You are welcome to stay with us at rarity's place." Pinkie pie replied while hopping around.

They all went out and I was left alone with this world's Twilight Sparkle. She adjusted her glasses and mentioned for me to come with her to the library.

"Why do we have to go there?" I asked.

"You'll see." She replied with a mysterious smile.

She opened the door to the library and went to a secret door. She unlocked the door with a key and entered the door. I followed her inside.

It was a small laboratory with lots of nerdy stuff. "Cool!" I exclaimed. I looked at a nicely arranged bookshelf. It was filled with books about science stuff. Some are about magic.

Twilight sat down on a chair and carefully reached for a small device that looks like the one that she has before. "This is a magic tracking device. It doesn't absorb magic like the one I made before, but it tracks it so we can know where it's coming from." She explained. "That means, whenever someone is using magic, we can track him/her and prevent the magic weird thingies from happening. Like what I did....." She looked down for a moment then shrugged it off and handed me the device.

"I believe that you should be the one holding this. Since you came from equestria and all." She said. I hung it over my neck (because it has a strap, duh). "Thanks, twi! You're learning more about magic and you are doing a good job!" I complimented her.
She blushed and scratched her head, bashfully. "Thanks." She mumbled.

BTW, while we were at the library. I felt like someone is watching us...........

Nikki's pov (3 days later)

Auditions for the friendship games is today! The more I learn about the games, the more excited I am! This year, there will be 3 categories. First one is talent, second is the academics, and the third one is the archery, motor cross, and roller skate thingy!

The canterlot students will be staying here for 5 days! I can't wait to make new friends! I hope they will be nice and not snooty like other high schools. (BTW, I am studying at WCD high school now. Yes! I am in high school already!)

Oh my! My turn to audition already?

~TIMESKIP AUDITION~

OMG! OMG! OMG! I'm in the team! Woo-hoo! I'm so happy I'm can do my snoopy happy dance! *insert dance*

I Chloe, Zoey, and Brandon made it to the group too! I am very happy for them.

Then I remembered that I have to help make banners. Oh no! So, I ran to the art room as fast as I could.

When I arrived, I saw a Marcy waving at me. I waved back.

"Hey Nikki! I'll be helping you making banners. This is going to be so much fun!" Marcy remarked.

"I love doing crafts like this! Come on! Let's get started!" I happily said to her.

We painted and decorated beautiful banners. I let Marcy do the writing with words since her handwriting is better than mine. Me, I do most of the decorating. We added lots of glitters!

By the time we were done. We were very satisfied of our work. We give each other high fives and roll up the banners. We will be giving it to the janitors to hang up later.

I have a feeling that this is going to be a fun event!
