You were tested because of your brother, you were with Tara and Brent in the cage type-thing.

Pamela Jenkins-
You weren't tested for anything.

Brad-
You were in an abusive relationship, your boyfriend at the time killed a child whilst drink driving and he told you to cover for him because he knew that the police were gonna question him and....you did. He didn't get arrested and he wasn't charged with anything.

Ryan-
You didn't do anything, you were part of the 'Love triangle' or in this case a 'Love square'- Ryan got drunk and he slept with Dina whilst he was with Brad and you never found out (until Jigsaw put you in the trap).
