Jordyn's POV

Hindi pa rin ako sigurado sa trabaho ko, ilang days pa kami magkakasama ni Kairo sa trabaho for the stupid documentary. He was mad and pissed sa akin but it wasn't even my fault. I mean, hindi ko nga alam kung bakit siya galit sa akin eh.

Was it still because of my Dad that tried to kill Luna's Mom?

Seeing him professionally talk to his manager and secretary as well as the camera crew makes me idolize him even more. He's so determined with his dream back then and he finally has reached it.

Nasa tuktok na siya at patuloy kong sasabihin na proud ako sa kanya. Hinding hindi ako magsasawa doon, even before we saw each other. I've been supporting his Mom's clothing line, and sometimes I eat on certain branches that I know na hindi ko siya makakasalamuha.

Minsan napapaisip ako kung mayroon bang sila nung manager niya dahil I could see the way she looks at him. I am jealous to be honest, kasi that's how I used to look at him and how he looks at me.

We're currently almost done with the interview and I can't help but to take this as an opportunity to ask him if he's single or someone already owns his heart.

"Are you single?" I asked him before shyly looking away. Sana hindi siya magtaka sa'kin na tinanong ko 'yon sa kanya. I was so nervous that I had to fidget with my fingers to calm down. He lightly chuckled before answering.

"I don't have time to date as of the moment, but I would like to settle down when I'm ready." He smiled and then we ended the interview. Umalis naman na siya ng kanyang hotel room as we cleaned our equipment.

Naiwan naman ako kasama ang manager niya, she was glaring at me kaya tinawanan ko siya. "Why are you laughing?" She asked, clearly confused. I looked at her head to toe and she got intimidated by me.

"Railey, right?" I asked before looking at my phone. "You know, you should be less transparent. I could tell that you like him." I told her at nanlaki naman mata niya bago umiwas ng tingin. She scoffed before fixing her hair.

"Why? Do you like him too?" She asked me and I smirked before turning around.

"No, I love him." Umalis na ako sa hotel room and met up with my boss. She looked at me innocently before she grinned. I raised a brow before sitting down.

"You and Kairo used to be a thing?" She asked and I nodded. "That's why you were acting weird, Jordyn. But I must commend you, you still acted professional." I smiled before resting.

Pagbalik ko sa Pinas ay back to normal ako, I get up and work. To be honest, I really miss him. Kahit hindi ko siya gaanong nakita pero alam kong some part of me still wants to see him.

I want to see him, tell him what my heart wants.

I was in my office when I got an Instagram DM and it was from Tita Kia! Agad akong nag panic bago basahin ang message. Ano kaya kailangan ni Tita? Ask questions about the documentary we did in Singapore? Or maybe siniraan ako ni Kairo sa kanya!

@kiaMiranza: Hi Jordyn! How are you? I'm wondering if you're accepting job offers? I heard you're now a journalist. Do you want to be the head of my company's media group?

Agad naman bumilis ang tibok ng puso, she just offered me a job. Bakit kaya? Baka pahirapan ako ni Tita sa trabaho na ibibigay niya sa akin as her way of getting back at me dahil sa mga napagdaanan niya five years ago.

Tatanggapin ko ba? Kasalanan ko naman kasi 'yon eh! I mean, dala ko ang last name ng Daddy ko at siya ang may kasalanan kung bakit siya nagkaroon ng napakaraming problema. Fuck it! I should accept the offer dahil kailangan ko pagbayaran ang mga nagawa ni Daddy.

I took a few deep breaths before replying.

@JordynnL: Hello po Tita. Sure po. Do we have to meet up po ba to sign some contract or agreements?

@kiaMiranza: Punta ka sa office ko bukas, 'nak. Mga 2:30 pm ha, see you then.

I just reacted to her message and placed the phone on top of my chest. She just called me anak? Grabe! She still considers me as part of their family... It feels too good to be true.

The next day I prepared to meet Tita Kia but when I was about to go up the stairs to her office when I saw Kairo looking at me with dark eyes. He held my wrist at medyo nasaktan ako doon pero tiniis ko na lang.

Pinapasok niya ako sa kotse at alam kong maguusap kami ngayon ng matino. "Bakit mo kailangan tanggapin ang trabahong binigay sa'yo ni Mommy? Pwede ka namang umayaw!" Sigaw niya sa akin at napatalon ako ng kaunti dahil nagulat ako sa kanya. Nakakatakot siya pag galit. Kaya ayaw ko siyang galitin. "Tangina, Jordyn. Don't make this hard for the both of us."

"I took the offer of Tita Kia kasi alam kong may atraso pa pamilya ko, lalo na noong nangyari sa insidente." I said in a soft voice and he scoffed before looking at me furiously.

"Hindi mo naman alam ang nangyari pagkatapos no'n. Umalis ka 'di ba? You chose to leave 'di ba?" He sarcastically said and I became anxious, nanginig na din ang kamay ko at napansin niya naman 'yon kaya kinuhanan niya ako ng tubig at iniabot sa akin.

We talked for a bit until I became true to my feelings, "Kairo, mahal pa din kita. Gusto pa rin kita at alam ko sa sarili ko 'yon." Nagulat naman siya dahil sinabi ko 'yon. It's not even part of my plans but I had to do it.

"Imposible 'yan, Jordyn. We just met recently again and you're telling me that you still love me?"

Inabot ko ang kanyang kamay, "When you fall in love Kairo, hindi na mawawala 'yung love na 'yon. Kahit kapag naghiwalay na kayo, hindi mawawala 'yon, it will just slowly fade." Kumunot naman ang noo niya and I probably know what he's thinking about.

"So you mean, you also still love Hiara and Luna?" I shook my head.

"Kai, it's different when it's with you. Masaya kang mahalin, I never felt uneasy when I'm with you. Masayang magmahal kung ikaw ang mamahalin ko." I explained to him and he didn't reply.

Eventually, he accepted the fact that I was still in love with him. Inaya ko pa nga siya na makipag date sa akin eh. I wasn't even expecting that he'd accept my offer but he did.

A bit of hope filled me when he accepted it kasi baka mahalin niya rin ako ulit. I want to get his trust and heart again kasi alam kong sigurado ako sa kanya. Simula't sapul hindi na nagbago ang isip ko.

Siya pa rin talaga.

I was on my bed already half asleep nang tawagan niya ako kaya sinagot ko ito. I miss his voice anyways. "Hello?"

[I told Hiara that we're talking again...] He told me and I was too sleepy to process it quickly. [Don't worry, she's cool with us... talking.] He said kaya medyo nabuhayan naman ako.

"So does that mean that we're back together again?" I asked excitedly and he chuckled.

[Not too fast, Clemente. I still want to spend the whole day with you tomorrow.] He said and I just scoffed.

"Kapag naman tayo na, we can go to multiple dates Kairo!" He didn't answer me.

[I missed your voice,] He told me and I blushed before covering my face with my pillow.

"I missed you not being mad at me." I told him at natahimik naman kaming dalawa. Antok na antok naman na ako kaya nabitawan ko ang cellphone ko. He said something else but I didn't pick it up na.

[I love you, Jordyn.] That's the last thing I heard before I fell asleep smiling.

I spent the whole day with him and I really enjoyed it. Parang balik kami sa dati eh. He was being sweet to me and very touchy and I like that.

"We're going to have a new baby?" I asked excitedly. Pinaguusapan kasi namin na bibilhan niya ako ng bago aso. Kadyn died kasi due to old age and depression.

We are currently at the bookstore because I am going to buy some notebooks, pens and highlighters.

"Proud ako sa'yo, Jordyn." He said to me and I looked at him before giving him a warm smile

"Mas proud ako sa'yo, Kairo. You've reached your dreams already." I said and was about to pay for the things I got but he was too quick to swipe his card.

"Hey! You didn't have to do that."

"I want to." He answered.

Masayang masaya ako sa kanya, we're so close to each other again. We even made love and told each other the three words again.

I'm just excited for us to become official again.

Nasa Nueva Ecija kami and I woke up with his arm around me but he was talking to someone on the phone.

"What?!" He shouted and looked at me and he slightly calmed down. He kissed the top of my forehead before standing up.

"Okay, we're going. Don't do anything about it right now." He said at binaba ang tawag.

Nagmadali kaming dalawa para bumalik sa Manila. Sobrang daming pictures namin all over social media at kailangan naming iclear ang mga rumors na 'yon dahil wala namang kami ni Kairo. Baka masira ang career niya at bumalik kami sa square one dahil nasira ko ang career niya.

I don't want that to happen.

Saglit lang din naman ang tinagal namin sa office niya dahil napansin kong stressed out siya.

"Magpahinga ka okay? And I'm sorry if your name got sucked into my problem." He apologized and I gave him a small smile and kissed him on the cheek to tell them that it was okay

"Okay lang, ingat ka pauwi."

An hour went by and I got a tagged post, I looked at it and it was a post from Kairo.

'Hey everyone, I just would like to address the rumors spreading around. Me and Jordyn Clemente are in a relationship. We've been keeping it for a few weeks now but I do hope that you all will understand :). Please respect her and our decision, thank you.'

Agad naman yumakap sa akin si Kairo. Medyo nagulat nga kami noon na kambal ang dinadala ko sa tyan ko dahil wala naman kaming lahi na may chance magkaroon ng kambal but I guess we're having them.

I'm seven months pregnant and we both know na mabilis lang ang panahon.

And we're right, we were already seeing them leave the house for their first year in high school.

"Keith! Don't forget to try out for the basketball team! I already talked to your coach about it and I know na pasok ka agad sa team." Kairo told our son at umirap naman ito sa amin bago tumango.

"Don't forget to take care of your sister!" I shouted. Bumaba naman ng hagdan si Elara at nakipagbeso sa amin ng Daddy niya.

"Bye Mom and Dad! I love you both," She said and gave us a flying kiss while holding her DSLR camera. She said that she'd be in the photography club in their school.

I smiled and looked at the both of them walking towards the jeepney. Sabi nila ayaw nilang magpababy sa amin kaya hindi na namin sila ihahatid sa school. Besides, we trust them naman.

Sinara na namin ang pinto at agad ako niyakap ni Kairo sa bewang bago ako dalhin sa couch.

"Finally, alone time with my wife." He said and I smiled before kissing him.
