Splash was swimming like she had been for the past two days. Ever since the MudWings found and attacked the summer palace. Splash had a vivid memory of the MudWings setting the canopy above the Summer Palace ablaze in flames dragons screaming. Dragonets crying. Dragons fleeing, flying, swimming, running.

Splash had escaped with only a nick one her shoulder, which accompanied the nick on her nose from dragonets the teased her. Splash was glad that the attack had happened it gave her a chance to escape from the constant teasing and bullying. All because I my glow scales ndon't glow has bright and look like pale grubs on my indigo scales?

Ha! one day those dragons will fear me. Whispered part of Splash's mind.

Splash had no family to stay for, she was alone, an orphan. A orphan with pale almost white glow scales, coral pink webbing between her claw and spins. Coral pink wings and underbelly on a indigo body.

Splash's belly growled, only then she realized how hungry she was. She saw I fish swimming between the coral in the reef. Wait get close then . . . . . . ATTACK! Splash pounced and Hooked the fish with her claws. She burst up to the surface and ended the fish's life with one quick bite. She grabbed the fish and swam to shore.

She settled down on a large flat rock. She started gulping down the fish hungrily. Once she was done she glanced around. I'm probably far enough from any SeaWings maybe I could explore this island and look for a place to live?

She flew up into the air and scanned the ground far below. She spotted a large cliffside right at the edge of the sea. There! She dove down and landed on a small ledge in front of a large gapping cave mouth.

She slowly and cautiously steeped inside. The front of the cave was filled with stalactites and stalagmites but the father back she went the light started to fade but at some point it started to grow eerily in a faint but still bright natural blue green light. There was less stalagmites but she looked up and saw lots of stalagmites but they had odd blue green glowing spots

Wow! The light must be glow worms!

There was a cluster of stalagmites and Splash walked behind them and saw a pool of water. She could she the glow worms light reflecting in the water. The pool seemed to be glowing with a weird teal light.

Wouldn't it be cool if I was a animus like in the scrolls. Well that was a random thought but let's see if I am! She looked down at a rock a said

"I enchant this rock to fly up to the cave and become a glow worm". And the rock did.

Splash couldn't believe her eyes. This isn't true what the heck! One more spell just to make sure.

"I enchant this rock to turn into a dragon sized sculpture of a seahorse". Again the did leaving a beautiful seahorse carving in it's place.

I'm a animus! What should I enchant next!

Then she remembered the stories of animus dragons using they're power to much and losing they're soul.

Hmm, well, that sucks! I only use it for important things. One of those things protecting and hiding this cave.

"I enchant a waterfall to, appear, look natural, hide, and protect this cave"

She started to hear a rushing sound getting louder and closer and it soon became a roar. Water rushed pounding in front of the cave. The cave suddenly wasn't quiet except dripping water it was filled with the noise of rushing water. She could hardly hear her own thoughts. The dripping water that you could hear before, nonexistent.

Ack! That's so loud! Let's say I tried to enchant it in this noise! Well it won't hurt me should if I doesn't work so it's worth a shot.

"I enchant this cave to block out the noise this waterfall!" Splash shouted at the top of her lungs. Suddenly the cave was quiet again. The dropping of water clear and easy to hear. Perfect. The cave started to glow brighter and Splash realized that the glow worms must have hid when the waterfall started making things so loud.

Wow! But what should I don't with this? Well I guess I should make something encase someone does find this cave. That could wait till tomorrow though. Splash yawned and curled up on the floor and feel asleep. Splash's last thought before she fell asleep was, I really need to make a good bed....

Splash woke up into a dream about the MudWings attacking the Summer Palace. Nearly replicating what really happend

The dragons burned the canopy above the palace, pieces of flaming debris falling into the water below. Splash swam trying to reach the tunnel leading out of the Summer Palace, but their were to many dragons trying to get out and she couldn't find a way through them. The only way out is through the MudWings.

Splash being so determined actually tried. Just as she was about to fly out of the island she ran into a burly MudWing. The MudWing lashed around growling but she stop and her eyes softened as she saw Splash.

"Where's your family?" The MudWings asked

"I don't have one" Splash replied bluntly.

"Well my names Senipia and I'm getting you outta here".

Splash woke up her stomach was growling loudly. What time is it? She thought groggily. Just as she was about to step out of the cave and into the waterfall she remembered the events of last night. So I'm really a animus? She starting walking to the back of the cave father then she had went before. The father back Splash went the more hesitant she became.

What if the Queen found me and forced me to use my magic? What if she sent drag9n apron dragon to find me until she did. What if someone finds out and tells her! Thoughts like this continued to swim around Splash's mind has she tried to think of a way to stop all of these possibilities. Well I could always send a enchanted knife to kill her, but would that make my soul disappear and make me evil.

Maybe I could carve some dragon statues to kill any dragons that try to get in here. Hmm killing sounds intense. Do I really want to be a killer like the MudWing queen.

Part of her said no instantly but a small part of her so faint Splash wasn't sure it was her on thought.

Yes I want to feared. I want to be in power for once. I want to be the one weaving the string no tweaks and tugs from dragons who mess with me.
