The FootBots were marched to Stockman's laboratory for upgrades. The Shredder was going to use his mind control serum to brainwash Mrs. Heduns, Sara's mother. She would be the perfect bait.

In Fred and Kate's warehouse.

"What are you doing, KC?", Fred said to Kate using his pet name for her that combined the initials of her first name Kate and her middle name, Carmen. "Watching, I know that symbol." She replied. "What symbol?" Fred questioned. "The symbol on the outfits of the people who attacked the zoo." "Well, they are known as the Foot Clan across the nation." Fred said sarcastically. "No, I mean in...a dream." She said. "Yeah, sure. Please don't turn this into one of those situations." Fred said. "Forget it." Kate said as she aided Sara, who was in a sleep state, not quite a coma. Fred had aided Sara's wound from the zoo incident, and had given her pain killers, which had put her in this state. Sara woke up only when she felt the sting of the needle Fred gave her daily to check her blood, Kate then fed Sara a microwaved meal and a vanilla pudding cup, then Sara when back to sleep. Nolla hated the warehouse, and she toke the advantage of being away from the zoo, to scale the area of Manhattan. She was careful of civilians though not careful enough. Nolla was stalking a rabbit for lunch when, she was captured by a FootBot. She would lead the clan to Sara. Kate knew this and she had Fred hack into Nolla's surveillance chip, that was placed on all free rain animals, and Nolla because, she always escaped her habitat to try to follow Kate home. Kate was led straight to Shredder's lair, Kate knew she couldn't leave Sara, because Fred went to spy on the Foot Clan. She waited four days until Sara was fully recovered, three months after being shot. Kate told Sara what had happened, and about Nolla. Kate wanted to leave Sara at the warehouse, because no sane person brings a nine-year old to a war, but Sara was not going to stay home while Nolla needed her help, so Kate brought her.

Sara and Kate stuck around the corner when suddenly she felt someone grab her shoulder, it was Fred. "Boo!" "Ahhhhh!!! Dammit Fred! You almost gave me a heart attack!" Kate whispered harshly. "Sorry." Fred whispered back. Kate just rolled her eyes. Then, he spoke. "Welcome, Ms. Heduns and friends." The Shredder spoke. "You are all foolish for falling for my trap." Suddenly, Sara, Kate, and Fred were grabbed by FootBots. Then, a violet mist fell from the vents, that's all the three remember before blacking out.

Fred, Kate, and Sara all woke up inside a glass dome, Sara and Kate both saw Nolla in a cage over a batch of glowing ooze. "Tell me where the Turtles and their other allies are, or the snake falls." Shredder said staring into the dome. "Turtles?" Kate questioned. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Sara stood quietly as she thought back to the tea party she had in her room with "Mr. Turtle" An imaginary giant turtle, or maybe not so imaginary. That was four years ago, when her father was still alive. Shredder could tell Sara knew something, "Girl," Shredder's spoke, bringing Sara's attention to him, "Tell me what you know." "I know nothing." Sara said, looking down. "Very well." Shredder said as he pushed the button, releasing the cage holding Nolla. "NOOOOO!" Sara and Kate screamed as they watched Nolla fall into the glowing ooze.
