GLARING SUN was beating down on the two teenagers as they laid wrapped together from the long party last night having behaved like children playing hide and seek in the reef while stealing some alcohol without the parents noticing, it was her happiness even if it only lasted a little bit.

The feeling of sand piercing into her skin as she woke up to someone grabbing fruit from a tree, "Elyä is that you?" Tsrieya's voice filled her ears.

Elyä looked up in shock from Neteyam's chest, his hands tightly around her waist not expecting to see the chiefs daughter on the secluded part of the beach, "Nete wake up," she shoved the boy embarrassed that she caught them both in this predicament.

"Neteyam if you don't wake up right now I will punch you in the face," Elyä grumbled slapping him again.

"Whats wrong?" His morning voice echoed in a still drunken haze his accent stronger than ever, "your parents are gonna kill us that's what's wrong!"

"Shit, oh hi Tsrieya," Neteyam grinned not expecting her to be standing above them, the two quickly stood up covered in sand and embarrassed, "you two are fucked," that's all she said walking back into the crowded village searching for the two teenagers who obviously had the time of their lives last night.

Jake saw the two and walked up to them, red clouding his vision he thought he lost two kids in one night, he couldn't bare that thought, Jake tossed and turned all night barley sleeping.

"Where the hell were you two," his commanding voice asked almost puncturing their already weird relationship, what did they do on that beach? That question ran through Jake's mind as they walked back to the hut judging and confused glances thrown their way.

The second the three walked through the door into the hut they were bombarded with questions and angry words from Neytiri, "oh great mother tell me not to kill these two with my bare hands," she mumbled as the two sat down embarrassed.

"Mother we are fine, we just got way to tired afraid playing hide and seek in the reef last night, we never intended to fall asleep on the beach," Neteyam told his mother glancing at the girl who was now hiding in the corner not wanting to face the wrath of Neytiri.

"I'm disappointed in you two," Jake sighed rubbing his forehead stressed, "you were meant to stay near us, we need to know you are safe!" He yelled his voice echoing through the home.

"We were!" Elyä said tired of being yelled at like little kids, "we are alive, we are safe, we know what we did was bad you don't have to yell at us to get the damn point across. We know." She spat leaving the house to go blow off some steam madness echoing through her entire body making her shake as she made a fist clenching tightly until red seeped into her palms.

Elyä called her ilu going to blow off steam their next lesson not until near eclipse, anger tears streamed down her face as she climbed up the jagged tree breathing in the salty air.

She missed home, she missed her family, she missed her father she barely knew, she needed to be back in the forest. Her home.

But something or someone is holding her back from leaving. Why do you have to fall for someone you fall for someone you know you can't have?

WATER the place you either fear or love, it could be your home or your hell you try to run from for Elyä it was both she tried and tried but being able to fight was not good enough for the water. It holds everything, your memories, your life even if you try to leave the dark abyss it's dark shadows hold you down until your gasping for air.

The blood is on your own hands as you try to escape the harsh waves crashing down on your dying heart as your gasping for air, but its not worth it the ocean gives and takes even if you fight its your time.

The way of water has no beginning or end.

That echoed through her head as she swam letting herself go deeper and deeper watching the animals feeling her heart slowly become one with the water.

The sea is around you and in you.

Those words continued to echo through the warrior's mind trying to defeat the dark thoughts that kidnapped her mind defeating it bit by bit, she couldn't protect it.

Elyä crashed through the water taking in the air glancing around to see if anyone saw her, the calmness was burrowed into her soul like a comforting mother.

This was her home now, she had to get used that not everything will be safe no matter how much she ached for it to be.

Her body floated on the water, the animals swimming around her it was like Eywa was saying hello, to say she will never be alone everyone has a family even in their own ways.

"Elyä! Elyä where are you! It's almost time for another lesson!" Tuk's voice echoed from near the hunt many other voices following after looking for her lost soul.

"I'm coming!" She yelled quickly getting out of the water as the group came towards her, Tuk ran towards the teenagers, "there you are we were looking all over for you! Roxto is teaching us a little today Tsireya and Lo'ak are doing one by themselves," she explained quickly making the older girl nod understanding the last part.

"Okay okay lets go then," the youngest Sully dragged her to the other side of the beach as they all went to ride their ilu's learning how to control their breathing and control, Neteyam glanced at her grinning like a child.

Even if the fear of drowning from the harsh waves that seared into the waters every growing anger even as you struggled to breathe, gasping as you goy your last breath.

The night was slowly coming the shades slowly shifting like the sun was getting buried by the ever death of the moon.

Her soul was one with the sun, escaping ever night to hide away.

THE SEA GIVES but it takes, Elyä was walking around collecting sea shells for her and some new friends to make some necklaces, it was how they bonded gossiping while making something important to them, it was easy, almost to easy.

The sound of male voices sounded to where Kiri was making her glance up walking over slowly.

"Are you some kinda freak?" Ao'nung asked his dick attitude stronger than ever, Elyä glared at him putting down her basket full of seashells walking over to him since she was higher rank in a way then him, he had no choice.

"He asked if you were a freak?" Some weird boy asked Kiri she sighed, "no."

"Are you sure? You're not even real Na'vi, look at this hands," he grabbed her hands and that's when Elyä came attacking no one grabs a women who was already uncomfortable.

"Oh great mother please let me kill this bitch," she mumbled walking over to them when Lo'ak screamed, "back up fish lips!"

"Oh another four fingered freak," Ao'nung spat at the Sully boy, "oh baby tail!" One of the chiefs sons friends said, Elyä ran up done with this shit, "back off they have done nothing to you, leave them alone," the older warrior said her voice strong.

Aonung backed up as Neteyam came his hair swinging, "you heard what she said, leave them alone," noticing that Elyä's voice wasn't enough but her glare did scare most of them.

"Big brother coming through-" another boy said his wavy hair messy but was stopped by Aonung, "back off. now." Neteyam commanded.

He raised his hands, "smart choice and from now on I need you to respect my sister and Elyä listen to her, she is a warrior after all," Neteyam glared at the boy annoyed.

"Let's go," they all followed him angry and annoyed, "bye bye!" A boy taunted it threw Lo'ak off the edge, he was filled to the brim with anger.

"What are you doing?" Elyä asked noticing him walking back to the group of boys.

"Lo'ak?" Neteyam both commanded and questioned just as confused as the rest of them, "I got this bro," he said strutting up to the group no one knowing what he's gonna do.

"I know this hand is funny, freak, alien," he moved his hand around, Neteyam silently spoke to Elyä glancing at each other having no idea what Lo'ak is doing.

"But it can do something really cool, watch first i ball it up really tight like this," Elyä finally realized what he was gonna do, "oh fuck," she mumbled right as the youngest Sully son punched Aonung right in the face two times, the warrior cringed feeling the pain.

"It's called a punch bitch! Don't ever touch my sister ever again!" Anoung attacked pushing him to the ground both of them fighting.

"Should we join them?" The Ateyitan asked glancing at her best friend watching as Lo'ak got his ass beat, "let's go."

The two joined in Elyä punching the guy who was dragging Lo'ak being able to push him to the floor repeatedly punching him as he tried to fight her.

Neteyam knocked down two boys Elyä dealing with the skxwang who was able to knock her down but she ended up back punching him until he's bleeding and bruising, "you hit hard," he groaned as she continued fighting him another boy trying to pull her off.

"I'm warrior of course I hit hard," she spat being pulled off going to fight the other guy not hearing what Kiri was screaming before going to get the parents not after laughing a little.

She ended up in pain but that's what you have to do for the ones you love, even if you die in the end.
