Lea's P.O.V

My back slam against my locker and I gasp for air. I look up and saw Nate. His hands were tightly around my upper arms holding me firm against my locker. I was already late for class and nobody was in the hallway. I had missed my alarm this morning and was late for school. I haven't had any sleep last night.

I mostly cry until I thought I hadn't had any tears left.

"What's your problem!"

I try to push him away, but he wouldn't budge.

"You! You are my problem!"

This boy is just crazy! I haven't said anything to him in a long time. "What are you talking about!" He pull my body a bit back from the locker before slamming me against it again, but this time harder. My head hit the locker hard and I thought I couldn't see for a sec.

"You always have to ruin everything!"

I was dizzy and I had no idea what he's talking about.

With the strength I had left I push him away from me before running to the bathrooms. I had hoped that he won't run after me, but he did.

I look around and saw the window.

Quickly I ran to it and open it.

I hear him opening the door when I climb through it.

Without looking back I ran to my car. I jump inside just in time to see Nate running out the door. Our eyes stayed clue together for a sec before he came running towards me. I started the car and slammed my foot on the gas. His fist hit my door just when I passed him. I drove out the schools parking lot and drove away.

I had no idea where the hell I have to go. I can't go home he will find me there. My heart was beating in my chest. Ugh I need to stop somewhere! I can't keep driving for forever.

My hands were tightly around my steering wheel. I don't even know why he was so mad at me. All I did today was walk into school, well more like powerwalking and got my stuff from my locker. I haven't even seen him until I had turn around to walk to class.

My head was spinning and I could feel blood running down my neck.

That most of have happen when he had slammed me into my locker.

My house came into my view and I debate to go inside or not. Nate will know I will be in there, but I have no idea where I have to go. Quickly I pull up in the driveway and stopped the car. I stepped out the car and walked to the door. I just hope that Rose or Aaron aren't home.

Just when I was about to open the door I hear a car stop and a door slam shut. I turn around and saw Nate running towards me. I let out a gasp before quickly turning around opening the door.

I was about to shut the door when someone push it open.

"You're not getting away that easy!"

He grabbed my arms and pull me towards him.

"What did I do Nate?!" I yell trying not to be scared of him.

A bitter laugh escape his lips.

"You have done enough."

I shook my head.

"No tell me! What have I done to you for you to hate me this much!"

Without saying anything else he slapped me across my face. He let go of me and I fell backwards against the wall.

"If I was you Lea I would run away. Away from this town." He said between greeted teeth.

I try to sit up more straight, but failed.

"I'm not gonna do what you say. You're not the boss of me Nate."

He raised his hand that had turned into a fist.

I closed my eyes waiting for the pain, hoping I would pass out of it's too much.

"Nate!"

I open my eyes and looked at the door. My eyes widen when I saw who was standing there.

"Selene what are you doing here?" Nate asked just as surprise as me.

Her eyes when from him to me.

"I know you would do something stupid. I have been watch you for a few days now." She came closer not shutting the door behind her.

"Well I don't care what you say, now go I was doing something." He turn back to me grabbing my shirt.

"Are you stupid! I'm not gonna stand here and watch you hurt my best friend."

Nate chuckle before looking back at her.

"What are you gonna do? Stop me? One punch and you're on the ground."

I look at Selene and saw that she didn't had any fear in her eyes.

"What made you think I came alone."

Someone came walking into the house behind Selene. He had brown hair and brown eyes.

"Seriously Caleb. You're going to side with her?" Nate asked annoyed.

The guy Caleb stepped from behind Selene and looked at Nate with a disapproval look.

"Why do you always have to break the rules Nate."

Nate scoffed before dropping me to the ground. "It's not like you two are any better."

I look back up at the three people and saw that Nate was walking away.

"You guys can't keep protecting her. Sooner or later something will happen." It was the last thing he said before walking out the door.

I hear Selene sigh before looking at Caleb. "He's never gonna learn."

Slowly I stood up looking at Selene. I was still surprise that she was here.

"Selene?"

They both looked at me when I said her name.

A smile came to her face before she nodded her head.

"Hey Lea."

A laugh escape my lips before she walked over to me pulling me in a hug.

"I missed you so much." I mumble hoping she heard me.

"I missed you too."
