Selene's P.O.V

My heart was beating loudly in my chest. This is it. This could be the end of it all. Finally, Robert can go to jail and we will all be save from him. 

We walked to the back door trying to listen I we could hear anything. 

Someone grabbed my hand making me look behind me. Caleb gave me a small smile giving my hand a little squeeze. I nodded my head before turning back around. 

Wyatt open the door slowly trying not to make a sound. He nodded at Rose and Aaron to go inside. Rose when in first followed by Aaron. They had the guns, so if anything would go wrong they need to be first to shoot. 

I followed Wyatt inside still holding Caleb's hand. He closed the door behind him not letting it shut loudly. It was dark inside and only some dim lights were on. 

I could hear water dripping and rats running around. We followed Rose and Aaron, not really knowing where we should go. This building is huge and Robert could be everywhere. 

I was so scared that they would hear our footsteps. 

Every time someone kicked a stone or we had to step in to puddles my heart began to beat faster. 

Someone reloads there gone behind us and I stopped. I could feel Caleb standing closely behind, trying to shield me from whoever is behind us. 

Aaron and Rose turned around aiming their gun at the person. 

"Drop it! Now!" I hear Cady yell from behind me. 

I turn around facing her. Her hands were trebling while shew as pointing the gun at us. I know she didn't want to do this. She isn't like Nate and Robert. 

"Cady you don't have to do this." I said slowly trying to get her to look at me. 

"You don't understand. They will hurt people I love." She said letting out a shaky breath. 

I look behind me to Rose, Aaron and Wyatt. 

"Go I can handle her." They nodded their heads before slowly moving backwards. 

"Don't move!" She pointed the gun at them. 

"Cady you can stop playing innocent and face me instead." 

She looked at me and a smirk came to her face. 

"You were always the smartest one out all of us. I knew you wouldn't believe me." 

By now they were gone and it was just me, Caleb and Cady. 

"So what did he promise you if you would kill us." 

She let out a laugh shaking her head. "He didn't ask me to kill you. No he wanted to do that himself." 

She pointed her gun at Caleb before speaking up again. 

"But Caleb I can kill." Before I could react her gun when off and I froze. 

I watch Caleb fall down against the wall before falling to the ground. 

"Caleb!" I kneel down next to him looking at the shot wound on his chest. 

"Oh my god." I breath out putting my hands on the bloody wound. 

I hear Cady laugh before she runs away. 

"Caleb stay with me." I whisper looking at his face. 

He gasps for air before letting out a groan. I took of my jacket before taking off my plaid shirt. I put it on the wound trying to stop the bleeding. Caleb let out a moan when I put more pressure on it. 

"Hey, hey look at me." I whisper. 

His eyes found mine and a small smile came to his face. 

"You need to get her." He said in between a groan. 

I shook my head. 

"No you can die. I need to stay with you." 

He let out a small laugh. "I'll be fine, go." 

I bite my lip trying to think about what I should do. He's right I need to get Cady. She needs to pay for what she had done. 

"Okay, but let me help you sit against the wall." He nodded his head. 

"Here hold this and don't let it go." 

I took his hand and placed it on my shirt. I helped him sit up trying not to hurt him more. He looked really pale and I don't know if he was going to survive this. 

I frown my brows looking at him. He let out a sigh before taking my hand in his. 

"Selene you need to go. Cady will escape if you don't go." 

I nodded my head slowly before crashing my lips on his. They tasted like blood, but I didn't care. If he would die I wanted to kiss him one more time. 

"Don't die okay? I'm gonna come back." I whisper pulling away. 

He nodded his head giving me a small smile. I took my jacket from the ground putting it back on. Being just in my black tank top wasn't a good idea right now. 

I stood looking around to find out where Cady went. I bite my lip and began to walk a direction. I came to a corner and look behind me one last time. Caleb gave me a nod saying that I had to go on. I let out a sigh before walking further. 

I could hear laughter coming from further down the small hallway. I walked faster hoping I would catch her before she could run off again. I came to an open area with cars.

 I need something to defend myself. I look down and saw a steel pipe. I picked it up and held it tightly in my hands. I heard her laugh again and I began to move into her direction.

Slowly I looked around trying to find her. I know she was here, just watching me. Some footsteps walked behind me and I quickly turn around. 

I bite my lip when I saw that nobody was there. 

My eyes widen when I hear movement behind me. Quickly I turn around and was greeted by Cady with a stupid smirk on her face. 

"I thought you would never come." 

I didn't answer her and just swing the steel pipe at her. She jumps back looking angry. I swing again, but she grabbed it with her hand. 

"Okay so you wanne play, let's play then." 

She pushes me backwards with the pipe and I fell down. I let out a groan when I hit the hard groan closing my eyes tightly. I open my eyes and saw her about to swing the pipe down at me. 

Quickly I moved to the side and hear the steel hit the ground. I turn back around and saw the chance to kick her legs. 

She fell letting go of the pipe. Before she had the chance to get up I took the pipe and jumped up. Just when I turn around to face her I hear a gun being reloaded. 

She may be laying on the ground, but she was holding a gun at me. 

"I thought you couldn't kill me." I said between my teeth. 

"I don't care anymore." She said breathing heavily. 

I move the pipe up wanting to hit her when the gun when off.
