as i was walking down the seaside with hyunjin, i saw riri not far from where we are.

"hyunjin," i tapped hyunjin in the shoulder and he turned to me, i pointed at riri who was sitting near the sea. hyunjin and i nodded at each other, already knowing what to do.

hyunjin and i walked up to riri, asking if she was okay. riri told us that she have finally confessed to chan but his ex and him was kissing when riri saw them.

what a mess.

i was about to give an advice to riri but a hand slapped the back of my head. turning around, i saw jisung running away so i quickly bid my goodbye to hyunjin and riri before running after jisung, leaving the two alone.

"oi, get back here you idiot!" i shouted, but jisung only ran away faster.

shit, i'm not a runner. i won't be able to catch him if this keeps up.

"jerk." i glared at the disappearing form of jisung, he's way too far away so i decided to stop. putting my hands on my knees and panting breathlessly, trying to catch my breath.

once my breathing is stable, i faced the lightly going back and forth waves of the calm sea.

"what a sight." i sat and stared at the sea, feeling the cold breeze hitting my skin.

geez, i can't believe i left hyunjin and riri to run after an idiot and ended up not being able to chase him down.

i closed my eyes and allowed myself tl relax, listening to the calming sounds of waves and feeling the wind blowing against me. a shadow casted upon my closed vision, causing for me to flutter my eyes open.

"go away, jisung." i dismissed him but he only sat infront of me, tilting his head to the side.

"why were you with hyunjin?" he asked, i arched my brow at him.

"what do you mean? i'm always with hyunjin." i say as a matter-of-factly, he nodded.

"then why are you always with him?" he asked again, i rolled my eyes at him.

"because he is my best friend?" i shrugged, trying to stand up but jisung pulled me down.

"are you going to hyunjin?" he asks, voice laced with concern and an unknown tone.

"no, idiot. riri and him is talking right now. i'm going somewhere far away from you." i successfully stood up, dusting off my clothes.

"can i come?" he asked, standing up as well. i glared at him in which he only smiled.

"didn't you hear me? i'm going somewhere fa--"

"i can come with you? great, let's go!" jisung grabbed my arm and started dragging me off to somewhere where no one knows except for himself, ignoring my glares and my death threats for him.
