Brrrrrrrrrrr.......
As the buzzing of the bell sounded for the end of the last period for the day, Alyssa took in a deep breath. Today's the day, the day that might change her life. That could let people know that she wasn't some weird ABC wannabe, and while doing what she loved.

After quickly shoving all her books in her backpack. She turned around and met Terra's eyes.

"You ready?" Terra asked, as she strapped up her backpack, while gesturing to the door.

"You betcha!" Alyssa replied back, doing the same, then walking out the door with her friend.

Both of them laughed and joked along, trying to push the crippling anxiety as they made their way to the interviewing room.

As they got there, Alyssa saw a few familiar faces also in the waiting room. She gave them a small nod as a polite gesture, which they in turn returned back with a nod as well.

"Name?" Alyssa heard a stern voice called out. She looked back in front and saw one of the student leaders of the Committee glaring at her, with a name list and a pen in her hand.

"Uh... Alyssa Lee please" she softly replied.

"Mhmmmm...." the Student leader replied back in a monotone voice "Just sit at the corner and wait a bit." To which Alyssa did what she was told.

Alyssa sat down and started having her thoughts crowd herself, what should she say when she did her interview? What if she screws up? What if she wasn't good enough? What if she really was a weird kid?

As the clock continued ticking, her fears and worried started multiplying by the second. Until she heard-

"Alright you guys," The once monotone voice she remembered so well spoke once again, "In 10 minutes you guys are going to go in the interviewing room together. " the student leader said called as she pointed her finger at the group of people, including Alyssa sitting in the desks. "So I'll tell you briefly on how it goes. " she continued. "When you get in, sit by this order- from left to right: Terra, Alyssa, Cheryl, Joyce, Erica and Stephana. Everyone got that? Okay." She let out a big breath as she put down her paper and walked toward the chalkboard, holding with her a piece of chalk. As she got near, she started madly drawing diagrams and the seating plans on the dark canvas.

"The interview is going to last for around 30 minutes if there isn't any delays of some sort. What we expect from you in this in the interview should be the BEST of the BEST," she continued,emphasising the word 'Best',

"Don't make us disappointed. "

As she finished up with the other miscellaneous stuff, a bell rung out from the neighbouring room~ the interviewing room.

"Oh well, there goes the bell" The student leader said softly. She then faced all the others in the room "Okay you guys," She called "it's time. Please make you way to the room next to us on the left hand side, may you do well on the interview. "

Alyssa heart beated as rapid as it can get. Without her noticing, the anxiety is slowly clawing it's way back to her mind and heart. As she followed the others in the room, she drew a deep breath and went in.

"Let's do this."
