I made my way to the council chambers, walking in with my head high, shoulders straight, full of determination.  The council members' distinguished figures of wisdom and experience  were already gathered around a long polished table. Their eyes met mine when I  entered, a mixture of curiosity and expectation shining their gazes.

Taking my seat at the head of the table I felt a surge of confidence. This was my moment to prove myself, to show that I listened attentively. I sought to understand I was a figurehead, but a leader of making sound decisions.

The discussions began, each council member offering their insights and opinions. Their voices blended together, a symphony of perspectives that I listened to- to understand the nuances of each argument and the potential consequences of every choice.

As the debate unfolded I found my voice rising,  my arguments taking shape. I presented my ideas with conviction, drawing upon the knowledge I have gained of studying history and governance -the council members listened intently their expressions shifting.

Hours passed as delved deeper into  the matters at hand. Compromises were made, alliance's formed and solutions emerged from the collective wisdom of the council. It was a true collaboration, a testament to the strength of our United purpose.

By the end of our meeting, a plan had been forged a path forward illuminated , the council members nodded in agreement, their confidence in me evident. It was a small victory,  but a important one. Together we had to take the few steps towards a brighter future for our kingdom.
