Michelangelo's pov

I sit on a table thingie in Donnie's lab. I'm really bored and have nothing to do. I was playing with Ice Cream Kitty, but she started to melt, so I put her back into the freezer.
"Hey Donnie? Is there anything I can do." I ask. Donnie sets down a beaker of purple liquid a little forcefully.
"Mikey. No. I've said it ten times already. I'm still working on a retro mutagen for Karai."
"Well, it's not like she's gonna become anymore of a snake if we wait for a day and have some fun."
"No Mikey."
I stand on top of the table and did what I did when I was a little kid.
"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"
"Mikey!!! What are you doing?!?! Leo and-"
Leo, April, Raph, and Casey run into the room. Leo had drawn his swords.
"What's wrong?" he asks looking around.
"I'm bored." I say.
"Yeah, yo. Like I'm completely ready for some fun, Jones style." Casey says.
"I'm up for that Casey." Raph says.
"Yeah me too." April and Leo chime in.
We all look at Donnie.
"Ugh. Fine." he says and we all cheer.
"What do you guys want to do?" April asks.
"Capture the flag, yo." says Casey.
"Awww yeah boy! Capture the flag ninja style!" I yell.
"What are we going to use as flags?" Raph asks.
Casey pulls out a ratty old handkerchief from his pocket.
"We can use this." he says.
"Ha. No.
Donnie, don't you have some extra staffs around here somewhere?" April asks.
"Yeah." Donnie says as he reaches behind his desk and pulls out two small bo staffs.
"Sound great and all, but it doesn't like that much fun." April says.
My jaw drops to the floor. I run over and grab her shoulders and give them a little shake.
"WHATS WRONG WITH YOU APRIL! HOW WILL IT NOT BE FUN! DONT YOU RUIN THIS FOR ME! IT'S GOING TO BE TOTALLY AWESOME!" I yell and release her.
All right. I may have been a little...um....harsh, but it was all for a good cause.
We playin' capture the flag, fool!
Everyone just kind of looks at me all awkwardly.
"That's not what I meant, Mikey. I meant that we've been everywhere in the sewers, haven't we?"
"Yeah."
"Pretty much."
"I think so."
"Wait! I know of a place." I say.
"Really, where?" Raph asks.
"Follow me."
I lead them to the tire swing that's over the small pool of water. I turn to face them.
"All right. Listen up. We're gonna have to swim a ways, so hold your breath." I says and fall back-wards into the water, the others following close behind.
It isn't that long of a swim, but by the time we are at the place where I had lead them, Casey almost passed out.
"Casey!" I say and kneel next to him on the ground.
"Are you okay? Do you need mouth to mouth?" I whisper. Casey puts a hand in my face pushing me away.
"No. I don't."
I help him stand up. I face the three tunnels in front of us.
"Okay Mikey, where are we?" Leo asks.
"Well, when I was little and you guys were mean to me, I came here. It was like my secret spot where you couldn't find me." I say. I point towards the tunnel on the left.
"That ways full of water." I point to the right.
"And that's like a maze. Almost no way out." I point to the middle.
"And that- actually, I don't k is what's down there. It was always dark and scarey when I was little."
Casey walks up to it and flips his mask down.
"Forget capture the flag, yo. I'm goin' on an adventure, Casey Jones style."
Raph walks up to him and shoves him a little.
"You're crazy. Nuts. Out of your gourd. It could be dangerous. And that's why I'm going first." Raph says as he runs into the tunnel.
We all follow close behind.
About ten minutes into the walk, Casey starts to complain of his feet hurting.
"Idiot. It was your plan to go on this stupid adventure." Raph says.
"Oh, yeah. Well, I wasn't expecting to see nothing but the darkness two inches in front of my eyeballs." Casey says.
"Oh, yeah. Well, what did you expect, the empire state building or maybe the statue of liberty. We live in a sewer." says Raph.
"OH, YEAH! Well-"
"All right. That's enough." Leo says.
Amen brother.
We continue to walk until I see something shiney up ahead.
Oooooooh. Shiney.
I sprint to it, Leo calling my name all the way. As I near it, I hear crying.
Crying.
I soon realise that it is a locked cage with a cat like mutant thing huddles in the corner with its head in its hands. Leo runs up to me and notices it immediately. He kneels next to it.
"Hey." he say, hitting the cage a little with his sword. The cat looks up and hisses with its ears back.
"Leo. You're scaring her." April says.
"Her?"
"Yes. Her. Now move."
Leo steps out of the way and April takes his place.
"Hey, we're the good guys. We're not going to hurt you." she says.
The cat is injured. A lot. She has a black eye and dried blood coating her spotted tan fur. Her brown hair is matted to her skull with blood as well. The only thing on her that looks alive is her yellow cat eyes and pink cat nose. And the now visible claws.
She hisses again and lashes out with the razor blades for finger nails which are also known as claws.
"I'm going to open the cage, but you have to let us help you." April says. The cat nods its head. April picks the padlock on the side of the cage and soon opens the door. The cat crawls out. She trys to stand and falls, but Leo is there to catch her.
"I'll carry you." he says and picks her up. She has her ears back, but she isn't hissing anymore.
"Let's take her back to the dojo." April says.
We trek our way back in absolute silence, except for Casey, who is whispering not so secretly to Raph.
"Dude. This has to be a trap from Shredder." he says. Raph nods his head while crossing his arms.
We make it back to the water, where we have to swim before we make it back to the dojo.
"We're gonna have to swim, so you have to hang on to me. Okay?" Leo asks the cat and she nods.
We hop into the water and make it back in record time.
I rush into the laundry room to grab three towels for Casey, April, and the cat. All three are soaked to the bone.
Casey and April decide to just go and change while Leo wraps the cat in the towel and sets her on the couch in front of the t.v.
Casey and April come back with Sensei.
"Leonardo. What have you done?" he asks.
"Nothing, Sensei. We found her and she was injured and afraid and I thought that we could help her."
Splinter strokes his beard.
"What is your name?"
"Ash." the cat croaks.
Sensei thinks shortly.
"Where are you from?"
"I was a human. I rebbeled against Master Shredder and he mutated me into this."
Sensei thinks again.
"You may stay until you are well. April and Leonardo will be in charge of you."
April and Leo stand and bow.
"Hai Sensei." they say. Splinter walks off.
"April, can you go and get some water and bandages and maybe some medicinal alcohol." Leo says and April runs off into the kitchen.
"I need to talk to you guys." Raph says and he leads us all into the kitchen after April.
We gather around the island.
"I don't trust this. It seems like a trap." Raph says.
"What? How could you say that. She needed our help." Leo says along with April's support.
"I'm so with Raph. Don't be so blind." Casey says.
"I'm with April, guys." says Donnie quietly.
Soon, everyone is arguing and yelling thier opinions. I just sit there silently.
"Shut up!" I yell and everyone looks at me.
"I'm not on anyone's side, but have a little respect." I say.
"Wow. Just wow." Raph says as he storms off with Casey close at his heel.
Leo rushes back into the living area to tend to Ash with April and Donnie following with the medical supplies and a cup of water.
I don't know about this. Hopefully they will think this through....
