Y/N's P.O.V

As Scott and I are running we see Cap and the other's.

Steve: Come on!

As our team is running to the hanger we get stopped by Vision's laser beam cutting us off. I stand between Steve and Wanda as Vis makes his speech.

Vision: Captain Rogers, Mr. Romanoff. I know you two believe what you are doing is right. But you must surrender now.

We then see Tony and the rest of his team consisting of himself Iron-Man, Warmachine, Black Widow, Daredevil, Vision, Spider-Man and Black Panther.

I then look to my team which consists of myself Scarlet Spider, Captain America, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Winter Soldier or White Wolf, which is what I'm thinking of calling him and Ant-Man.

Sam then looks to Cap and I.

Sam: Cap, Scarlet what do we do?

Steve and I look to each other and nod.

Y/N: We fight.

(A/N: Start playing at 00:33. Just added this in to set the mood. It's also a great soundtrack.)

We start walking slowly towards the other team. We then see them start to do the same.

My team starts running as does the other team. I have my sights on Murdock as I can keep up with his fighting style

Both our teams continue to run and finally collide as we break out into a civil war.

(A/N: Just imagine that Y/N is on Cap's team and Daredevil is on Iron-Man's team.)

I take on Matt one on one and we are pretty evenly matched as we've actually sparred together on more than one occasion.

I then flip Matt over my shoulder and pin him to the ground.

Y/N: Hey, so we're still friends right?

He chuckles at this.

Matt: That depends on how hard you hit me.

He then kicks me in the chest sending me backwards. Once I get back up we continue to fight.

Bucky's P.O.V

I've been trying my best to fight off Black Panther and trying to explain to him that I wasn't the one that killed his father.

As we fight I manage to get a good grip around his neck as he knees me in the stomach.

Bucky: I swear to you, I didn't kill your father.

T'challa: Then why did you run?

He starts to bend my metal arm and then kicks me into some crates.

But before he can slice my neck with his claws his hand gets caught by a red glow I look over to see Y/N's girlfriend Wanda catching the Panther's hand she sends him flying into the draw bridge.

She and I nod to each other. In that moment I can understand why my son likes her and speaks highly of her.

Y/N's P.O.V

After fighting off and knocking Matt away I see Spider-Man swinging towards me. So I use my web shooters to break through his web and send him down to the ground, but he lands on his hands and feet in a spider-like pose.

Spider-Man: So you use web shooters too.

Y/N: Look buddy, there's alot more going on here that you don't understand.

Spider-Man: Mr. Stark said you'd say that.

Spidey then uses his webs to knock me off my feet and drag me across the ground. He then web zips and kicks me in the face and sends me backwards.

Spider-Man: He also said to go for your legs.

As I get up he uses his webs to grab my arms.

But I manage to overpower him and pull him forwards sending him flying.

He gets up he then shoots another web at me and it attaches to my forearm. I grab the web with the hand on the same arm and pull him forward.

Once he gets close enough I clothesline him knocking him to the ground.

Y/N: I invented that move kid. You're gonna have to do better than that.

He jumps up and we zips on top of the drawbridge above us.

Y/N: Stark tell you anything else?

Spider-Man: That you're wrong and you think you're right. And that makes you dangerous.

Spider-Man then jumps down and swings at me, but before he can hit me I hit him with my venom blast and it sends him backwards into one of the drawbridge's legs.

Y/N: I guess he had a point.

I then use my webs to pull the drawbridge down on top of him, but he manages to catch it.

Y/N: You've got heart Spidey. Where you from?

Spider-Man: Queens.

I smile under the mask.

Y/N: Me too. I tell you what though. If you get out of this and we see each other again, I'll take you under my wing and I'll teach you a couple of things about your powers.

He starts to strain a bit.

Spider-Man: Okay, sounds good.

I nod.

Y/N: Cool.

I then run off to find dad and Steve.

Once I find dad and Steve I see them standing behind cover.

Bucky: We have to go. That guy is probably in Siberia by now.

Y/N: We've gotta draw out the flyers. I'll take Vision, you two get to the jet.

We then hear Sam on the comms.

Sam: No, you get to the jet. All three of you. The rest of us aren't getting out of this.

Clint: As much as I hate to admit. If we're gonna win this one, some of us may have to lose it.

Y/N: No, we can't just leave you guys.

Wanda: They're right Y/N, and you know it.

Sam: This isn't the real fight guys.

Steve and I both nod.

Steve: Alright Sam, what's your play?

Sam: We need a diversion. Something big.

Scott: I've got something kinda big, but I can't hold for long. So on my signal run like hell and if I tear myself in half don't come back for me.

Dad looks at us confused by all of this.

Bucky: He's gonna tear himself in half?

Steve: Are you sure about this, Scott?

Scott: Yeah I've done it before, once. In a lab. Then I passed out.

After a few seconds we feel the ground shake and when we come out of cover we see that Scott has grown into a giant.

I look to dad and Steve.

Y/N: I guess that's the signal.

I then hear Sam laughing.

Sam: Way to go Tic Tac!

We then start running towards the hanger to get to the quinjet.

As we get closer we see a beam go through a tower next to the hanger and if it falls it will block us. But as the tower falls it gets caught, I turn quickly to see Wanda using her powers to catch the tower.

I smile at this.

Y/N: Yes! That's my girl!

Once we get closer I hear Wanda screaming and the tower falls, but the three of us mange to get through to the quinjet.

We then look up to see mum standing infront of the jet.

Natasha: You two aren't gonna stop are you?

Y/N: Mum, you know we can't. You know I can't. I can't lose dad, not after just getting him back in my life.

Natasha's P.O.V

After hearing my baby boy say this I knew I had to let them go, partly because I couldn't arrest my son or my son's father. And I also partly believe that these guys might be telling the truth about the doctor.

I point my Widow stingers at the trio.

Natasha: I hope I don't regret this.

I then shoot my Widow stingers at T'challa.

Natasha: Go.

They nod at me and run off to the jet.

I turn to them.

Natasha: James!

James turns to face me.

Natasha: Please, just protect our little boy.

He nods to me.

Bucky: I will Nat, I promise.

He then gets on the jet.

Y/N's P.O.V

After getting in the pilot's seat I use the guns to break the rest of the tower down.

I then lift the jet off the ground and fly out of the hanger.

As we're flying away from the airport Wanda warns me through our connection that Tony and Rhodey are following the jet.

Y/N: Sam, we've got Iron-Man and Warmachine on our tail. Can you engage?

Sam: Yeah, I'm on it Scarlet. You guy's just focus on getting out of here.

Y/N: Copy that Sam.

We fly off to Siberia hoping to stop the doctor before he can wake up the other super soldiers.

(A/N: I also like to mention that the reason I had Daredevil join team Iron-Man is because as he's a lawyer I personally believe that out of the Defender's he would most likely agree with the Accords. So that's why he's on team Iron-Man, and I also neededto make the two teams even, with seven on each side of the fight.)
