Heaven Bay. A fair sized city on the coast of Southern California. It used to be a small quiet city, but then the gangs moved in, taking over the southern portion  of the city, an area now known as the slums.  Reeling with all sorts of people, the slums contains  murders, drug dealers, arms dealers, Gang members, every bad evil son of a gun you could imagine. Yet some are just plain innocent poor working class men and women, doing their best to survive in that evil place.

The rest of the city is fairly nice, much similar to California's popular Huntington Beach. Except Huntington doesn't face the same destruction Heaven Bay is facing. Almost every day someone dies, people die, at the hands of the venomous monsters that are slowly poisoning this beloved city, while it sleeps. And someone has to stop them. Someone has to defeat the evil creatures that have failed this city.

Many people have taken this cities problems into their own hands. The standing question- Are you here to join them and save the city, or are you here to do more damage to it's already crumbling structure.

This is a combination of the dc/ marvel universes. This means there will be metahumams, vigilantes, supers and "aliens".  Of course also plain humans.
