Hey guys, I'm so sorry that once again the next chapters update was delayed but I've come back from my holiday and when I return to school I will have one week before assessment week. So I need you guys to bare with me and be patient. Also I had a lot of trouble writing it. Enjoy this chapter.

They kept running slowly towards the bookshelves as it closed. Jesse stopped immediately but everyone was still running towards her, like they couldn't stop. Axel tripped over his own legs slowly and couldn't stop himself even though he wanted to. "Stooooopp... --Get out of the Way!!" Lukas yelled just as the potion effects wore off and Axel fell flat on his face.

Everyone managed to stop themselves from running anymore but they were silent as a mouse. "Is everyone ok?" Jesse asked, breaking the silence.

"Yeah we're fine." Lukas replied.

"I have never seen Axel fall like that before." Olivia added.

"He mostly used his face." Lukas joked.

Axel, Olivia and Lukas started to think of a way to leave the room and didn't even notice Jesse and Rueben walk towards Gabrial as he leaned against the silver table in the centre of the room. "You don't look so good." Jesse whispered with concern.

"Because I look great!!" He suggested, his voice slightly croaky from coughing.

"You know what I meant." She said.

"Unfortunately, I do." He sighed "I ask you not to be afraid," He pulled out his arm with the rash on, and showed Jesse how much it had spread.

Jesse didn't hesitate to let a gasp escape her mouth but quiet enough so her friends couldn't hear her. "Are you sure your ok?"

"Jesse just worry about you and your friends, I promise you I'm fine." He coughed, causing Lukas to look their way, suspiciously.

"Guys I think I have an idea," Axel said, grabbing everyone's attention as he faced he shelve-door. "Magnus Help!!!!" He yelled but there was no reply. "Ok I have another idea--"

"Is it yelling for Elleguaard?" Olivia said, with her hand on her head.

Axel turned around with embarrassment, and made a slight frown. He had been out smarted by one of his friends. "Not any more."

"Look they aren't coming back." Lukas said as he walked away from the shelve-door. 

"Well we don't need them," Jesse added as she followed Lukas. "As long as we have.... This." She pulled out a flint and steel, accidentally.

"Flint and Steel, I don't get it." Olivia commented.

"It's not--" She started to say before she noticed what she had in her hand. "Oh, hold on a sec." She said as she placed it back in her inventory and searched through it till she eventually found the amulet and pulled it out.

It was as dull as an old sword, apart from Gabrial's blue stone, which worried her. "Maybe it's broken." Lukas suggested as he walked closer to Jesse and grabbed the amulet.

He tried to pull it out of Jesse's hand but Jesse pulled it back towards her. They both kept trying to get it out of the others hand. "Maybe you need to jiggle it a bit." He added.

"I have a spare arm you know, and on the end of it is a fist." She threatened (Daym Jesse)

"Jesse don't threaten me. It doesn't suit you." He said.

"I'll live up to that threat if you don't shut up."

They were both still fighting but the white stone started glowing, causing Lukas to let go and step away. "Soren!!" Jesse yelled.

Jesse remembered that the closer she got to the person, the lighter their stone became. She walked all around the room until she found a spot where it glowed almost as bright as Gabrial's stone. "This is the spot," Jesse said as she kneeled down. "We need to dig."

Jesse was about to start digging but Lukas stopped her. "Wait we don't know how far down it goes." He said.

"Have you got a better idea!" she retaliated, and glared.

"She meant you Lukas." Olivia yelled.

"I know...."

Jesse slightly smiled but she made it small enough so no one noticed it. They started digging almost immediately until they found another tunnel. The hole was very deep and Jesse could barely hear her friends. She stood at the edge of a hole and looked below. "Are we cool?" Axel called.

"It's a hole." She replied, not hearing the question.

"Does that mean we're cool!?"

"I'll check." She said jumping down, and looking around. "We're cool!!"

"Coming down!!" Olivia answered as she hung on the edge at the top of the hole.

While Jesse waited for her friends to get down, she looked around the tunnel. Behind her she noticed several orange glowing eyes looking at her. "Guys Stop!! There's something down here with me!!" She yelled up to her friends causing the 'creatures' to move towards her.

They were bats and were flying all around her, specifically in her hair, causing her to try and shoo them away. When they eventually flew away she yelled up to her friends and signalled them to come down. Olivia, Lukas and Rueben jumped down but as Axel jumped down he landed on Lukas. "Axel get of Lukas!!" Olivia commanded.

"Oh I didn't realise." He replied as he got up and Gabrial fell down.

"Is everyone ok?" Jesse asked.

"I just slipped." Gabrial replied, breathing heavily, then pulling himself up.

"What's that smell?" Olivia asked.

"I believe the scientific term is: Poo. That's what I slipped on."

Jesse slightly smiled in amusement but it turned back into a serious face when she remembered that the world was at risk and she needed to find Soren. She pulled out the amulet and walked down the tunnel with the others following behind until they came to an open room. The room was huge and had many other tunnels meet the room.

"We have to get out of here." Olivia yelled as she backed up.

"What? We just got here." Lukas added.

"You don't understand. This is a grinder."

They all took a second look at the room. The floor was deep down and there was pistons banging against each other as the monsters went between the floor, then their loot falling into the water below. The mobs fell from the other 'Tunnels' due to the water dispensing and pushing them out. "This isn't good." Jesse said before turning around at the sound of a hissing. "Creeper!!"

Jesse and Gabrial pulled out their swords and ran towards the three creepers approaching them. They both managed to kill one creeper but before one of them could kill the third one it exploded and water was dispensed causing Jesse to drop the amulet. She attempted to grab it but fell out of her reach and Axel had to grab her to stop her from falling. The water disappeared and all attention was on the hole as Jesse searched the outside area for the amulet. "Was that--"

"The amulet. Yes." Jesse huffed, slightly out of breath from the events that just occurred. "I have to go and get it." She said preparing to jump.

"What? Jesse are you serious." Axel asked.

"Jumping is the easy part, landing is the hard part." Jesse said as she jumped down.

Everyone followed as monsters started appearing before them. They all split up to attempt to retrieve the amulet. Jesse stayed with Gabriel as her killed some skeletons. "This ones mine!!" She yelled as she ran down some stairs to a creeper and hit it into a wall.

It exploded and revealed several cave spiders crawling in. Jesse fought the spiders as she headed towards Olivia, who was being shot at by a skeleton. "Hey ugly!!" She yelled, grabbing the skeletons attention.

It shot at her before Olivia re-grabbed its attention, then Jesse pushed it over the side, which caused it to get crushed by the grinder. Then Jesse headed to Lukas who was having trouble with some spiders. "Raahhhh!!" She screamed so the spider would look at her.

It jumped straight for her but she managed to counter it's attack an kill it. She ran to Lukas as the water started pouring out and pushing them off the sides. Lukas managed to grab hold the side with one hand and Jesse with another, when she couldn't grab it in time, (I had to I'm sorry) but the water on a lower level pushed the amulet so it was balancing on the edge. When the water stopped flowing Lukas pushed Jesse up, then she helped Lukas up.

Their attention was immediately grabbed by a male screaming and a pig squeals on the left of them, then to the amulet. They saw Axel and Rueben being attacked by monsters and unable to fight them. "I have to save them!! Lukas you get the amulet!!"

"Got it." He replied as they jumped to the level below them.

Jesse pulled out her sword and attacked and killed all the creepers except one. The last one snuck up behind her and they both fell off as the water was, once again, dispensed.

They were falling towards the grinder but Jesse used her smart thinking and strength to grab the creeper and push it down to the grinder. It exploded causing a massive hole that everyone could get through.

One by one, the group fell into the water and we're sucked through some tubes.
