Kianna's POV 

"NO!" I heard Sonic yell.

"SONIC!" Another voice yelled. 'Wait… why aren't I toast..?' I slowly opened my eyes and uncovered my face to see Werehog laying on the ground in front of me. 

"WEREHOG!!!!" I screamed, desperately shaking him. "WAKE UP!!!! PLEASE!!! ARE YOU OK?!?!" Tears streamed down my cheeks as Eggman laughed. Werehog's eyes fluttered open. "WEREHOG!!!" I hugged him and started crying even more. 

"Help…" He whispered. 

"Help?! Help with what?!" I asked, terrified of his answer. 

"I'm dying…" He said dramatically. And that's how I knew he was ok. I rolled my eyes and playfully punched his arm.

"Might as well take a chilidog with ya." I told him. He smiled and then we burst out laughing. 'He may be ok, but he's still really hurt.' I thought. 'He needs to get out of here.' 

"NEO!! ATTACK!!" Eggman yelled. Neo attacked Sonic and pinned him to a wall. 

"SONIC!!!" I screamed. I ran towards him to help, but Eggman grabbed my arms. "LET GO OF ME!!!" I yelled. Then I saw a drone. "LAZER HIM!!" I shouted. A laser came out of the drone and hit Eggman. Eggman screamed and yelped. He let go of me and I ran over to Neo and Werehog. I grabbed Neo and he turned around. "Ba-bye." Then I punched Neo in his face which made him fall on the floor and I took out his batteries. "Take that." I said. 

"Thanks, Kianna." Sonic said. I smiled.

"No problem, Werehog." Eggman slammed his fist against a button. Doors opened and robots started to come in.

"ROBOTS!! ATTACK!!!" Eggman yelled. Now I have to choose. 'Freedom or Werehog..?' 

I thought for a second then yelled, "I choose Werehog."

He looked at me with wide eyes. I've never noticed how bright green they were. "Really?" He whispered.

"Really." I smiled at him. Not my famous, evil smile, a real, warm, loving smile. The robots came closer. 'I need him to get out of here. He's weak, they'll capture him again.' "Now, Sonic. Listen to me." I told him, putting my hands on his shoulders. "You NEED to leave. NOW." 

"What? What about you?!" He asked me.

"I'll be fine. You need to go, Werehog. Everybody depends on you. You're our only hope to be free. I'll fight the robots and you run, ok?" I asked. He started crying and nodded. "But promise me one thing, before you go. Promise me you'll come back for me. Promise me that you won't just forget about me and leave me in the dust. Promise me you'll save us all like you always do." Sonic nodded and gave me a sweet but sad smile.

"...I promise…" He whispered. I gave him a quick hug, then I let him go. 

"DRONE!! GET HIM OUT OF HERE!!" I shouted.

I followed the drone as it led me away from a girl that I didn't know if I'd ever see again…
