I know I said that the updates will be slow but what can I do. I have a lot of free time these days :- )and above is the image of Sakura's eyes.

I used my foot with force to open the door. It opened with a loud bang.

'I hope it didn't wake up the children. I really can't deal with them right now.' I silently prayed.

With my emotionless mask in place I stepped out on the deck. Every single one of them stopped to look at me. Some of them looked slightly scared. I guess having a fifteen year old girl looking emotionless is quite intimidating.

I knew those woman hadn't wasted any moment in telling them about what happened. I pushed my anger down when I saw glasses of alcohol in their hands.

"What is the meaning of this girl. How dare ya stop them from preparing our food?" One of the men asked me angrily.

"In case you are forgetting the event that happened yesterday then let me remind you that we were this close" I said indicating with me thumb and index finger "to our death."

I waited for a moment and then continued "Do you know where we are?" I asked them mockingly and with my arm gestured towards the wide ocean. "In the bloody ocean. Now do you see any land in sight? Do you know how far we are from one?" I asked but no one replied not knowing where this was going.

"Do you know how much food we have to feed all these mouths?" I asked " No you don't. All of you are busy in wasting our limited supplies without a single thought. Let me tell you. The supplies we have will barely last for the next two months. If we don't find land soon and if you keep preparing feast daily then we will die of starvation within two weeks. Now think and think hard about your actions because we aren't close to finding any land soon so the choice is yours."

Just as I was about to leave I said one last thing "and that alcohol was not for you all to drink but for medical purposes." With that I spun on my feet and left them to their thoughts.

I entered our room and slid down with my back to the door.

'What mess did I get myself into. How are we going to survive like this?' My thought were going hay wire. Yesterdays events played in my mind again and again. Questions were swirling in my mind. My mysterious powers , that natural disaster, Alice's dea... no Alice was alive. She'll survive. She has to.

I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up to find Sinthia sleepily rubbing her eyes. I took her hand and pulled her on my lap. She snuggled in my chest and was soon asleep. I guess she missed me. I gently rocked her like my mother used to do for me.

I guess I fell asleep because I jolted awake with my heart thundering in my ears.

I closed my eyes and took a calm breath. I opened them to find not only Sinthia still sleeping in my arms but also Daniel, Misty and Maya. My heart swelled but instantly I started looking for the source that woke me up.

'It was only someone knocking on the door' I said to myself as I heard someone gently rapping on my door.

"Just a moment" I said in a low voice to whoever was on the other side of the door.

I gently shook everyone awake "Come on sleepy heads it's time to wake up"

Rubbing sleep out of there eyes they stood up. I followed soon with a hand on my neck. 'Never again am I going to sleep on the ground' I silently promised my self.

I opened the door to find Nora standing there with a concerned look. I sighed and lead the children first to the bathroom and then the kitchen.

There I didn't pay any mind to anyone even if I was feeling their stares on me.
Nora squirmed in her seat but other than that didn't say anything. When we were done I silently made my way towards the deck. Everyone got silent when we arrived. While the children kept themselves busy with playing I stared at the ocean and admired it's beauty.

Getting annoyed by the constant staring I snapped at them "What?" I shouted.

The children stopped what they were doing and stared at me. One of the men suddenly came forward and said no --- demanded.

"Lead us." My mouth fell open unattractively. I looked at him with confusion.

"Guide us and be our leader" another of the men said. The children stared at me then at them then again at me.
