Sakura smiled at him as he focused on the screen pressing the buttons of his controller quickly and hard, Sakura smiled and stayed calm as she glanced at him as his eyes darted from side to side, she smiled and ended the fight with a finishing blow making him groan
"Damnit saku!" He exlcaimed, Sakura giggled at him and patted his shoulder
"Relax its just a game-"
"I can't loose to girl! Again!" He shouted, restarting the fighting game that they had been playing for the past 25 minutes.
"Don't I have an appointment in 5 minutes?" She said, making him huff
"No finish this round first" he grumbled frowning at her, Sakura smiled at him and paused the game
"Come on, love, don't be like that" he frowned at her but nodde,d his phone vibrating making him growl.
"Geez he muttered taking it out and turning it off, making sure he wouldn't be annoyed by the constant texts he was getting from Rin, who had managed to get his number from Obito. Kakashi sighed and quickly hopped into the car that he drove Sakura hopped in beside him on the front passenger side and smiled as he started the engine.
"Rin doesn't like me does she?" Sakura asked suddenly as he made the car role down the drive way, making sure he kept his hands on the steering wheel
"She dos that with every girl who hangs around me" he said sighing "I kinda wish she wouldn't, she was one of the reasons I didn't make any friends back when I was still high school. She scarred everyone off with the rumours that had been centred around me" he muttered quietly, Sakura frowned at him, sad to know that his life had been turned upside down by this one girl who he thought loved him back. Sakura sighed, hand resting on his leg he glanced to her before taking hold of her hand, steering with one had he manoeuvred the car through the lanes and road. She laced their fingers together and sighed
"Why didn't you dump he the moment you saw that she was taking advantage of you?" She asked, he sighed
"Because I was so naive that I didn't think about it.." He admitted quietly, not wanting to think about how she used him to get her reputation up. The car then pulled up to the hospital making Sakura frown
"So your really going to go to the library without me?" He sighed but nodded opening up the car door for her from the outside, he nodded his head
"You have to have this appointment you know, I'm not about to come home seeing you coughing up blood because of bullet fragments that may be still in your chest" he stated sighing locking the car and pulling her into the hospital, his grip was gentle but strong, Strong as iron. She formed at him before taking hold of his hand again,
"Did you ever think you'd see her again?"
"Not after the prom no..." He answered quietly, she nodded and smiled at him. He then dropped her off at kuro's office who gladly took her into the examination room, Kakashi sighed watching from the doorway as he took out his phone and turned it on, only for his phone to vibrate for a good 5 minutes, watching all the texts and missed calls come up as notifications he knew he was in for one hell of a study period with the brunette, sighing he gave Sakura quick kiss on the lips before saying to text him when it was over my she smiled at him and waved, he returned the gesture before leaving to the library, not exactly wanting to be there.

Time skip
Kakashi soon parked the car, dreading the walk into the said meeting place. He rocked up not exactly wanting to be around Rin without Sakura, but he had to deal with it. Sighing he felt someone grab his arm making him tense and look to his arm, the brunt yes arms were slung around his arm like a snake the evil look she was giving him made him shiver internally.
"Hello Rin" he greeted quietly, she smiled a flirty smile before giggling
"Come on! I've set up a place for us!" She exclaimed uppity but quietly, dragging him over to a secluded spot in the corner of the library where they were hidden from view. Groaning in annoyance he sat down on one of the beanbags and looked to Rin, taking out his phone he deleted all the texts and missed call notifications from his phone and turned it off making sure the bir rather was fully on so he'd know when Sakura texted him.
"So.. No Sakura?" Rin asked, a hint of happiness in her voice as the girl tried to sound sad and disappointed. Kakashi shook his head
"Has a doctors appointment" he answered simply, Rin seemed to gasp and go wide eyed,
"F-for what?!" She exclaimed, Kakashi looked at her
"For a bullet wound, she was shot a week ago" Kakashi explained sighing, this would be a long study period..

Time skip

Kakashi and Rin had been studying for the last hour or so, well trying to Kakashi growled, dripping the pages of the book he held on his hand tightly as he tried to ignore the nagging feeling he was getting from Rin staring and smiling at him.
"What is it now?!" He growled at her quietly. She just shrugged with a love stuck look on her face making him glare at her, frowning he took out his phone and looked at it. He was still waiting for a text from Sakura, honestly he was looking forward to getting her, it was then when his phone went off.

Saku: hey. Kuro is going to drop me off at the library, I'll see you in about 10 minutes

He smiled at the text. His fingers moving quickly over the letters as he texted back.

Kaka: cool, I love ya

He smiled to himself again, he didn't know why it felt so good to tell her those three words.. It felt like his chest was warming up when he heard her say it too him. He shook his head, sighing loudly he looked to Rin who was staring at him with annoyed look
"Why is she so much better then me?" Rin asked suddenly, Kakashi looked at her
"Because she's not a cheating bitch like you" he answered plainly making her frown even more
"Well I'm much more better then her, and you know it, you've known me longer then you've known her, why is our relationship so complicated? Why not one kiss Hm?" He gave her and annoyed look before putting his phone back into his pocket and growling
"No, I'm over you, now just.. Get out of my face Rin" he growled at her, he was faced with a girl trying to assert her dominance over him, she had done that once, he want going ti let her do it again. Growled he shoved her backwards making her glare at him suddenly grabbing his jaw and pinning his hands down, she brought him close and smirked.

Shattered

That what her heart felt like it was. One moment she was happy, happy to know that nothing would happen between the two but now she was something she never thought she'd see.. Sakura stared at them., Rin had her lips pressed up against kakashi's, her arms around his neck his hands on his hips, he was staring at the pinkette wide eyed.. Sakura felt hot tears start to run down her face as she stared at the scene before her.. With the sound of books dropping and Sakura running off, tears flooding down her face as she left the library Kakashi couldn't shove the brunette away
"WHAT THE FUCKING HELL WAS THAT YOU FUCKING SLUT!" He roared loudly. His face red in anger as he glared at the brunette so intensely that it made her go pale..
