I knew I was going to regret this...I could feel it in my gut as I stood in front of my brother's front door, I was ready to let him hit me, but all this felt wrong to me, capturing him and what those two hedgehogs were talking about, it just set off alarms in my head

I took a deep breath and knocked, I waited about a minute before Shadow answered the door, he glared and I winced and put my clawed hands up 

"i don't want to fight!" I quickly yelled out

"Why should i trust you?!" He snapped and I saw him making a chaos spear

"I'll help you get the hedgehog back! I don't know what Black Doom has planned, he made a deal with this guy that looks like you and there's a lady with him they were talking about something, but I really don't agree with any of this! I swear!" I panicked as I huddled down and put my hands over my head and shut my eyes tightly and waited for the blow, but it never came, there was silence, just...silence, I peaked up at him and saw an expression of shock mixed with distrust and anger

"Mephilies is on the Black commit?" He asked, I nodded in response

"Him and father struck a deal...and as you know the last one ended horribly...' I stated "But I swear I don't know what he has planned...He hasn't told e anything!"

"Why should i believe you?" He asked with a growl

"We both know i'm not stupid enough to risk my life talking to you when you are ready to kill me" I stated and looked him in the eyes, he still only glared "Besides, why would i bother tell you any of this if i didn't think this would kill us all"

He stayed quiet as he clenched his fist and let out a long sigh

"If this is a trap...I swear I'll end you in the most painful way imaginable" He snapped, I swallowed and nodded without hesitation
