Ur pov
You moved a couple of months ago and the reason, school. You are in college, and it's your first semester, and you're in crutches ((B/f/n) had to take you since your car had blood in it and Toby was still cleaning it). Your classmates are really nice they help you with your bags while switching buildings.
There is one guy who helped you a lot more than others, his name is Alex. He has auburn hair and a tan skin tone. His eyes were a light blue and has to wear glasses (but prefers contacts). "Hey (y/n) I can't believe we have most of the same classes." He sticks with you because he's in most of your classes, and you guys have a lot in common. You both like
(Fav/tv show), (f/c), and (f/f), he's more of an extrovert unlike you. (If ur an extrovert then ignore this)
He talks about NASA and space a lot, he's really into space. He will talk about the ISS and Saturn V. "Space has always been cool to me, it shows me that even though I'm a small speck in the universe I can go a long way away from the normal." He told you, he's loved space since he was little kid. He told you it started when his mother told him to "reach for the stars" right before she had to leave for the military, she's lived in the Middle East ever since.
You felt bad you haven't seen your parents since you moved but he hasn't seen his mom for years. "So do you like any sports?" You asked trying to ease the tension, "yeah I play soccer, I'm trying out for the team." You guys finally made it to the classroom while talking about soccer. The teacher walked in disrupting the conversation and started class.

The class had thirty minutes left when the fire alarm went off, we thought it was a drill or something but the teacher looked worried. "Hurry guys come on get out." It was hard for you, every one was passing you. You tripped on you crutches since you haven't used them for a while, then someone picked you up. Alex put you on your feet and helped you get out of the building, the firemen and paramedics help you from there.
The firemen checked in and around the building, one of the firemen talked with someone who looked like the chief. He came up to the crowd of students and said "You are all dismissed, for the next week but I'll need the person who pulled the alarm." You wondered why, it's was your first semester and they are telling you to leave for a week.
Alex walked home with you since (b/f/n) was still in school, while you were walking the bushes were rustling. You and Alex were a little freaked out so starting walking faster, it was a thirty minute walk so he walked with you. He talked about soccer and trying out for the team to keep our attention away from the bushes.
You told him about your life at home with your parents, he seem interested about your mom. You thought it was because he's never had a mother, but you stopped talking when the bushes started shaking. The all of a sudden a cat jumped out, it scared the crap out of you. "Hey (y/n) look at its face." You looked and saw a HUGE grin on its face.
"Woah what happened to you bud." You said as you pat it on the head. It purred and ran off into a different bush, you smiled. Alex looked at you and said "You must be good with animals." "Yeah I used to have a (f/pet) at my home." You started talking about animals and realized you were home. Alex waved and left, you started fumbling with your keys trying to get the door open. You open the door and sit on your couch, you turn on the tv to see it already at the news.
'There was a murder at (your/state) university today, a student who want to remain anonymous witnessed the murder and pulled the fire alarm to make sure every one left the area.' 'It was a very smart move by that student and stopped any more causalities, but sadly Jamie Duncan was murdered today.' You watched some more and the autopsies came up. 'She died of a hatchet wound to the head thrown about five feet away..'
You remembered how your boyfriend died.
He died by a hatchet wound to he head, and Toby killed him.
