I love watching the night sky
It's filled with quiet and peace
Just gazing up at it
Provides me with some release.

Mixed with the combinations
Of colours such as black n blue
Every night it's a different shade
Giving quite an artistic view.

How when the sky's really dark
The moon seems to shine extra bright
Though filled with multiple craters
It glows a beautiful silvery white.

The stars that always twinkle
Forming every shape and constellation
It's funny how those little things
Turn a plain sky into an eye-catching creation.

The moon along with the stars
Is such an ethereal pair
And whenever we look up
Everyone cannot help but stare.

One of my favourite topics in writing and seeing. Doesn't matter how many times I see the sky at night, it always leaves me staring at it.
