«Lucy's POV»

I felt the pieces of Glass cut my skin. Why was Natsu doing this?.

As I screamed in pain, and my consciousness slipping away. I managed to hear another voice.

"Natsu! What'd you do?!" Yelled someone.

"I don't know Gray! Help me take her to the hospital!!" Natsu yelled.

I felt Natsu carry me, "Luce...i'm so sorry..." He spoke, his voice shaking with fear.

Sadly, sorry ain't gonna solve anything. I just want my mother and father back.

It tears me apart that Natsu did this to me when we just met.

He'll pay once I get healed...

Natsu's POV

I'm scared. Yeah I was jealous, but I slapped her AND hit her with a glass bottle.

Few minutes Later, the ambulance had arrived.

I regret everything I did

They took Lucy to the operation
Room.
"Natsu..."
Gray spoke. "Gray I--", he punched me
In the face.
"You f***ing dumbass!. Who goes around slapping girls and hitting them with a glass bottle?!?".
He yelled causing everyone to stare at us, especially me.
"You're lucky Erza isn't here!".
"It wasn't my intention to hurt her!"
I yelled, "Oh, it sure looked like you didn't considering she had glass stuck to her face!.
Natsu you are so
Innocent!!!".
After a while of lecturing, the doctor came.
"Ya brats are friends with Lucy child?",
The old geezer asked.
Of course I responded by standing up quickly.
"Hey Gramps, can I see her?!"
I yelled.
"Yes. We gave her an operation... We fixed her face, but she has scars that are visible".
"Tell me where her room is!", he pointed to one all the way down, and I ran towards it.

Natsu's POV still.

I scurried over to her room. A part of my head says I don't deserve to see her, but the other says I have to.

I reached her room, I slowly opened her door and I was shocked.

There laid Lucy, with a scar in her eye, another one in her cheek, and some scratch marks in her other cheek.

I sat next to her bed and gently stroked her hair. "This is my fault...".

Her scar in her cheek looks like it would re-open if she moved a bit.

I laid my head in her stomach as my tears fell down hard.

I need one more shot at forgiveness...

I need one more shot at second chances...

Is it too late now to say sorry?

Those words came into my head.
I just want Luce back...

I felt Lucy stir and I quickly looked up at her.

"Lucy!" I spoke surprised. "Natsu...what are you doing here?" She said with some coldness in her voice.

"To visit you, what else?" I said kindly.

Lucy clenched her fist. "Leave, I don't want to see you!" She raised her voice.

My heart felt like it was tearing into shreds. "But--" I was cut off by a slap in the face. "WHAT PART OF "I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU" DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!. NATSU, YOU ARE A STUPID DUMBASS! I HATE YOU!".

She yelled. When she says "I hate you" it breaks my heart. My tears keep coming out, "Lucy..."

I noticed her scar in her cheek re-open as blood came out.

"Your cheek" Lucy winced a bit as she glared at me.

"Leave, you bastard" she spat out.

I nodded my head. "Sorry Luce"

"Don't you dare call me that, f***ing flame idiot" I was shocked at her words.

I guess I turned her like this.

I silently left the room, still crying.

I met up with Gray in the waiting room. "This is what you get you dumbass", I stayed silent and left.

I guess it's too late to say sorry...
