A Star

There in a random city where all people lived in peace and happiness, people conversing cheerfully, children laughing with ebullience, teenagers hanging out happily, and adults working energetically. It was just a typical morning for the citizens of Shuya.... except for a certain kid.
"CRAP!" I yelled grabbing my bag as I rushed down the stairs of my apartment, "I'll be late again!" Exclaiming, I ran out into the street.
Yet, even the boy who is always late on school, appointments, and meetings has always remained jubilant as ever. There was nothing that could ever ruin that boy's day.
Arriving at school, I was greeted by my best friend, Fuka, by the school gate. The grey-haired boy with crimson eyes waved back at Fuka smiling. "How have you been doing?" This is what everybody say, but no wonder what was hidden behind any typical smile.
"Pretty well," replied back the blonde-haired boy, "But I stayed up all night doing the Maths assignment."
"Wait!" I exclamed with shock, pointing my palm in air at his face, hammering out the look of confusion upon Fuka's face, "When was that assigned?!"
Fuka couldn't have a better response but to brush his own hair as he remembered how the situation was in the past day...
"For the next two pages, that must be done as a practice for the equations." Stated a brown-haired woman with blue glasses as she eyed a sleeping Raiki who was in the dreamland of his sleep as he laid on his desk. "That wouldn't be repeated, Raiki."
The woman turned to the board writing down the assignment. And there Fuka sitting behind Raiki was whispering Raiki's name trying to wake him up. However, no matter how much he called his name, the boy seemed in a deep hole.
Sighed Fuka, giving up as he looked sympathetically at his friend laying down in sleep in fornt of him.
"You were sleeping." Stated Fuka with a poker face causing me to cheekplam with both hands. Shaking my head in hopelessness, Fuka opened his bag taking out his own assignment and handing it to me. "You can copy my assignment this time, but--"
"THANK YOU SO MUCH!" I yelled in exclamation gratefully cutting of Fuka's statement.
"I said but!" Retorted Fuka annoyed by the interruption, "Next time you should do it on your own!"
"Yeah..." replying, trying to brush off the topic.
"Anyways," sat Fuka on a bench beside me, "What made you yesterday busy from doing it yourself?"
"W-well.. I-I..." I stuttered, unable to give a proper response.
"No need to tell me if it's a private reason," said Fuka thoughtfully. "But you seriously have to depend on your own self, what would you do later on in life?"
"Well," I said winking at my best friend, "You don't have to worry about that."
And endingly, the conversation stopped till here as a symphonic school bell rang making the two boys depart the bench and run to their own classroom.
Isn't it a coincidence to find the two boys with each other since five years ago?
And there, a surprised someone was standing frozen staring at Raiki who has a done homework. Since when had he known about it? Not only that, but also the fact that he got all answers correct. If he would be searching up for answers, the final answers would be present without the whole way to it, however, in his homework, it wasn't only a final answer, but a way of steps through it, which is the reason why Mrs. Gaide was stricken  to the stunned level. Suppose fifteen minutes of the session has already ended.
Without forgetting to mention how Fuka was about to die, which has grabbed the teacher's attention as well. Don't misunderstand me please. I'm am talking about internal death. This is neither from embarrassment nor fear from being discovered though. He was about to burst into laughter at a certain teacher who was frozen in her place. Since she would have expected that he wouldn't be doing his assignment, it seemed that she has prepared a punishment beforehand, but only to be surprised that all conclusions she made and all her expectations where brought to an end.
Giggling, he earned a glare from his teacher, "May I know what is funny?"
It seems that the woman started becoming suspicious of him too. "May I see your assignment?" And this is the moment where Fuka's jaw dropped as he kept on staring for what seemed like two minutes at her earning another glare from her. "I guess I said 'your assignment?'"
"O-oh! Here..." The boy stuttered as he handed his assignment to his teacher, sweatdropping nervously. He knew their cover was about to be blown, but he was even more staggered when he saw the look of bewilderment on her face.
May we mention again that another fifteen minutes where wasted as she checked it work by word, but to notice different answers. For one reason, her hope was gone off of finding a perfect explanation for Raiki's survival and Fuka's giggling. The boy himself was surprised to see different methods of answers although he was sure that his friend wouldn't solve it on his own, but copy. That ended up with a wastage of half the time of the session. It was a bliss for the other students though. As how an unusual day it was, everybody stayed happy and smiling, thankful. However, the day went on normally as how it was.
After hours of a long tiresome day, there was Fuka and Raiki walking out with each other to home. Friendship is great isn't it? Or that what was known to them although in reality, no one knew anything about the other and no one could explain their lives after school to the other.
"I'll have to go on by myself from here," I said waving a goodbye to my friend, "See you later!"
"See you!" Replied the Blondie waving back. He have always wondered what he was usually busy doing, yet he couldn't find an answer whenever he asked him.
I went on the street running to Fuka's opposite direction where by the end of it, a black large car stood, waiting for me. The moment I stopped by it, a man dressed in black suit, preferably to be referred to as 'a butler', got out of it opening the door for me to get it.
As I got in the car, I reached out  a certain small box out of the passenger's seat's case before taking it and opening it. That wasn't a lunch box or a magazine box though. It is the box that held my daily life 'character' which is known as Raiki, or at least the person who is a commoner to all the people I meet in my daily life, or let's suppose the first few hours of the morning of my day.
Taking my contact lens off my eyes and my grey-haired wig off my head, I placed them into their respective places in the box. What was left of me was a boy with a sky blue eyes and jet black hair who is currently known to the whole world as Nicky.
Yes, that was the boy's real name as well as his true appearance. The reason why he usually appears with a fake appearance was to cope up with commoners around him and avoid much attention to be directed towards him. He was the famous actor and vocal star known as Nicky and one of the popular people in Shuya.
Arriving at the main gate of Shuya's entertainment company, a man with wood brown long hair and grassy green eyes approached us, the manager he is. "NICKY! HOW WAS YOUR DAY?!" Except for his weird tone that he usually uses, the man was a forgeiner who spoke the language well. However, he was the type who alerts you whether at a war when there isn't one. He seems to be the one who has just gotten out of a bloody war a few moment ago before talking to you. He always exclaims to the point where you'd be unable to figure whether he was contented or mad, or so.
"Fine..." I replied plainly raising my hand in manner of greeting. I couldn't do anything, but to smile wryly at the happy-mad exclaiming man.
"But you were late today though!" That was an exclamation of disappointment?
"I'm not a free Raiki you know." I sighed dryly.
"Well, here, you aren't Raiki to me," the man grinned, "here you are Nicky!"
Nicky was happy in particular. He was anxious. His greatest fear was to get discovered one day. Fortunately, this man always replaced the covers on him whenever it was about to get blown away with the wind. Tosa is his name. To admit it, he never liked his position, but whenever he realizes that, he's noticed that he was special too. Uncertainty and worry was all what was left in him. This is what has became his God. Due to those feelings, he is now able to perform his role well for the company. Yet he was grateful for the support he has always gotten.
Wearing a black jacket on top of a red crop top and a skinny black pants, I was staring with awe with his mouth agape at the mirror. I have always been perfect... I thought. But this is.... I was feeling awkward at how womanly I looked, but remembering Tosa's statement well, he took back his thoughts.
"An idol's flesh is an idol's popularity" I sighed remembing his response.
It was about three hours since I came back and an hour since I finished his makeup and within the passing seconds of time obsession was where I stood with full posture on my so well-known stage as no one but Nicky...
Who would have thought that certain person among you could have a much more epic life that what you'd think? More of a fact, it was all hidden and not even his best friend knew anything about it....
