Tails' POV

Me and Kianna were picking berries and tree nuts to roast over the fire we made at our new campsite. 

I felt a small tug on my bucket and turned around to see Kianna whistling, with her hands behind her back. I turned around and felt another tug. I turned back and Kianna wasn't there. I felt a tug at the front this time and looked to see Kianna double-fisting berries.

"Kianna! They're for later! Besides, don't you have your own bucket?" I asked, a little angry.

"Sorry. I'm just hungry… And I ate them all." I smiled. I can't really blame her, she was starved for two weeks and all she's had since we rescued her was some water.

"It's ok." I gave her the bucket. "Eat up!" Suddenly, barking laughter boomed from the trees and I turned around to see Sonic.

"Ya hungry?" He asked. Kianna nodded. 

"A bit."

"There's some snacks back at camp. Why don't you get to know the girls better? I'll help Tails." Sonic told her.

"Why." She whined. "They're girls."

"And so are you." I stated.

"Just give it a go, please?" Sonic asked. Kianna sighed.

"Fine." She huffed. Then she left.
