|EXTRA CHAPTER 4| A Sky Full of Stars
[All Rights Reserved. Saving Rose by @PointTrueNorth]
Dedicated to @karl_jestor because she has been there for me in the darkest and lightest moments f my life. I just want you to know that you were one ofThe many people who pushed me to believe and dream and be able to race across the finishing line. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just can't say enough thank you's these days. :D
The amazing @destroyshesaid created the second fan fiction/one-shot for Saving Rose. It's called 'Saving Felix' and it's about Felix and his sister, Susanna. Please do me a favor and check it out!
A/N: So, yes. This extra-chapter was actually inspired by none other than @destroyshesaid. I read the fan fiction and thought that it was cute (I can't wait for the next chapter!).
I decided to do something like that and this takes place when Felix and Susanna turns 14 (10 years later).
Also, speaking about fan fictions, THE ONE-SHOT AND FAN FICTION CONTEST FOR SAVING ROSE HAS BEGUN.
All rules and prizes will be listed on the next chapter/part/what-ever-you-call-it. Again, thanks for all the support, guys (I still can't believe I call you guys 'Guys'. Sorry girlies but the word 'Guys' sound way better than 'Honey munchkins' like some authors like calling their minions/readers. -_-)

Special Chapter : : From Felix's POV
|E X T R A - C H A P T E R 4| A Sky Full of Stars
"Come on, come on, come on!" I chanted and furiously punched the buttons on the X-Box controller.
A monster jumped in front of my character Link and killed him in one swipe.
I groaned and slammed the controller down as the screen turned dark with red letters flashing "Game Over".
"You died again?" Susanna's voice asked as she walked into the game room with earphone in her ears.
I rolled my eyes. "Duh! If Link could have ran faster the monster would have never caught up with me!"
Susanna just smirked at my exasperation and plopped down on the sofa next to me. "Two players?" she suggested as she picked up the second controller.
"You sure you can beat the boss?" I asked and threw my hands into the air in exasperation. "Even I can't defeat it."
"Don't underestimate me, Sir Felix," Susanna said and gave me a nudge. "At least I wasn't obsessed with dragons and saving princesses when I was your age.
I pouted. "Hey! That was when I was, like, five!"
"Four," Susanna corrected me.
"Whatever," I grumbled. "Let's just get started already.
The two of us wiggled around to get comfortable and I pressed the button on the screen that read 'Continue Game'.
The game began and I found myself facing the same boss I tried to defeat thirty minutes ago.
Susanna and I fought like there was nothing but is and the game.
The only difference was I was slightly better than her. As I dodged one of the monster's moves, I saw Susanna get whacked by another.
I smiled to myself. Ha, yeah right. Behaving like a knight-in-golden-armor in my childhood days payed off.
We finally defeated all the minions before the boss battle and entered the arena where I always died in.
I gripped my controller tightly in my hands. The boss for this level was extremely hard and if you can't predict his every move, you could lose a lot of HP.
As we battled, I snuck a glance at Susanna. I frowned a little when I saw that her face looked relaxed like fighting the top boss was nothing to her.
I mean, is it?
Susanna is capable of a lot things that I'm not able to do. She's the top in her classes and has amazing agility.
I, on the other hand, pretend to be the best when I know that I can't throw a basketball straight.
The weird thing is that we're twins. If you place is next to each other, we look and act nothing alike.
My hair is a milky brown and my eyes glow hazel. Her hair is jet black and her eyes constantly change colors from amber to chocolate brown. You can never tell, even if you stare into her eyes intensely.
There are many more differences between us, but I don't resent her for anything. It's not her fault that we were created this way.
I'm actually thankful that she's always by my side.
I want to say that I'm popular at school, but then that would just be the same as lying to myself. Susanna is actually the one that's popular. You can't even walk two normal steps forward without having to hear the 'New Exclusive Story on Susanna Rose'.
Now I'm just wondering when they'll put "New Exclusive Story About Susanna Rose's Sidekick/Brother Felix Rose".
Having Susanna glued to my side all the time is actually making me feel special, like someone worth noticing.
I have a small circle of friends and it pretty much includes just Eleanor, Marisol (she babysits sometimes with Eleanor. Back when I was small, she used to pinch my cheeks, stating that they were cute. Now she Just hugs hugs the heck out of me.), Chloe, Samuel, and Susanna.
Yeah, not that much.
But they still feel like family to me. Especially Eleanor. It's like she's always there to help (thank gods she's dating my brother...).
But here's the thing. They're all more popular than me. Yet they continue to stay by my side.
"Yes! Be beat him!" Susanna cheered. I jolted and came back to reality.
The screen on the TV flashed "You Win".
I grinned and gave Susanna a high five.
We closed the TV and got up.
"Race you to get ice cream?" Susanna suggested and jabbed her thumb in the general direction of the kitchen.
I smirked. "I'm gonna beat you there!"
We laughed and ran down the stairs together. It brought back memories of when we were four.
All of us have changed. The past is the past. This is the new path we're willing to take.
And this time, we're going to walk hands in hands together towards the rising sun.

A/N: So, I decided to let the "Wrongful Accusing" slid pass.
I'M going to continue writing until Wattpad kicks me off.
And also, before I forget, I need to quickly explain a matter. You know how you see a bunch of spelling errors in my books? It's not me who's typing them wrong. I usually write on my phone and my phone just... hates me so it keeps autocorrecting to random things.
If you see random mistakes, that's not me. I know how to freaking spell. I won Spelling Bess before.
And sometimes I just type too quick and miss letters. I press the letter on the keyboard of my phone but I didn't press them hard enough.
So, from now on, if you see a mistake, please let me know. Then I'll have a reason to yell and throw my phone across the room.
Okay, we're done with the boring things.
They have just sent the 1st draft of Saving Rose to me a few days ago. My editor and I are currently going through it one last time. Then we create the covers and sent it for printing.
I have posted a message about this to all of you so you should have received it.
I'm so excite right now. We're so close! >/////<
Thank you all once again for being awesome and so kind to me. Cookies for all!
xoxo Lauren
