"I think she mentioned the ruins. The abandoned house outside of the city", Stella tells us through the phone. "Yes, it's used as a meeting point often", Terra nods. "Most of the specialists are drunk. Scar and I take Sky and-", Musa suggests but Bloom interrupts her.

"No one takes anyone or goes anywhere. This could be a trap." "Yes, could be-" "Stella, you're not thinking straight. Beatrix hasn't been seen for days. Rosalind drives away and Beatrix sends you a call for help? How's that logical?"

"That's really suspicious", Flora sighs and I nod but I also know that we have to help her. She means a lot to dad and mom and I also started to like her. We're about to be a family. I'm not letting dad or mom or Beatrix down.

Apart from that, she's a student at this school and we have to help each other even if we didn't like each other. "I don't care about it. We have to do something!" "We talk to Rosalind but uh.. I know a hundred percent that she's in the capital because she's taking care of it."

"How do you know about it?", Stella asks suspiciously and the girls and I are confused as well. "Rosalind said Beatrix has been kidnapped", Bloom admits. "What?!" "Why haven't you talked to us?", Terra exclaims.

"I wasn't allowed to tell anyone. She didn't want to spread panic", Bloom tries to defend herself, "Hey, we all drank something and shouldn't make a decision. Let's go back to the suite and think about something, okay? I'm sorry."

"Fine, you made a decision for yourself and lied to us. Now we make a decision and help someone in need", I say angrily and leave the room already to get Sky and Riven. "Scar!", Bloom calls after me so I turn around.

"What?!", I exclaim harshly, "What about girls supporting girls, friends being honest? After all, you were the last person I've expected to lie to us. This is about my family, Sky's family, a student, a girl in need!"

"Rosalind is going to help her but we shouldn't risk anything right now." "Since when has Rosalind done anything good? She's completely wrapped you around her finger but we can still think clearly. It's funny how you were angry that everyone lied to you but now you lied to your own friends", I state disappointedly and turn around but she holds me back.

I take Bloom's hand on my shoulder and use my mind fairy magic to make her stop. It's crazy to feel others' feelings and be in their subconscious mind but it's also useful sometimes. When I let go of her hand, Bloom turns around and goes back to the others as I've told her. I've heard enough.

"Scar, what's-" "Where's Bloom and-" I quickly interrupt Sky and Riven when I see them and point to the outside. "Get the equipment ready. Beatrix has been kidnapped and we are going to save her", I tell them and Sky immediately drop the thought of Bloom and heads outside.

"What.. How-" "Stella got a message from Beatrix", I explain to Riven. "Are you okay?", he asks furling his eyebrows. Well, it's easy to get in someone's head but I feel guilty for doing it to Bloom. We just have to be quick to save Beatrix. Any minute could be important.

"I had to manipulate Bloom but it'll only last for a few minutes", I tell him but before I can talk about how I feel bad about it, I notice Stephen's look from the other side of the room, "I'll get Stephen and you go to Sky. Us four are the only ones who are somewhat sober."

Riven nods and heads outside as well whereas I approach Stephen. I'm glad that Riven didn't ask about him because he knows how important the situation is and that we don't need a fight right now. "Finally, what I wanted to tell you all day is-"

"I can feel that you're feeling guilty but I don't want to hear your apology, especially not right now. We need to help Beatrix, she's been kidnapped and-" Stephen understands me quickly and makes me stop talking by storming outside. He knows exactly how important every moment is and that we need to save her. That's something I admire about him. He can put others first.

"I thought you were crazy when you wanted to bring the equipment", Riven comments when we've changed our clothes and take our swords. "Yeah, I'm well prepared", Sky states. "You got that from Saul", Stephen adds and I chuckle. "Or you wanted to look a little hotter tonight", I joke and Riven nods giggling.

"Sky, what are you doing? What is this going to be?", Bloom asks nervously storming out. Looks like my magic on her has eased. "What does it look like? We're looking for Beatrix." "Stella has told you?"

"Yeah, she's told me about it and Scar as well. It would have been great if my girlfriend would do it as well", Sky says reproachfully. "Has she told you that it's a trap? The blood witches are trying to get fairies to go there so they can steal their magic."

"We've been training for this, okay? Specialists can kill scrapers while mind fairies save us from blood witches", I make clear but I don't miss Stephen's look. He's worried about me because I'm a fairy as well.

"Don't even think of not letting me go with you", I warn him before he can speak up. "Actually, I think you should stay here", Riven butts in and Stephen nods. „We have the same opinion for once", Stephen nods. "We're soldiers. Just because there's a higher risk for me, doesn't mean that I stay here like an anxious girl."

"Scar's right", Sky adds, "We have better chances with her no matter how high the risk is. We're going to defend each other and no one is going to get hurt." Stephen and Riven look at each other skeptically but nod. "Plus, I get to have Beatrix owe me if I save her", I chuckle.
