Evelyn's pov:

The next day, I got up quickly and got fresh. Eating my toast, I looked at the weather outside when my phone pinged.

Can you meet me at starbucks today? I have some really important things to discuss. Sorry, I can't come to yours because I'm extremely busy today.
I read Ronald's message while chewing my toast.

Ah okay it's fine. I'll be there. I replied.

Okay at 11?

Ok.

Glancing up at the clock, I sighed in relief as I still had one hour left to get ready. I picked up a simple and casual outfit and some sneakers to go with it. After I was done dressing, I grabbed all my papers and design before putting them in a bag. I switched off the lights and sprinted downstairs to my car and drove to Starbucks.

I spotted Ronald, sitting at a corner table, wearing a light blue t-shirt with a black jeans which was perfect for the warm weather.

"Hey Evelyn." He greeted, getting up and shaking my hands.

"Hello Ronald." I smiled, pulling a seat for me and sat down.

"Would you like something to eat or drink?" He offered.

"Ah no, no. I just had my breakfast." I shook my head and he nodded.

"So I called you here to accompany me on another project." He smiled, handing me the paper containing all the details.

"Really?" I laughed happily,"I missed working with you."

"Same here." He winked,"So what do you think?"

"I don't even need to think. I'm ready." I grinned, giving him a wide smile.

"That's great." He nodded," I was thinking tha-"

His phone rang, interrupting him in between. He muttered an excuse me and got up to attend his cool. I used this time to have a look at his designs and I pulled out mine to see if I could improve it.

"Oh I'm so sorry." I lifted my eyes up to find Ronald, picking up his papers,"I've got this urgent work and I need to leave right now."

"Everything alright?" I asked, helping him pick up his papers.

"Yeah. Just an urgent meeting." He replied, closing his bag,"I'm sorry, I called you here and now I'm just leaving urgently."

"It's fine Ronald." I smiled,"Just go, I'll pick up my mess."

"Okay See ya." He smiled, waving at me and walked out of the cafe before paying for his coffee. Sighing, I started picking up my designs and papers, carefully putting them in my bag when I felt someone taking a seat in front of me. I quickly whipped my head up and stared at the person in front of me. Anthony.

"What are you doing here?" I managed to ask, looking at him.

"Hello to you too." He replied sarcastically,"Well, I just came here to have a drink and saw you."

"This is my table, leave me alone." I warned, quickly putting everything in my bag and got up to leave when he grabbed my hand, pulling the attention of some of the people towards us.

"Not so early." He grinned, licking his lips,"We have some unfinished business."

"What do you mean?" I frowned, pulling my hands away.

"I still didn't get my money." He shrugged, stuffing his hands in his pocket.

"I told you I need some time." I replied calmly,"Don't create a scene here."

"You're the one creating a scene." He glared. From the corner of my eye, I saw people pointing at us and whispering some thing to each other.

"Stop it Anthony." I pleaded,"Stop it."

"Stop what?" He smirked.

"Stop this." I whispered, walking away from the table when he grabbed my hand from behind.

"L-Leave me." I begged while everybody stared at us. I pushed him slightly and quickly ran away from him, starting the car and drove back to my flat. 

I pulled out the flat keys and stuck in the keyhole to find that the door was locked from inside.

Maybe it's Zayn. I wondered as only me and him were having the keys of the flat.
I rang the doorbell and waited for him to open the door but when the door opened, it wasn't him.

"Evelyn." Doniya grinned, instantly pulling me in a hug.

"Doni." I was taken aback but hugged her tightly as some tears made their ways down,"I missed you!"

"I missed you more." She smiled, placing a kiss on my forehead and looked at me,"Why are you crying?"

"Oh, these are just happy tears." I giggled, wiping them away.

"Um hello? Can you see us?" Liam pouted, coming behind Doniya.

"What are you doing here?" I frowned, raising my eyebrows.

"That's rude." He sniffed, faking a tear,"You could have said something better."

"Cmon, I'm just joking." I laughed, pulling him in a hug.

"We're also here!!!" I heard Louis's voice as the Niall, Louis and Harry came running to the front door. They engulfed me in a group hug as I smiled at them.

"We missed you." Harry giggled, kissing my cheeks.

"I missed you guys more." I smiled when I saw Zayn coming up to us.

"Zayn.." I smiled as he embraced me in a hug.

"How are you?" He whispered in the hug.

"Fine." I whispered back before pulling away and turning to others,"You guys should have at least informed me."

"Oh cmon, we thought you would be at home but you weren't, So I just called them up because they had the keys." Doniya explained as I lowered my head in embarrassment.

"Sorry." I muttered, laughing at my foolishness.

"It's fine love." Louis cracked a smile,"But where were you?"

"Oh I just went to meet Ronald." I answered,"For a new project."

"I'm so happy for you." Niall smiled.

"Yeah, She's growing up." Liam chuckled.

"You didn't expect me to be your little sister with two pony tails forever, now did you?" I laughed as Doniya closed the door.

"You look worse now." Liam said, sticking out his tongue at me to which I just rolled my eyes. 

I kept my bag on the table while the boys plopped on the couch. "Water?" Doniya asked, suddenly appearing behind me.

"Yes, thank you." I gave her a small smile before gulping the whole water. I tried to forget about what happened earlier, but I just couldn't. I had this gut feeling that something worse was going to happen.

"Time for lunch boys." Doniya announced, clapping her hands while everyone followed her.

"Are you okay?" Zayn asked, stopping by me,"You look stressed."

"Um, no, I'm fine." I lied, forcing a smile. He nodded and the two of us together walked to the dining table. We served some lunch for us while asking Doniya about her home trip.

 After we were done eating, I picked up my phone to find thousands of missed calls and some messages from Anthony. Sighing, I locked my phone and joined everyone else in the living room.

"The lunch was so amazing." Niall complimented.

"Yes, such delicious flavours." Harry added.

"Doniya cooks the best." Liam smiled.

Louis turned on the television and flicked through some channels. 

"So you guys take a rest, me and Evelyn would like to have some girl's time." Doniya winked at me before turn to the boys.

"Sure." Everyone replied, smiling at us. Doniya lead me in her bedroom and smirked at me.
"What?" I asked, raising my eyebrows.

"So how's it going?" She giggled,"I mean you and Zayn."

"Oh..." I laughed shyly,"We're just taking it slow as I told you before.."

"Ufff, the same boring story." She groaned, raising her hands up,"Why don't you guys do something interesting?"

"Like what?" I frowned.

"Did you guys kiss?" She laughed.

"Y-Ye- I mean no no." I corrected myself immediately.

"Wait what!!!" She screamed as I tried to calm her down.

"I don't want the whole world to know about it." I scolded her,"Calm down."

"Sorry!" She jumped,"Did you guys really...?"

"Yes." I nodded shyly.

"Oh my god." She laughed, getting up and pulled me along,"Tell me everything."

"Um, we just leaned in and it happened." I shrugged because I couldn't tell her about what exactly happened.

"Really?" She groaned, shaking her head. I nodded, laughing a little.

"You guys are really boring." She huffed, making me laugh harder.

"Okay but-"

"EVIE!" I heard Liam yelling from the living room, making the two of us stop at our spots. 

"What happened?" Doniya frowned, looking at me. "No idea." I shrugged, turning to open the door.

"EVIE COME HERE!! " He yelled again, making me nervous and scared.
