Trembling in fear hands shaking i slowly peeked around the corner

This thing came around the corner that exact same time i did and crawled on all fours to my kitchen its body bent in ways no human should ever try to accomplish

Yanking my head back I sucked in a breath

Gawd I wish that demonic being wasn't my mother panting softly but quietly I took out a bullet and pulled out a hand gun from my jacket pocket and placed it in clicking it into place

Things got very quiet after that so i took a moment to risk a peek around the corner

Only to find out the thing was right infront of my face...
