    I am so happy that Thomas finally made his move on Alice.  I just hope everything works out fine.  Emma and I had a great night sleep.  Although I had one nightmare of the crash.  I saw the faces of everyone who died.  Then I saw the 3 people who were chasing us.  It was the start of a new day though.  Just one more day before we had to be on the move to the colony we over-heard Alice talking about.
    "I'm glad you are all awake, now it's time to do a little bit more explaining.  Luckily this won't be as shocking as the news we shared with you yesterday."  Thomas' dad started.
    "Most of this is going to be about what you are going to face.  You WILL be chased by the Cia followers, but sometimes you can find a way to go unseen.  You will need food, water, weapons, and a medical kit.  So in a few minutes we will get you four bags, so you can start packing.  There isn't anything else I can explain now until you get to the colony Alice was talking about.  All right so Janet can you bring the bags over here please?"  Thomas' mom brought in 4 bags.  All were gray messenger bags with a symbol tagged on the strap.  All the symbols were different. Alice was handed one with an hourglass on it.  Thomas was handed one with an infinity sign on it.  Emma was handed one with a flower on it.  I was handed one with a lightning bolt on it.
    "All right if you all want to follow me."  I wonder where we are going, and what these symbols mean.
    "What do the symbols mean?"  Thomas was thinking the same thing as me.
    "As you progress throughout your journey you will learn."  How is that supposed to help.  Thomas' mom led us into a room with weapons, tools, medical kits, and more.
    "You guys can take as much as you want in your bag, but just remember if you have to run it might slow you down.  Alice you can take it from here."
    "Okay so I am going to pack some packets of the dry food, a straw water filter, hand gun, 1 box of ammo, and a medical kit. You guys will definitely want to pack  dry food, water filter, and any kind of weapon.  If you have room, like I do, pack something else you think would be necessary.  I'm going to pack a tool kit that has fire starting supplies in it."  The rest of us took Alice's advice and got pretty much exactly what she got.  I got 5 dry food packets,  1 straw filter, 1 handgun with a box of ammo, then for some odd reason I grabbed a blanket.  Everyone was also supplied with an extra pair of clothes.  Well hopefully this is enough to live off of.
    "What did you get?" I asked Emma.  This could help me learn more about her personality.
    "Well I got everything the same as Alice except instead of tools I got a book of maps and a compass.  You never know which way you are facing in the mountains."
    "What did you get Thomas?"  Thomas probably got the same thing as Alice.
    "Same but added some pop up bowls and a knife."  Wow I would not expect Thomas to get bowls, but in this situation it makes sense.
    "Oh kids I know this is random, but we don't have a dishwasher so someone has to wash the dishes.  When I mean someone I mean you guys."  Well some times you just have to do some things that aren't related to the real problem.  So we grabbed our bags and headed out of that room.  When I looked back, the room and the door had vanished.  I didn't say anything and kept going.
     When we washed the dishes we came up with a system.  Alice got the dishes wet and put soap on them,  Thomas scrubbed and rinsed them,  Emma dried, and I put them away.  What was normal dish washing ended up with Alice splashing Thomas on accident, then Thomas flung soap into her hair which ended up hitting me as well, then Alice went to go splashThomas again, and she splashed Emma instead.  So we ended up having a soap and water war.  It ended with Emma slipping, me laughing her pulling me down with her in the water.  Then when Alice slipped Thomas pulled her up into a kiss.  Of course I couldn't let Thomas be the only one who makes a move so I pulled Emma into a kiss.   After all that excitement we had to clean up our mess.  So we wiped all the water and soap away on the floor.  Emma decided to take a shower to get all the soap out of her hair, but the rest of us just put on the pajamas that Thomas' parents had bought us before all chaos broke loose.  Once Emma was out of the shower we played card games like 1 for 1 black. 
    "I'm just letting you guys know that I'm kind of a pro." Of course Thomas would say that.  I've tried to beat him at this before, but I never won.  We decided to play 5 games Thomas won four, and Emma won 1.  Then after we decided to watch a comedy that is my favorite. 
    "So I just realized we really don't know each other that well so we should get to know each other."  Emma said.
    "That sounds like a good idea.  Emma why don't you start."  Thomas seemed really excited about this  which was a little odd.
    "Okay well my full name is Emma Josie Farmount.  I like playing softball.  My parents are both lawyers, and I have 2 dogs.  Okay Christopher your turn."  Me do I have to go.  Well fine I'll go, but just to make Emma happy
    "My full name is Christopher Joe Belneu.  I play rugbey.  My parents are mechanics, and I have a cat and a dog.  Alice?"
    "Okay well then um my full name is Alice Monica Lumiathin.  I am pretty good at archery.  I was adopted by my parent's friends so that way Cia wasn't looking for me through my parents.  My real parents work at the colony, and my adopted parents are doctors, and  I have 1 cat named Willow.  Thomas it's your turn."  Wow I would never guessed that Alice is adopted.  Well I guess it's good that we are doing this.
    "Well I'm pretty much an open book, but my full name is Thomas Blake Marsin.  I like playing baseball. My dad works as a producer. I have a 2 dogs, and I have no idea where they are."  I've been wondering where his dogs were.  Apparently he doesn't know either.
    "Well that was fun.  At least now we know more about each other."  Emma's right.  That was pretty fun.
    "Wow it's already 8 o' clock.  We should probably hit the sack.  We have a long journey ahead of us."  Alice  has a point we probably should go to bed, but out of my curiosity...
    "What time do we have to leave?"
    "Around 5 A.M.  If we want to make it to my house to grab some supplies then get on the road, we need to leave early." Ugh that's really early!!!  We never slept in the rooms, we slept in the living room.  Emma laid her head on my chest while she slept.
    "Hey Christopher."  Emma whispered.
    "Yea?"
    "Do you think we will survive through this?"  Aww man how do I answer this? 
    "I think that we will.  Remember what I said to you on the bus?"
    " Yea 'I will be at your side no matter what happens'.  I love you Christopher."
    "I love you too Emma."  With my last thought of Emma I fell into a dreamless sleep
