(Y/n) pov
You look at your surroundings, it's 2018 and its Valentine's Day. You look to find Toby, you turn to his room, the kitchen, and anywhere else he could be. But he wasn't there.
"Hey Sally have you seen Toby?" You ask Sally in the living room. "No I think he went out for Slendy, for a mission I think." She replies, you sigh in disappointment. You walk back upstairs to your room and look at your neck. After what happened with Alex you went back home, you were a crying mess, you kept apologizing to Toby about leaving and he couldn't get you to stop. So he had an idea and went downstairs to grab the box, he came back up and handed it to you.
You grabbed the box and opened it, he got you a waffle shaped locket with a picture of you two in it.
It calmed you down enough to say thank you and hug him.
You hear a knock on your door, you look out to see Masky and Sally, "You looked kinda lonely so I got Masky to come with you!" You look at them and smile. "Thanks you two, happy Valentine's Day." You reply.
They take you outside to go on a walk in the woods, it was late since you got back from school about an hour ago. Sally went ahead so she could chase a deer, it was just you and Masky so far.
"Sorry about Toby, Slender has just needed him for some stuff." He says to me, I look at him and smile, "It's fine, honestly it's nice being out here with you, it's peaceful." You say to him. "Yeah I guess it is, it's better than us and Toby, for fuck sakes he's annoying!" He yells and you laugh. Toby is just like Masky's annoying younger brother, they bickered but they would protect each other.
"Oh such words of kindness." You reply, you look ahead and you see a clearing, the clearing you and Judge Angels trained at. And in the middle of it was Toby.
"Hey (y/n), sorry for the wait." He says holding a rose, then he looks at Masky.
"You're a-an ass."
He shrugs and walks away.
"You owe me."
Then you hear a rustle in the bushes, "Yeah you owe him, Toby!" You hear Sally scream.
You giggle and look at Toby, "So what did you plan." You ask him, he looks at you and sighs. "I d-didn't think I'd g-get this far, so I b-brought some M&M and a-a blanket to watch the s-sunset and the s-stars." He says with a little awkwardness in his voice.
"That's better than what I can do honestly." You tell him as you sit down with him. He laughs a little bit and sits down with you, wrapping his arm around you as he does.
"I j-just want to s-say, if you d-didn't come here I-I was going t-to do this all a-alone." He says jokingly, you laugh and watch the sunset.
You both talk as the sun comes to an end and the stars begin. You both did the cliche thing and wish on a shooting star as you both snacked on M&Ms.
"I'm getting tired Toby." You say to him, he grabs on to you and you both lay down. You close your eyes and fall asleep.
Masky's pov
Yes, I know what you're thinking, I'm watching this whole think play out. Well you're right, I got bored and this is (y/n) we're talking about. If he breaks her heart, I break his neck, that's fair right.
I watch as they lay down and she falls asleep, then Toby sits up and looks at the bush I'm hiding in.
"Hey d-dip-shit, I-I can see y-you." He says, I get out of the bush and walk over to him, I was hiding in a bush, how could he see me. He looks at me and picks up (y/n), he hands her over to me.
"Can y-you take her b-back to the m-mansion." He asks me
"Why can't you do it?" I remark
"I w-want to watch the s-stars some more o-ok, plus y-you need to g-go back anyways."
I sigh and walk away with (y/n) in my hands, her (h/c) hair bouncing side to side.
"If y-you drop h-her, I hurt y-you." I hear from a distance.
I look down an her and sigh, "ok."
