Wooyoung was exhausted. He felt like everyday was a struggle as of late, and nothing he did changed it. Sleeping, eating, drinking, exercise, all of it; everything failed to fix his problem.

So as he watched Ahyoung jump from his window like she always did, his body collapsed down onto his bed and remained unmoving as shallow breaths escaped his mouth. The teen's muscles felt like lead, as heavy and tense as rocks as he tried to move them.

Why is this happening? He questioned himself, tilting his head ever so slightly to the side to see a silhouette by his window again. Ahyoung? What's she doing here again?

"Darling? Are you alright in here?" A much deeper voice asked than what Wooyoung was expecting, making his heart skip a beat at the realisation of who it was.

"......San?"

"Mmm. I was on a walk, since I'm rather bored. I thought I'd pay you a visit, yet here you are, looking worse for wear."

"I feel great. What are you taking about?" The younger tried to joke, though his throat was scratchy and raw, so it came out coarser than what he'd intended.

"Want me to stay?" The older then hummed softly, sliding into the room and closing the window behind him. "I'm extremely worried about you."

I do want him to stay, Wooyoung thought, though his better conscience was trying to tell him 'no'. A vampire was a vampire, even if San had stayed with him before. Not to mention the fact that the purplette was currently in a terrible state, which could've pointed to needing help, or having a weakness. San could act for either.

"Woo, I have a proposition for you, and I know you won't like it," the ravenette murmured softly as he glided across the room, so elegant and graceful in every way.

"I know what you're going to say," the human male sighed, throwing his head back and wincing at the strain that put on his shoulders. Even the bed wasn't all that comfortable anymore. "I politely decline, thank you."

"You're being silly," San pursed his lips to refrain from hissing frustratedly. "My blood could put an end to this nasty feeling, alright? It's not as though I'm asking for anything in return either. I'm doing you a favour."

"I don't need your help. I've never wanted help, and especially from vampires. So no."

The older gritted his teeth, yet he couldn't argue with him. He cared too much for the boy and respected his wishes over his own ideals. If Wooyoung didn't want his blood, then it'd have to remain that way.

Another problem he could foresee was him leaving. There was already only a week and a half left until San had to go, and the feisty human didn't seem to be any closer to accepting him. As it appeared, the pureblood may well have had to accept his first loss, that being Jung Wooyoung.

"C-Could you guide me into the bed?" The younger asked softly, trying his very best to pull himself into the sheets, though failing miserably when his muscles tensed up again and caused all manners of aches and pains.

"Oh my. Are you requesting my help?"

"No. I'm asking for your common decency. So will you?"

San chuckled fondly, leaning down and holding the other carefully while laying his head against the pillow and pulling the duvet over him. When Wooyoung attempted to shift to the side, the older then wondered what it was he wanted.

Have I offended him again? The vampire pondered, blinking once before his love explained himself.

"You can get in. I won't stop you if you want to stay."

"Why have you managed to make that sound like it was my own idea? Darling, I'd prefer it if you admitted you wanted my company."

"There will be many more miracles to occur before I admit anything to you. So are you coming in or not?" The younger grumbled, cheeks a light pink and hair a ruffled mess.

"Of course," the older smirked, taking his shoes off and laying back against the mattress beside the shorter. It wasn't a particularly humid night, so both quietly appreciated the warm breaths they received from each other, subconsciously rolling over to face the other.

San absentmindedly brought his hand up to run through the purple strands of hair that had tangled across the day. Wooyoung was stunning even when unwell, and nothing the young human could've done would've changed the older's loving view of him. It was actually the personality that had attracted him first, and appearances last.

"I want to go home...." the younger whispered hoarsely, in turn bringing his body closer and looking for warmth to dull the freezing feeling settling across his chest everyday.

"I bet you miss your family, hm?"

"I do......I haven't seen them in ages...."

San started to feel a little guilty for wanting him to leave with him. Of course he would've let this person see his family, have a will of his own....but living with him meant constant companionship. Did someone like Wooyoung even compute with a concept like that?

I should tell him I'm leaving, he thought, tracing his fingers down from the male's hair to his cheek. But I won't. That will strain everything.

"Have I actually ever told you in exact words that I love you?" The pureblood suddenly enquired, questioning their strange little relationship the closer to his departure they got. "I feel as though I flirt and jest with you....but I've never been one to tell you, have I?"

Wooyoung's cheeks couldn't have gotten any pinker if they tried. He was thankfully already hiding most of his face against the taller's chest, though San could tell. "I-I don't know...." he sighed, "You're so weird."

"Am I? I hadn't noticed."

"Of course you hadn't," he peeked up, checking to see that the male wasn't laughing internally at his embarrassment.

And he wasn't.

San was merely smiling down at him fondly and wearing a somewhat unreadable expression. His eyes trailed across the other's features, reading him and the mood like a book.

"What are you thinking, Weirdo?" The purplette couldn't help but ask, shifting slightly for a better angle to see him.

With a chuckle, he responded, "You. Obviously."

"There's a lot more to me than just 'me'. What about myself are you thinking off?"

"Hmmmm," San thought, attempting to cover his real thoughts with a lie, though inwardly he didn't want to be dishonest. I really want to kiss you right now. "Secret."

"If you love me so much, why can't I know your secrets? I don't hide anything from you."

"I don't know that."

"Then trust my word," the shorter tried his best to smirk, but he was physically too tired to even manage that. Instead, his tone explained his emotions, which were unusually happy. Even during this strange period where he felt like he was dying, San still rose his mood somehow.

"If I told you what I was thinking, you'd push me right back out through that window," the ravenette winked, poking Wooyoung's nose teasingly.

"Try me."

My Darling is so confident, the older internally cooed, falling for the human more and more everyday. "Fine, have your way. Close your eyes."

"What? Why?"

"You're tired, Woo. Close your eyes."

"Are you trying to get out of telling me-"

"Shhh, so suspicious. If I'm to trust you, you're to trust me. It's a two way deal."

The younger reluctantly complied, starting to get extremely curious as well as guiltily assuming the boy would do something stupid to his face, or make fun of him somehow. Though as his eyes fluttered shut, he could feel San shift before him, moving.

The soft feeling of warmth gracing over his lips startled him, until the other snaked his hand around the back of Wooyoung's neck and brought them even closer, the warm sensation clearly turned out to be San's own mouth.

He purplette gasped lightly, immediately wondering whether he should've pulled away to prove a stupid point and to instil dominance of some kind, for 'equality'. Yet for this particular occasion, he didn't feel like fighting. He didn't have the energy, nor the will to push the other away......perhaps because he liked it.

Before he even realised what he was doing, his own figure curled around the vampire's body, allowing San to hold him gently, one hand playing with the ends of his hair at the nape of his neck, and the other perched on his waist.

Wooyoung's fingers came up to touch the older's exposed chest, the heat of his skin so wonderfully addictive as their lips danced in a magically synchronised rhythm. The angle of their kisses seemed forever changing as the night stopped, the clocks froze, and around them existed only as a background for their perfect picture.

The moon shone down upon their entangled figures, making the vampire's pale skin glow and the human's cheeks sparkle.

More, they both thought, San slowly shuffling them to cage him against the mattress and attack his cheeks with butterfly kisses, lowering down to the male's neck and laughing softly at the feeling of hands through his black hair.

"That's what you were thinking about?" Wooyoung asked innocently, pulling him down to rest on his chest.

"Mmm. Want to tell me to leave?"

".......No."
