Violets POV

I woke up feeling refreshed this morning. No throwing up, no bad dreams, no fear. It felt great. I sat up on my bed and started walking towards the door.!

I stepped with my left leg and colapsed, letting out a loud squeal. All of a sudden Aris rushed in. "Violet,Are you ok??!" He asks looking around.

"Help." I say shyly while laying on the ground. He looks down at me in pity, then helps me up. I hold on to his shoulders for support. "Thanks." I say shyly, standing on one leg. Aris smiles.

----------Time skip----------

I had to get around with cruches. I saw people whispering and laughing. I rolled my eyes, Ben laughed. "Haters be watchful of the shady teen. She'll cut you down a few feet with just with a single eye roll." He joked. We all laughed.

"Who knew Ben had a sense of humor?" Ava joked. We all stared at Ben smirking. "Stop." He said sternly. We laughed.

It was all fun and games until Pepper showed up. "SoOo whatcha' laughing about Benny boy~" she asked battering her eyelashes. Ben stared at me.

"Ben..if you want me to help all you have to do is asks..not glare" I say sassily. The others snicker, then go their seperate ways. I stay beside Ben. "Ugg. Can you take you and your clicking somewhere else?"

"No." I reply annoyed. "How'd you even get crutches anyway?" "None of your concern." "Did you do something stupid?"
"If you ask me anymore questions I might just show you with a physical experience."

"Violet." Ben scolds,while staring me down. I look at the floor. Pepper giggles, grabs his arm, and bumps my crutches. It hits my bad leg causing me to lose my balance and fall on the floor.

"Ow ow ow! My leg!" I say in pain. Ben picks me up bridal style. We looked at each other and blushed. "Are you ok?" He asked, quoting the first time we met.

I giggled. "My arms and leg still hurt, but other than that.. still tired." I quote. We both burst out laughing.

---------Time skipe-------

I was in P.E. We were doing an opsicle courses and gymastics. I couldn't participate due to having a broken leg.

Everytime I looked up Pepper was showing off to try and impress Ben. He would look at me and cringe, I'd giggle and he'd smile.

I finally got tired of sitting. So I did a hand stand so blood could circulate. I started off with two hands then switched to one. I heard clapping I turned my head and saw students looking at me in awe.

I did a slow back bend to stand upward. I heard more clapping and whistlin. I blushed and sat back down on the bench. "I believe you are supposed to be resting, Ms. Violet." The P.E teachers says.

"Sorry coach, I needed to streatch." I apologized. He smiled, then told everyone to take a quick break. Ben walked over to me. "How's it going so far?" He asks. I shrug, he sits on the floor beside the bench I was sitting on.

I hand him my water bottle. "Thanks." "Anytime, Scars." I say as I pat his head. Pepper comes over. "Soo Ben what did you think of my performance~" she asks twirling her hair.

"It was ok...but not as good as Violet if she didn't have crutches"
Ben says. "Hey! I'm just as good without crutches, thank you!" I reply sassily. He chuckles.

"Who knew a short person could be soo fiesty?" Ben jokes. "That can classify for the both of us." I say smirking. "I'm still taller than you." Ben says. "Yeah, Yeah, whatever." I say. Ben smirks.

Scarlet's POV

Danny was creeping up behind Violet. Not wanting to could his plan I kept her destracted.

"Is it hard to walk around in crutches?" I asked. She death stared me. Just then Danny grabbed her by her waist and was holding her by his side. She squealed, out of shock.

She squirmed. "Daniel Rand if you don't let me go right now..." She threatened. "Ben help me!" She pleaded as she reached for me.

I put my hand out far enough so she couldn't reach it. She growled.

Violet's POV

I jerked hard enough for Danny to lose grip so I could grab Ben. When I did I flipped him over my shoulder causing him crash into Danny, which made both of them fall down. While I landed on the bench.

"Ow!" Ben said getting up and standing infront of me holding his arm. "Oh My Gosh! Ben are you alright?" Pepper asks worried checking his arm. He winces.

I help Danny up. "You are you alright Dan?" I ask. He smiles and nods. "Sorry." I say as I rub the back of my neck. "Its fine." He says warmly. I smile.

Gee, thanks for hurting my arm, Vi." Ben says smirking. "Oh please, your a tough guy and its only bruised. Grow up would you." I joke.

"Its not funny what if he's actually hurt?" Pepper says while rubbing Bens arm. "Its only a bruise and its not bleeding I'm fine, Pepper." Ben says clearly annoyed.

I giggle. All of a sudden I feel Danny pull me back, just as he did the ac unit fell. I opened my eyes and saw Ben holding Pepper. There was smoke everywhere.

All of a sudden brown cat-like eyes appeared, they came closer towards me. It was a teenager with red snake hair and silver scaled skin on his elbows, cheek, wrist, and shoulders.

"A..Alex?" I say quietly. The teen walked towards me and put his hand on my chin. "You're...alive." He says weakly. All of a sudden he starts glitching. "Alex..." I look at him worried.

"Vi...h..elp." He says before vanishing in thin air. Ben looks at me. I just stand there in shock and confusion.
