Jordyn's POV

It is Sunday at halos tatlong araw ko nang hindi nakikita si Kairo, miss na miss ko na siya. May hinahabol daw kasi siyang projects at may advanced lectures na kasi siya dahil na-exempt siya sa exam ng isa sa mga major subjects niya. Ang galing niya diba? Term break na namin bukas and hopefully he already has the time to spend with me.

Nagpapatugtog lang ako dito ng mga songs but Sanctuary by Joji is repeated. It's funny how all the songs were suddenly about him. I shrugged the thoughts of missing him, maybe tomorrow he'll visit me.

May biglang kumatok sa pintuan kaya napilitan akong bumangon kahit wala akong gana. Pagbukas ko ng pinto agad nagbago mood ko nang makita ko si Kairo na mukhang aakyat ng ligaw. Ang ayos kasi ng itsura pero hello? Kami na kaya.

Agad pumulupot ang aking kamay sa kanyang leeg and he gave me a soft kiss. Pinapasok ko siya sa dorm and after that, I buried my face on his chest. He hugged me tighter before letting me go.

"Why are you here?" I asked and he slowly showed me some tickets. Nagulat nga ako kasi bakit siya bibili ng ganyan?

"Ano yan?" I asked to confirm if what I'm thinking is right.

"It's tickets to Cebu, my family bought it for us."

Mas lalo pang nanlaki ang mata ko. Does his family know about us? Not that I don't want to but I'm not yet ready to meet his high edge family. They might judge me or not like me for him. Even so, I don't need to overthink that because I need to focus on what's happening right now.

"We're going to spend the whole week in Cebu?" tanong ko and he just nodded.

"Dress up, I'm going to take you to the mall. Let's go shopping," sabi niya sa akin at agad naman akong umiling.

"Babe, you don't have to do that," sabi ko sa kanya pero hinatak niya ako papunta sa closet ko.

"Match with me. I want to spoil you, because that's all I could give you... so far" tila natatawa pa sa naisip niya. Bastos.

"Ano na naman nasa utak mo?" I asked in a monotone at humalakhak lang siya.

"Unless you want me to give you a child"

Binato ko siya ng damit. Bastos amputa, pero 'pag siya sure why not? Chos!

I wore red baggy pants with a white tank top. I also layered it with a red cropped jacket. Matchy with boyfriend. This is goals. Pagkatapos kong mag-ayos sumakay na kami sa kotse at nagdrive na siya papunta sa mall. I connected to his car since boring kapag walang sounds.

I still played the song sanctuary because it's really addicting. Nagulat nga ako ng bigla niyang sabayan yung tugtog. "If you've been waiting for falling in love, babe you don't have to wait on me." He has a singing voice. What the hell? Nakakainggit, pero namana niya ata sa Mom niya dahil nakwento niya sa akin na number one singerist si tita Kia sa mga bar noon.

Nakita ko rin yung wedding day ni Tita Kia at Tito Ashler. His dad's angelic voice is soothing, I get why his Mom fell for his father's best friend after getting wounded. But based on the wounds his Mom got from Kai's biological father, it just made me want to cry.

She's a very brave woman. If I were in her position, I couldn't take the pain.

Sabi nga ni Mommy, everyone is going to cause you pain, you just gotta find the people who are worth suffering for. I miss her actually, pero kung babalik naman ako sa probinsya I'm going to miss someone. I'm gonna fucking miss him. He's the reason for my current existence, dati kasi walang meaning ang buhay ko eh. I usually fuck up myself kahit minor ako.

I look like an innocent girl but no, I have so much history that I would not rather talk about. Like getting wasted at the age of 15 because of the people whom I thought were my friends. I smoked nicotine and actually liked it but luckily I stopped that because I want myself to live a life that I'm not going to regret soon.

Pagdating namin sa mall ay agad akong hinatak ni Kairo sa H&M. Ayaw ko sana sa mamahalin na brand pero alam kong magagalit 'tong si ugok. This must be his love language and mine is probably words of affirmation only. Actually, I take back what I've said, Kairo has all of the love languages.

Pumunta muna ako sa pants section dahil doon ako nagkukulang ngayon. Nagbawas kasi ako ng mga damit, iniwan ko yung old clothes ko sa bahay ni Tita. I'll probably donate that to charity or anywhere else para hindi masayang yung mga damit.

I let go of Kai's hand to start choosing the pants I'll buy but he went behind me and hugged me while his chin rested on my shoulder. "Clingy naman pala ang isang Kairo" I joked while looking at the pants that were in front of me and I heard him scoff.

Nakuha ang atensyon ko nitong dark green na paper bag pants pati na ang dark blue cropped linen pants. Kinuha ko 'yon at kumalas sa yakap ni Kai para ipakita sa kanya, tumango naman kaagad siya at kinuha lahat 'yon tsaka mabilis na inilagay sa basket na dala nya.

We walked towards the dress section and Kai was leading the way.

"I'll choose dresses for you, babe. Trust me, you'll look pretty in everything I'll choose" pangunguna nya at tinawanan ko lang naman siya tsaka tinanguan. Sumusunod lang ako sa likod niya habang siya busy na magtingin sa mga dress.

He took a dark gray satin t-shirt dress, plain white flounced chiffon dress, beige shirt dress, light beige lyocell-blend flounced dress, light blue puff-sleeve dress, floral linen-blend dress and put them all in the basket he's holding.

I won't lie, every little dress that he chose is really cute and my style. I really got lucky to have Kai in my life. I must've saved 10 kingdoms in my past life to achieve him.

"Kai, isn't that too many? Ilang araw lang naman tayo sa Cebu. Hindi naman tayo doon titira 'di ba? Hindi mo naman ako itatanan 'di ba?" Tuloy tuloy na daldal ko at tinawanan nya lang ako.

"I don't have any plans to elope with you, babe. But if you want us to run away, I might have a change of plans," he replied at kinurot ko lang ang braso nya.

"Alright, we're done with dresses. Tops and swimsuits?" he said while looking at me and I showed a huge bright smile on my face and proceeded to walk towards the tops section first. "I'll choose my tops since you already chose my dresses" sabi ko sa kanya at tinanguan nya lang ako.

I picked a beige and white collared ribbed tops, dark blue and lavender rib-knit tops, earth-toned broderie anglaise blouse and a floral cropped linen-blend blouse at nilagay lahat sa basket. For the swimsuits, pumili lang ako ng tatlo at dumiretso na kami ni Kai sa fitting room.

To be honest, supeeeeeeeer dami nito kaya good luck nalang po sa bayaran talaga

"I'll go inside with you" He spoke at ayaw pakawalan ang kamay ko. "Magsusukat lang ako, Kai. Ano gagawin mo sa loob, papanoorin ako?" iritang tanong ko naman sa kanya. "Pwede naman, tara na pasok" sambit nya at itinulak ako papasok sa isang fitting room.

"Okay, try everything on," he ordered. "Baka naman gusto mo tumalikod, Kairo Ezequiel" I directly said and he kissed me on the lips before smirking at me. "We're at the fitting room" sabi ko at inikot siya papatalikod sa akin.

I tried every outfit on at lahat naman kasya sa akin tsaka bumagay din. After 30 minutes, lumabas din kami sa fitting room and proceeded to the cashier to pay. Total price reveal, yeeeeeees

The cashier scanned every item and Kai just straightly gave his cardw without even knowing the price. "Miss, how much is it?" tanong ko sa cashier but Kairo spoke, "Don't tell her, Miss"

Tumawa lang naman sa amin ang cashier at pinagpatuloy ang ginagawa nya

"Lagot ka sakin mamaya pagka-uwi, Eugenio" I whispered into his ears. "Woaaah, scaaary. Baka ikaw pa malagot sa akin mamaya" pang-aasar nya sa akin kaya naman inirapan ko lang siya.

After shopping, we ate and roamed around the mall then decided to come home dahil mag-aayos pa ako ng mga dadalhin ko sa Cebu. It will be a busy night for me, but it's fine.

Kairo also told me that he'll be spending the night with me para naman diretso na ang pagpunta namin sa airport kinabukasan. First time sleeping with him, what to expect???

Lumipas ang ilang minuto ng pagddrive ay nakabalik din kami kaagad sa dorm ko. Nagsimula na kaagad ako mag-impake pagkadating na pagkadating.

I played some music and continued packing my things that I will be needing. Dapat kumpleto ko at walang kulang dahil it may be really hassle kapag may kulang na gamit and I wouldn't like that.

Kai is helping me. He's sitting in front of me and folding my clothes while being quiet. Staring at him makes me want to sit beside him and just lay on his thigh. He's home. He's my home. Pakiramdam ko palagi akong ligtas kapag kasama ko siya. Pakiramdam ko wala nang iba pang mas mahalaga kapag nakikita ko siya.

If I were to define love, I would just say his name, Kairo Ezequiel Cordova Eugenio.

After packing ay umupo ako ng maayos sa sahig at nilingon si Kairo. Lumapit ako sa kanya at niyakap siya ulit ng mahigpit and buried my face once again on his neck. Sakto tumugtog naman yung kantang 'Die for you by the weekend'

"I really missed your scent." I told him at inangat ang tingin ko sa kanya. He carried me to the bed and let me sit on top of him. I was about to sit properly on his lap when I bumped my head against the bunk bed so I winced. He chuckled before patting my head and kissed it where I bumped my head.

"Hmm? What do I smell like?" tanong niya sa akin and I smiled and pinched his cheeks before answering. "Sanctuary." He leaned in to kiss me and our kissing was slow and passionate. Until I felt his hand on my waist going up. He looked at me as if he was communicating with my eyes. Am I ready to go further with him? Am I ready to give my all to him?
