Mackenzie's pov

So I spied on Nikki maxwell and the mane 6 even at her house! I know, it's trespassing, but I just want to know Nikki more and what her life is like. (Author: really?) (yes really, miss author, sorta......)

I climbed the tree and I peaked at the window to see if they are asleep. Yep! They are all happily sleeping on the floor with their sleeping bags. Eww! I hate sleeping on the floor with uncomfortable sleeping bags! When I host a sleepover each of my invited friends gets a comfy bed. Letting them sleep on the floor is not a proper sleepover thing. (Yeah, but that's the point of sleepovers for me, besides bonding with your friends that is)

I called Adagio "Adagio, they are now all asleep." I said through the phone

"Excellent! Now wait for Sonata and aria to help you with the plan. Now don't disturb me. I need my beauty sleep." She hissed and ended the call.

After a few minutes, aria and sonata showed up.

"I'm so excited!" Sonata exclaimed a bit too loudly. Aria and I glared at her. "Shhhh! You'll wake them up!" Aria shushed sonata.

Suddenly, somebody woke up. We quickly hid behind the branches filled with leaves of the tree. None of us dared to say a word or move a muscle.

Sunset's pov

I woke up in the middle of the night at the sound of something moving. I quickly looked outside the window since it seems to be coming from outside. Hmmmm, nothing. It's probably my imagination or the tree's branches swaying because of the wind.

I took out my notebook and decided to update twilight sparkle since I haven't written to her for a while.

Dear twilight sparkle,
Hey bff! Don't worry, we will be cautious at handling our magic. I have bad news for you though. The human twilight sparkle made a device that can track magic. We found out that someone is using dark magic and they are spying on us. We don't know who or what is using the magic,but we are trying out best to find out. It's ok, you don't need to go here though. I know you have a lot of things to do there. We can solve this ourselves. I'll update you if something really bad happends. Good luck on your duties! Oh! And I almost forgot to tell you that we are currently in a different place because of the friendship games. We are competing against WCD. Wish us luck!

I closed the book and looked at my friends. A horrible thought came to my head.

The dark magic users will DEFINATELY cause harm to the students of CHS and WCD, especially us. There must be a reason why they are spying on us. Maybe they know that we have magic too and they want to defeat us with their magic. Nothing can ever stop dark magic. I shivered at that thought.

Then I remembered that there is one powerful magic that conquers all, the magic of friendship. Friendship is the reason why i turned away from my past after all! That's also the reason why we  defeated the dazzling so and encouraged Human twilight to become one of us.

Suddenly, the book where I  just wrote moments ago vibrated and glowed. I opened it at once a blank page that now has twilight's handwriting written all over it.

Dear sunset,
I quickly read your letter and write back to you as fast as I could cause this is BAD NEWS! You must figure out who or what is using the magic ASAP before they ruin the games! I'm pretty sure they are after you since you said that they are spying on you. Please be careful! I'm so sorry I can't go there and help you with stuff. All I can say for you girls right now is Good luck! And say hi for my dear friends for me! :)
Twilight sparkle

After reading twilight's letter, I feel sleepy again and went back to my sleeping bag and snuggled in. Hugging the book with me, I closed my eyes and slept again.

Mackenzie's POV

The moment Sunset shimmer falls asleep, we all came out of our hiding place and I sigh with relief. I put my finger on my mouth to signal aria and sonata to keep quiet.

We crawled to the branch near the window. Aria opened the window and we entered Nikki's room quietly. We searched for Nikki's diary.

Yes! We are looking for Nikki maxwell's famous dorky dairy! Why, do you ask? You will find that out later, dear!

Nikki's room is so small! It's just the size of my bathroom that is attached to my room. And everything in there is soooooo cheap! All her stuff only costs about one of my outfits that I wear to school.

After searching (and dodging sleeping bodies) for a while, we finally found what we are looking for.

Aria opened Nikki's bag and inside there is notebooks, a pencil case, a few homework papers, coloring materials, her geometry book, and THE DIARY! I almost squealed with excitement. I didn't, but sonata did.

Aria put her hands on sonata's mouth to shush her while I grabbed the diary and scanned it.

Aria grabbed my hand "We can do that later! Come on! Do what you are supposed to do and let's get out of here!" She hissed

I quickly tore some pages of the diary and placed it inside miss shimmer's bag. Then we got out of there ASAP.

"I'm glad that we weren't caught!" I said when we are safely outside of the maxwell's house.

You think what I have done is horrible? Well, that's actually just the beginning, dear!

We ran to the school and entered through an open window.

"Trespassing sure is our hobby today." I muttered.

"Oh! Who cares?" Sonata said. Aria just smirked.

Aria and sonata plastered the diary entries around the school while I took pictures of them. Why did I do that? You are asking too many questions, you nosy little reader. This is none of your business. Now get out and continue reading! (Mackenzie! Don't shoo the readers away!)

After setting our plan, we ran back to my house where adagio is. She, sonata and aria is staying at my house for a while.

Be prepared Nikki and mane 6! What? We are being horrible?! We are just stretching, dears! We haven't even use the dark magic properly yet! MWAHAHAHHAHAHA!
