Y/N's P.O.V

After getting up I see Tony take dad down to the ground and step on his metal arm. Tony is about to shot him, but I shoot my webbing at his head to knock his aim off.

Steve then runs at Tony and tackles him to the ground. Tony flies back and hits Steve then shots binds that attach to Steve's ankles.

Tony then takes dad and flies him into a wall and after shooting a missile and missing Tony ends up bring part of the structure down on top of him. I run along and catch up to dad.

Dad looks at me.

Y/N: Dad, get out of here. Steve and I will deal with this.

Dad nods and start running.

Tony tries to shot dad but misses and I jump infront of Tony.

Tony then starts to take off the ground.

Y/N: Tony, it wasn't his fault. HYDRA had control of his mind.

Tony: Move!

Tony then takes off and I grab his leg.

Y/N: It wasn't him!

I then punch Tony's jet boot until it breaks. And Tony lands on the ground.

Steve then catches up to me as Tony stops us by bring down some of the building infront of us.

Steve and I manage to find a way round and start climbing up to catch up to dad. Steve sees Tony is about to blast dad, so we jump and Cap deflects the shot with his shield and Tony falls back down.

Steve and I look at dad.

Steve: He's not gonna stop.

Y/N: Yeah, no shit. Go dad.

Dad nods and continues to climb up to the exit above. As we see Tony start to come back up Steve grabs wire from his front pouch then he and I both jump and I shoot my web out whilst Steve shoots out the wire, both wrap around Tony's neck and bring him down with us.

As we get up we see Tony is about to shoot another missile. Steve throws his shield, but Tony blasts it sending it down to the bottom of the building.

Tony fires off the missile and it brings the exit down leaving dad trapped here with us and Tony.

Tony flies up to him and the two of them fight.

They both then tumble back down Steve and I both jump to help dad, but the four of us land at the bottom of the building.

I stand up to see Tony stand and look down at me from an elevated position.

Y/N: Tony, killing him isn't gonna change what happened.

Tony: I don't care. He killed my mum.

Tony then flies down to me and we both start fighting.

Bucky's P.O.V

I look down to see Y/N and Tony fighting. I look to my left and see that Steve is out cold from the fall.

(A/N: Now I know he's Captain America so that probably wouldn't happen but just go with it.)

As I continue to watch the fight I see Tony pin Y/N to the ground and start to beat him down. As he's father it's my job to protect him so I have to do something. I also promised Nat I'd protect him, I can't let her down.

I then look around and see Steve's shield laying on the ground.

I grab the shield and jump down bring it down on Tony's back. He the shoots a repulsor blast at me, but I deflect it.

Y/N's P.O.V

After rolling away and getting back to my feet I see dad throw me Cap's shield I grab it and go at Tony smacking him with it.

Dad and I then fight in sync throwing the shield back and fourth, hitting Tony with both the shield and our fists.

(A/N: This is just a visual representation of what I mean. But obviously it's you there instead of Captain America.)

After landing another hit on Tony he blasts me with his repulsor and sending into the wall knocking down briefly.

When I look I see dad trying to break Tony's arc reactor, bit Tony shoots his uni-beam and this knocks dad down and it also blows off his metal arm.

Tony then shoots him in the back sending flying.

After seeing this I feel the anger in me rise up.

Y/N: No!

I then start using Cap's shield to defect Tony's shots then he and I clash.

(A/N: And obviously it's you there instead of Captain America.)

After trading blows I break through Tony's defence and throw him into the wall.

I carry on throw punches at Tony, with both the shield and my fists. After a a minute or so Tony then catches the shield with his hand.

Tony: Alright, let's kick his ass.

Tony then blasts the shield out of my hand and then blasts me again sending me backwards.

He then countered all of me punches and kicks. Tony then gives me an uppercut and blasts me in the chest knocking me to my knees.

Then he punches me twice causing me to fall further down.

(A/N: Just imagine it's Y/N instead of Steve.)

I take off my mask and spit some blood out of my mouth. I then look up at Tony.

Y/N: (Panting) He's my father.

Tony: I don't care.

Tony then gives me a right hook to the face and then picks me up throws me behind him.

Tony: Stay down kid. This is your final warning.

I struggle to get to my feet. I use the wall to support myself and I get to my feet.

Once I'm standing up straight I put my fists up and get into my fighting stance.

Y/N: I can do this all day old man.

(A/N: I know it's Cap's line, but I couldn't help myself.)

Tony goes to shoot me again but I look down and see dad grab his leg, once Tony's distracted I grab him and pick him up into the air.

Before he can fly off I throw him to the ground and start beating on him. I then pick up the shield and start smashing it in his helmet.

I break off his helmet and when I bring the shield up into the air Tony covers his face, but I then bring the shield down on his arc reactor depowering his suit.

After pulling the shield out of the suit I fall to the ground next to Tony exhausted.

As I sit up I see Steve is back on his feet. He hands me my mask and then grabs his shield from the ground.

I get to my feet and go over to dad and help him up. I then throw his arm around my shoulder so I could support him.

As the three of us walk away Tony starts to speak.

Tony: That shield doesn't belong to you. You don't deserve it. My father made that shield!

Steve then drops the shield on the ground and we walk of back to the quinjet.

(Five minutes later)

After making it back outside we finally see the guy that I had called before we left the quinjet. It was Pietro a.k.a Quicksilver.

Pietro: Hey, sorry I'm late.

After handing dad to Steve I go over and hug him.

Y/N: Well, buddy you missed all the action.

We then pull away from the hug.

Pietro: Yeah, sorry about that. Fury, Hill and I got into some trouble so we had to go underground for a bit. I didn't get your message until we came back out into the open.

Y/N: Don't worry about it because we still have to get our people out of the Raft.

Pietro: Well then, let's go.

As we continue to walk to the quinjet I brought Pietro up to speed on what happened.

Once we make it back we see mum and T'challa standing infront of the quinjet with Zemo tied up.

T'challa goes on to explain how he found out what Zemo did and he was gonna hand him over to the government. And mum explained how she snuck onto the jet that T'challa stole as she had a feeling she'd find us.

The king also offers to help dad get the HYDRA programing out of his head, as they have that technology in Wakanda. He also offered the rest of us refuge in Wakanda until we can figure out what we're gonna do as we are fugitives now.

T'challa: Sgt. Barnes. I would like to apologise once again for trying to kill you and blaming you for a crime you didn't commit.

Bucky: It's okay your highness.

I then walk over to the two.

Y/N: Okay dad you're gonna go with King T'challa to Wakanda after he delivers Zemo to the American government. And once we've got the other's we'll join you in Wakanda.

The two nod to me and leave to T'challa's jet.

I turn to see my on the quinjet ramp.

Natasha: Hey spider baby, it's time to go.

I shake my head.

Y/N: I still hate that nickname.

She laughs at this.

Natasha: I know.

She and I walk onto the quinjet and head to the Raft to get Wanda and the other's.
