Lea's P.O.V

It's been a week since I last saw Alice.

It's not that I want to talk to her or anything. It's just that I want to know if she is okay. Who knew what Nate could have done after she left me. He could have been waiting for her to come out of that class room.

I really need to talk to him about that. I know that he wouldn't listen to me, he never really did.

I roll over in my bed looking outside. It was a rainy day. Leaves were flying everywhere because of the wind. It's your typical fall day.

I took my phone and saw the date.

October twenty eight, my birthday.

I really don't want to celebrated it. I don't feel older or I don't feel any different.

Knowing if I wouldn't get up now I would be too late for school I got out of bed. After I got out of the shower I got dressed and took my bag from the ground before walking out my room.

Rose was already gone to work, so it's just me home alone.

I took an apple and made my way to the door. I was so not ready for this day. With a sigh I close my door behind me before making my way to my car.

It surprise me that my parent's haven't called yet. They probably have forgotten me. I wouldn't blame them I would forget me too.

Before I got the chance to start the car my phone when off. I frown and took him from my bag. It was from an unknown number.

'Happy birthday. If you want your present come to the swings in the park at 10 PM.'

Okay....

It would help if I would know who this was.

'Uhm who are you?'

I throw my phone next to me before starting the car. I made to school that was already filled with people. Let's get this day over with. I took my bag and phone before stepping out my car.

They still didn't answer me back. I'm not going if I don't know who it is. I'm not taking an risk by getting kidnapped again. Robert is still out there and I have a feeling that he's mad at me.

I walked to the doors and made my way to my locker. I stopped with walking when my eyes landed on Alice.

She's back.

I looked at her for a few seconds probably looking like an idiot standing in the middle of the hall. Finally she looked up and my eyes widen.

There was this huge bruise on her cheek.

Someone most of have hit her. If Nate did that. Oh man he's so going down. Quickly she looked away and shut her locker before running away.

I let out a sigh before walking towards my locker. How could I be this stupid! I knew he would do something to her.

With frustration I open my locker.

The moment I open it a liquid squirt all over me. The hallway got quiet before someone let out a blood curling scream. Slowly I open my eyes and saw that I was cover in blood.

I look at my locker and was frozen in fear when I saw all sort of intestines and other things in it. A note was sticking to my locker and I slowly took it.

With shaky hands I open it and began to read it.

'Happy birthday. I hope you like our present.'

With on the bottom corner the name No-Face Gang.

"Let me go through!" The principal push pass the scared teenagers making her way towards me with some other teachers. I could hear them gasp when they saw me.

Quickly I hide the note in my pocket before turning towards them.

"Lea Oh my god." The other teachers made everyone go to their classes while the principal guide me away from the bloody scene. They asked me if I was okay, but I was to shock to say something.

On my way to the principal I saw Nate, Cady and to my surprise Alice. She stood behind them with a sad look on her face, while they just laughed and smirked at me. I may be shocked, but I'm still clear enough to send them a glare.

The principal lead me to her office before leaving me alone there. Slowly I looked at my hands and my clothes. This is the worst birthday ever. I thought they would leave me, but no they were here.

They know which locker was mine and did that.

I could cry, but I'm not going to.

I refuse to cry about that.

I have been waiting for a few minutest now. I was still alone and I have no idea where everyone when.

I lick my lips, but quickly regretting it. The taste of metal overpowered my mouth.

Blood.

Not mine blood, but someone else his blood.

"Oh my god." I mumble before rushing over to the trash can. I haven't eaten much today only the apple, but still I throw it back up.

I hear a door open behind me before footsteps came rushing over to my side. My hair was pulled out of my face and a hand gently rubbed my back.

I look up and saw Aaron and Rose standing behind me.

"Oh Lea." Rose looked at me with a sad look.

That's when I couldn't hold it anymore and tears began to rush down my face. She pull me in a hug not caring if I was covered in blood.

"If Robert did this then we can find him. That means he's close." Aaron said rubbing my back.

I shook my head pulling away from Rose. I wipe my tears away before taking the note from my pocket.

"It wasn't him." I gave it to Aaron who quickly open it.

"I thought they would just leave me alone, but I guess I was wrong." I whisper while he read it.

Rose push some hair out my face shaking her head. "Hey they won't get you, okay? I won't let them."

I nodded my head slowly.

"Who knows maybe they just did this to scare you off." Aaron said looking away from the note.

I don't know.

I just want this day to be over with.
