THE CALMING SOUNDS of the beach brought a sense of comfort over the teenage girl, her time usually spent with friends or in the water taking time to herself felt nice like she finally got a break. The feeling of sand in her toes as the sun shined down on her, this was her new home now as much as she hated it you have to adapt eventually.

The sound of footsteps that sounded like children's and some teenagers Elyä looked away from the necklace she was making for Neytiri.

"Why hello there?" the girl grinned noticing the group of children, "can you tell us a story of the forest?" A little boy asked his small accent making Elyä grin, "of course."

"Well sit down," she told the kids and some of her friends going to quickly sit down in the warm sand.

They all stared at her with a childish glee Elyä ached for like a wallowing heart aching for their own happiness, "what story do you want to hear?" She asked the small group who grinned brightly.

"How you got your banshee!" A young girl shouted from the back.

She nodded placing the necklace on her crossed legs, "hmm how I got Euralli," the warrior grinned before explaining it the memories flashing through her head like movies Jake told her about on earth.

"Elyä slow down! We don't want you falling down the mountain!" A'kaya yelled to her daughter chasing her to the banshees behind the waterfall.

The Sully's watched the interaction as she stared at them with a glee they only see once in a while, Neteyam walked over to her having got his a little bit before hers, "you can do this Lyä," he whispered in her ear.

She glanced at the Ikran who backed away at the sight of her, except a deep purple and blue banshee hissed at Elyä making her hiss make. This was the one.

Elyä grinned before attacking the Banshee jumping onto its back grinning mumbling, "your mine."

She almost fell off before slowly collecting her queue to hers gaining control of Euralli, "seal the bond! Fly go!" Neteyam yelled as she nodded flying off the cliff screaming.

"Fly straight!" She yelled feeling the scraps and bruises growing on her arm from hitting the rocks hard.

Slowly Euralli flew through the flying mountains before gliding through the sky to the teenage boy who jumped on his following her as she laughed, "well come on Net!" Elyä yelled laughing chasing her as the others who could fly followed after the two.

Elyä grinned while acting as her banshee and flying with Neteyam, "so I swooped down flying through his banshee and got yelled at by my mom," she showed her arms as she turned through his.

The kids watched star's gleaming in their ocean eyes intrigued by the story.

Some stories are so compelling you forget your living your own, fate has to decide how it ends even if you don't know how it ends.

THE GROUP OF SIX all sat on their ilu's going to the cove of ancestors that Tsireya and Roxto really badly wanted to show them, she and Neteyam's ilu where near each others as they took in the beautiful deep ocean scenery around them it nearing eclipse.

"We are here," Tsireya smiled pulling through the water the sight of floating mountains and an arched mountain that looked like it was holding the sun.

"This is the cove of the ancestors our most scared place," she smiled at them wanting to show them after weeks they have been there. Tuk stood up Kiri's shoulder taking the place in, the tree of souls being very different from the cove.

"Eclipse is the best time of day to be here," the chiefs daughter explained as the sun slowly went down shining brightly into their eyes.

Elyä put a hand up copying their movements slightly bothered by it, they watched as it became dark the spirit tree glowing a bright purple with bits of pink in the leaves staring at her waving like the ocean.

She watched as Tsireya directed them all the leaves grabbing her braid,  she connected her queue to the leave letting the memories get a hold of her like a tight hug making you gasp for air from its hold.

The sight of her mother and father snuggling together like the story her mother told her, days before the war began the small bit of happiness they had left.

"Tey are you afraid for our child?" She asked her mate holding her growing stomach having just learned from Mo'at she bore a child.

"No my love, you will make it through this war," he mumbled holding her closer, a small grin taking over his face, he kissed her hand, "if I don't make it through this battle tell my child I will forever be proud of them."

"You will not die Tsu'tey," A'kaya said her voice strong not knowing how the battle will go.

"Whatever you say," he smiled softly.

The memory faded from her mind to the sound of panic coming from her right, she quickly disconnected her queue and swam up to the surface where Neteyam had quickly reached for Kiri who was convulsing and shaking, and swam up to the surface where Elyä had her ilu ready to take her.

"What is wrong what is it?" Tuk asked as Neteyam started doing cpr on Kiri praying to Eywa she could breathe.

"Neteyam I need to take her to Jake now!" Elyä said quickly  as he got her to breathe again, "go now!" He mumbled back as she commanded her ilu to go him gripping her waist as they rode quickly back to the village.

The sound of a helicopter overhead echoed through the village it's blades collecting sand making it fly everywhere.

Metkayina people watched intrigued by the sky people device as it dove down into the sand landing calmly. It has been three days since Kiri had her seizure and the family was close to breaking, Jake walked up to Norm giving him a brotherly hug.

"Good to see you," he mumbled to Norm, "Neteyam, keep them back." Jake commanded his oldest son.

"How is she?" Norm yelled questioning over the loud noise, "still unconscious!" Toruk Makto yelled back helping to grab gear from the painted helicopter showing they weren't a threat to any of the people.

Elyä sat in the pod nervous for Kiri, "do you know if she'll make it?" Tuk asked the teenager she sat next too.

The warrior paused tears forming in her waterline, "only eywa knows that answer," Elyä mumbled to the younger girl as they sat inside having been the closet to the girls as the others sat behind the home.

Ronal walked up to the mauri pod since she is Tashki maybe she knew the answers.

"I see that I am not needed," the pregnant warrior said her accent strong as Neytiri kicked out the sky people and avatar leaving the two girls in the room.

Tuk held onto Ronal's stuff as Elyä watched intrigued by the way she was helping the person who was basically like a sister to her, "oh eywa, oh eywa." She muttered stab a little into Kiri's skin.

Everyone in the pod watched intrigued as Ronal made a triangle shape breathing it out into the air around them.

Kiri slowly opened her eyes, tears slowly starting to seep down her face like a waterfall.

"Kiri," Tuk smiled, "your awake!" Elyä smiled not wanting to handle the guilt and grief from losing another person, she can't not again.

Everyone ran into the pod going to see the young teenager, "oh Kiri, my sweet child," Neytiri said calmly holding her child tightly. She felt exactly like the teenager did, she can't lose her children.

You never really know how Eywa decides your fate or your families all you have to do is pray you aren't next.
