Nanny Ji hye sat on a couch holding Joy in her arms. Her nephew Namjoon had told her everything that happened and she was beside herself with worry. Now, she was in Taehyung's house with others thinking of a way to solve their present predicament.

"I'm scared that something bad might happen to Master Jimin if he remains in that house" Nanny Ji hye said

"We must find a way to get him out of there" She added.

"But how?" Hoseok asked.

"Don't worry. I'll think of something" Nanny Ji hye responded wearing a solemn expression on her face. She couldn't help but feel bad for her young Master. He only recently got married. He just managed to find happiness only to have it get snatched away from him so quickly. His happiness had never lasted long but she would ensure that she protects him this time, even if it was the last thing she was ever going to do.

Jin suddenly spoke. "They'll be holding Taehyung's trial l in the two weeks. Most definitely, they are going to control everything. I won't even be surprised if they bribe the Judge to rule in their favor"

Hoseok shook his head. "What do we do now? We can't let them win"he said

Jin sighed looking thoughtful. "I will be able to pull some strings. I will personally go to the Judicial district in the Capital and ask for a Judge to oversee the trial"

"I don't think their influence will reach that far. Hopefully, it will work. Once they accept my request, the Judge will be impartial and overrule the trial without bias"

Namjoon looked confused for a while.

"And what if they get to the Judge?"

Jin and Hoseok shared a conniving Smile. "We know how to handle situations like that"

Namjoon nodded his head. "Alright fine...I hope this plan pulls through" He added.

A few days after Taehyung's arrest, Mr Park and Jeong Hana finally paid Jimin a visit at Yoongi's home. Jimin felt weak, tired and feverish but he still managed to talk to them. Everyone was gathered in the room sorrounding him with piercing gazes.

"Father, please I beg you, stop what you're doing. Taehyung was going to give it all back. I swear!" he pleaded.

Mr Park smiled firmly. "It doesn't matter if he wanted to give it back or not. I want all that he has! Everything!"

Jimin shook his head. "What? Why? Haven't you done enough to him?"

Mr Park frowned. "Why are you defending an enemy of this family?"

"You murdered his parents! You took away his home, his inheritance! Don't you have any remorse left?"

A hard slap resounded on his cheek. Jeong Hana snickered. Jungkook scoffed. Yoongi had a pained expression.

"How dare you?" Mr Park growled.

"Your self righteousness totally irritates me!" He yelled.

"Why can't you see the bigger picture?"

He shook his head. "You have always been a weakling which is why I had little faith in you. Even though you're the eldest, leaving the company in your hands was never an option"

" I let you waste your time being a doctor trying to save those low lives. You never made me proud but for once, you did"

He glared at him. "Marrying Kim Taehyung was your greatest accomplishment. You are going to give me everything I desire and restore this family to greater heights!"

He smirked and held out his hand towards Yoongi who suddenly produced a plain document and handed it to him. Jimin peered at it.

"What's this?"

"It's your divorce papers!"

"My What?" Jimin shouted. He glanced at the document, his eyes scanning it hurriedly. His breath hitched when he saw the signature scribbled at the bottom. The signature that was identical to his.

"What... what's this?" He said quietly.

"It your signature of course!"

Jimin was beside himself with shock. This wasn't happening. Is there something he's missing?

"I never signed this."

Jungkook suddenly puckered up. "I did!" He said smiling wryly. He looked so happy at that moment. Jimin felt dizzy and his fever escalated.

"How... how did you... forge my signature?"

"I learned it over the years when I tried to make you take the fall for some of the things that I did. I didn't know it would one day come in handy"

Jeong Hana who hadn't said a word since finally spoke. "With this divorce, we made it possible for Taehyung's wealth to transferred to you"

Jimin cried. He felt so bitter, so used. "This is illegal and you know it. You can't get away with this!"

Jungkook laughed. "Who would know? This signature can only be done by you. No one else"

Jimin broke down. He felt so weak, so tired and broken. The pain he felt being used by his family to bring down the man he loved was unbearable.

"I'm going to kill myself!" Jimin whispered in a grave voice.

They all stared pointedly at him.

"If you go through with what you're planning. If anything bad happens to Taehyung, I will kill myself!"

Yoongi backed away looking shocked. "Jimin!"

Jeong Hana scoffed "Fine! Go ahead and kill yourself! The wealth will still be ours!"

"Shut the hell up!" Mr Park yelled at Jeong Hana causing everyone to remain quiet.

"Do you love him that much, you're willing to throw your life away for him?"

He stared at Jimin with belweirdment "My life is nothing without him. Why can't you understand father? I love him so much. He's everything to me"

Jungkook rolled his eyes. Yoongi clenched his fist tightly.
Mr Park suddenly grew quiet. His gaze softened and his eyes looked like he was remembering something. Jimin suddenly knelt down.

"Father, I've never asked you for anything in my life. I have always done whatever you wanted. This is the first time I'm asking you this favor as your child"

He grabbed his hand tightly holding it fondly.

"Father, if you've ever cared for me at all, then I beg you...please let Taehyung go!"

"We will go far away, you'll never hear from us again. It will be like we never existed"

Mixed reactions appeared on Mr Park's face but Jeong Hana added in a hard tone

"Don't listen to him. What about Taehyung? Do you think he'll let you be after everything you've done to him? What about his parents murder? Do you think he'll simply forget it?"

She laughed silently. "Don't be naive Han Soo. We must get rid of him before he has a chance to escape! We must nip him in the bud"

Jeong Hana's words certainly got to him because the confusion on his face disappeared. His eyes then settled on Jimin.

"Don't be silly. Think of this as an honor. Once Taehyung's gone, you can move on. Find someone else, remarry..."

Jimin smiled. "You don't get it. You don't get how important Taehyung is to me!"

"Snap out of it Jimin! Your marriage with Kim Taehyung is over whether you like it or not!"

"Prepare yourself! I can't allow my son to continue sharing a bed with the enemy"

He grabbed the document and stood up. A huge wave of fever swept over Jimin again. He grew dizzy.

"Appa... please don't do this!" He murmured until he finally fainted.

Mr Park stared at Yoongi with annoyance. "Why Is he like this? Aren't you feeding him well?"

Yoongi lowered his head feeling anxious. "I'm sorry father in law. I think he's just weak"

Mr Park sighed. "I can see that. Make sure you take care of him"

He gave Jungkook a lasting look before he and Jeong Hana left. Yoongi made sure Jimin was lying securely on the bed. He looked worried noticing Jimin's pale skin.

"Jiminah, are you alright?" He whispered into his ear.

Jungkook immediately cut in. "He must be fine. He's probably distressed over the news that we had him and Taehyung divorced without his permission"

Yoongi seemed to believe him. He nodded his head.

"Take good care of him"

Jungkook smirked. "If I don't take good care of him, who will"

There was a smug smile on his face. Yoongi eyed him before walking out of the room. Jungkook looked back at Jimin, smiled and walked out of the room as well.

Taehyung was sitting dejectedly on the ground of the prison cell casually looking at the wedding ring in his finger and turning it absent mindedly when the jailer appeared in front of the cell.

"Kim Taehyung, you have a visitor" He spoke in a harsh tone.

Taehyung slowly dragged himself up. The cell opened and he was led out to the visiting area. As soon as he saw his 'visitor', his steps slowed. Mr Park was finally here and he were obviously here to mock him. He managed to put on a tough facade as he sat opposite him watching his scornful expressions.

"You're finally here! I wondered when you would come" he said grinning.

"You piece of trash!" Mr Park yelled.

"Did you really think you could destroy me? You little boy"

"You decieved me. Made me welcome you into my own family. Gave you my own son!"

"You killed my parents! Don't forget that!" Taehyung whispered in a deathly tone before rolling his eyes.

"So get to the point! Why are you here? You finally know the real me! Do you want laugh at me? To torture me? Go ahead! There's nothing more you can do to hurt me"

Mr Park hid a smile. "I thought of that. If it were that easy to hurt you, then you wouldn't be V"

"So I found out what could"

He brought out the divorce papers and placed it in front of him. Taehyung stared at it for a moment. He saw it was divorce papers and he was immediately bothered.

"What is this?"

"Divorce papers already signed by my son!"

Taehyung blanked out.

"What?"

Mr Park smiled, satisfied to see that his tough facade had completely crumbled. Taehyung held the papers desperately, his eyes fixed on Jimin's signature scribbled at the bottom of the page.

"This can't be!" He screamed.

Mr Park scoffed. "Really? Then why isn't he here?"

Taehyung was silent.

"Surely, you don't think that I would hold my own son captive?"

Taehyung clenched his feet. "You are more than capable of that"

Mr Park laughed. "Alright if that makes you feel better. Fine!"

"Jimin isn't here because he doesn't want to see you!"

"He is still a Park after all.  No matter what, his family comes first before you"

"It took a while but we were able to convince him to divorce you. He's trying to move on now! After all you're nothing but a criminal. He finally saw the light!"

"I don't believe you at all!"

"Then how can you explain his signature?"

Taehyung looked confused. "It must be a conspiracy. Jimin would never do that to me."

His lips were trembling and his entire body began to shake

Mr Park laughed harshly. "Is that what you think?"

"Then what is this engagement ring given by Yoongi still doing in his possession"

Mr Park produced a sparkling engagement ring from his inner jacket.

"Surely, he should have thrown it away. Why was he still hanging on to memories of his first love!"

Mr Park continued. "You know first love last forever. The feeling hardly ever goes away!"

Seeing that ring completely made Taehyung go crazy. He was seething with anger and jealousy. He didn't want to believe it but he couldn't help but wonder why Jimin didn't give Yoongi back his engagement ring. Could it be Jimin didn't really love him. Did he really see the big picture by staying married to him? but the thought of cute Jimin with his innocent smile appeared in his mind. He had confessed that he once tried to stop Taehyung from  hurting his family by trying to make him fall for him. How could he have been decieving him this whole time?

"It would be much easier if you sign the document. But If you prove difficult, the court will divorce you both anyway"

He stood up and adjusted his suit. "You're aware you're going to die here. You are never going to get out of here. I'll make sure of that"

After saying those words, he stood up and left. Taehyung remained blank even as he was taken back to his cell and thrown to the ground. All he could think of was the divorce papers. He had never felt so heartbroken before as he tried hard to put the pieces together. He didn't know what to believe at the moment. The ground was cold but despite it, he laid down feeling helpless for the first time in his entire life.
