Third..I must apologize once more because I didn't make it back to you last night. I was dealing with my mom on a situation that she is being very stubborn about....her health. Yeah, so - that took my time but ....I tried to  make up for the time lost in this video. It is roughly 34 minutes long so if you have the time to watch it - please do.  I'm not being too silly in it - it's just me talking myself and you through fear and how to compete with yourself versus other people.
