Sam took Allison out of the backseat and took her inside the apartment room and put her on a bed then the boys started packing hopefully Allison will wake up.

Allison started to wake up

Sam: hey Allison it's ok your safe
Allison: what happened
Dean: what was the last thing you remember
Allison: um me and Sam were trying to get out of this cave I think that's where the windigo lives.
Dean: not anymore
Allison: you guys killed it
Sam: yeah but now we got to go
Allison: ok um thanks for what you guys did for me oh and Dean
Dean: yeah
Allison: the next time you try to pull a gun on me don't
Dean: noted well it's time to go it was a nice meeting you Allison
Allison: yeah same but wait what happens now
Sam: be normal
Allison: ok thanks again guys
Dean: no problem

Then they left their hotel room and got into their car then drove away and off to the next town.
