Percy

I knew my mom had been pregnant when I was gone.

I didn't realize how far along she had been until they told me her birthday was in a week.

Yeah...

So I mean, she was walking and everything. Not talking. Like a few words.

That whole thing about my grandparents being dead... I would soon discovered weren't.

It had been Saturday. Percy's first day actually back at work, not on the tablet. He had come here yesterday and Danielle just loved him. She refused to leave him the whole fucking time. When he went to the bathroom, she cried. When we tried to take her from him she whined until she went back to him. And if she went to anyone outside of Percy, it was his boyfriend, Leo. Who was a really sweet dude. He's a bit younger than Percy. A year or so. A demigod. Fought this last war with Percy. He was taking the summer course to see what school was like again. He used to go to school I think. Never in New York. I don't think he said where. But Paul was teaching it, so it'd be interesting.

Paul was working. Orientation for the summer classes. So I'm alone with Danielle.

Somebody knocked. Being I was making food for Danielle after just finishing eating I yelled to just come in as Danielle came running from out of her room. This kid has so much energy, I swear. She almost never takes naps and sleeps perfectly almost every night. Thank gods.

My parents walked in the door.

Thank the gods I dropped the food on the table and it didn't make a mess. Stayed in the bowl. Something she can eat on her own. I cut up spaghetti  as long as I keep an eye on her, she's pretty good with food. Most of the time, that is.

I gave her a spoon to use, which she normally does.

Nope. She just started digging in with her hands.

Good thing I washed her hands...

That kid, I swear.

And my mom and dad were here with my 6 siblings. In which I'm the baby of the family. I knew my siblings lived. Or most of them. But we got seperated and then name changes started happening and we never got ahold of one another. Lost contact.

Last names changed. Kept the first name.

And me and Paul haven't actually gotten married yet. We finally have a date set now with this war stuff over Percy can actually be there. He has to be. He's my kid.

But right now I felt like I was going to pass out or some shit. Like wow...

Everyone started talking and the second oldest one, Kellin of course was Kellin.

"You're not tiny anymore!" He said. "You're actually taller than somebody!"

I just looked at him and slapped him across the head.

"Shut up." I told him as Danielle finished her spaghetti, just covered in sauce and she ran over to us.

"Grama.' She said, walking up to my mother.

She figured it out pretty quick as she put her arms up, wanting up.

"How about you get cleaned up first." My mother suggested as I grabbed the wet wipes. Her birthday was tomorrow.

"How old are you?" Ruby, the oldest out of us. Two years older than me. We have a set of triplets, her, and I'm a twin to Avril.

"Can you tell them how old you're turning?" I asked Danielle as I finished wiping her down, and she put up one finger. One thing we did teach her. Since she doesn't want to say one, she wants to say 3. But shows one.

"Free." She said, meaning three.

"That's not three." My dad informed her.

"One." I told Danielle. "Not three. One."

I was pregnant again. Not too far along. A month. This time it had been an accident that I had gotten pregnant, we had meant to have Danielle. Percys gone so often now and between camp, work, and school its like he's almost never home and even this summer he won't be staying here. Something that's ours. Our kid, not just my kid.

And on of the triplets are Emily. She had been married once. Guy died in military she said. So her last name changed to Zhang and her son walked in. Whatever.

A few hours go by. They're still here. Percy was picking up something for us for the party tomorrow that we forgot since it was five minutes from where he works and Emily's son is Frank. Frank Zhang.

Percy walked in and at first whatever. No big deal.

I guess they knew each other. Percy went into what was still his room and Frank went in a minute after him and I don't know what he tried doing. But it just pissed off Percy so bad.

"Just let me-" Frank was sounding kind of controlling, like he was forcing Percy to do something.

"No!" Percy snapped at him. "You ruined my Christmas, you broke Hazels heart, you enraged the whole dam camp, and you wonder why we kicked you out of both camps year around? Just keep in mind-"

Something made him shut up for about 10 seconds.

"I had to." Frank told him after those ten seconds.

"No." Percy told him. "You're sick, Frank! You disgust me. I don't want you anywhere near my little sister or my mom.'

Percy walked out of his room and left with out a word. Frank didn't come out of Percys room after that until him and Emily had to leave. When they were gone we ended up calling where Percy was and Grover had answered. Percy hadn't gotten back quite yet.

"Is there something going on in between a Frank Zhang and Percy?" I ask Grover. He'd know. "Mainly anything at Christmas.'

"Yeah." Grover told me. "Kind of.'

Danielle was sleeping at the time. It was 9:45. Paul just getting home. Orientation ended at 8 plus cleanup and then the drive.

"Like what?" My Dad questioned. He's protective over his grandchildren.

"So Frank had a girlfriend." Grover tells us. "Christmas Eve, we had just gotten back from the dinner an hour or so earlier and Frank had claimed he forgot a present for Percy in his room in his cabin. So Percy goes to Frank's room with him in which Frank knocked him down onto the bed, with restraints and Percy had been trying to fight back which resulted in violence from Frank to Percy and then after he realized be can't get out and trying to think of over ways... Frank... He stripped him from the waist down and started giving him oral rape. After realizing what he was doing, Percy started screaming which Clarisse and a few of us heard. Nico, fucking livid, literally picked up Frank and brought him to his girlfriend, she found out  and he was sent to the Big House. In which Chiron and Mr.D, after seeing Percy and asking him a few things, seeing how he had been, decided to kick him out. For good. From both camps. Haven't heard from the dude since. Why do you ask? I'm pretty sure if Percy ever sees him again and he dare does to do anything close to sexual he will kill him without hesitation. For a month he couldn't do anything totally alone aside going to the bathroom. He had to have somebody with him at all times it had gotten so bad. He didn't sleep for a week after that. Chiron and Mr.D let Leo stay with him, which I believe is how they got together. I could be wrong about that, though."

That... Sick, for one.

They're cousins.

"That's... Yeah, I agree with Percy." My mother said. "That's just disgusting. That's disappointing."

"How do you know him?" Grover asked us.

"He's Percy's cousin.' I tell Grover. " on my side of the family. Frank's mom is my older sister."

"I..." Grover said. "Good luck. Be prepared for a lot of fighting."

We were having a Fathers Day BBQ here. Three weeks.

This is going to be hell.
