After Toby left you hear a knock at the door, you open it to see two police officers one female one male. "Ma'm we found your boyfriends body in the woods with an axe mark in his head do you have any idea of how this happened." Male said. Toby, you promised not to tell and you intend on keeping it. "Officers I know what happened."
They look at you with hope of a story. "He chased me out into the woods because I ran away from him. He beats me all the time I have the scars to prove it." You ask the female to look at your back. She looks at them and says "Officer Clark they're not self inflictions".
Officer Clark looks at you and says "(y/n) is that right, please tell me the rest of your story.". You nod and tell what happens but change the ending, "I hear a scream and turn around to see an axe in his head so I ran back to my house, it took a while though because of my leg."
You show them your ankle, they nod and wrote every thing down. "Ma'm since your boyfriend has no related family you are the only one who can say if we find the murderer do you want to press charges?" You look at him and say "No, my pain was never avenged so his will never be either." They thank you for your story and leave. You say to yourself "Toby your safe with me always." You had a feeling he heard.
