All the guys decide to meet at Jin's for one final 'hoorah', as Namjoon called it.

Taehyung and Jungkook were gonna go together to which Hoseok cooed over dramatically.

"I won't even have to tell Jin and Joon cause they'll see right through you." Hoseok said over the phone when he was talking to Taehyung.

Jungkook gets to Taehyung's around 6:30pm and walks to go get him.

"Ah. Jungkook. Come in. Taehyung's just in his room." Jakyung says letting the boy in.

"Thank you Ms. Chae." Jungkook says with a half now before showing himself to Taehyung's room.

Jungkook knocks lightly whilst opening the door.

Taehyung looks up from his dresser when he hears the door open.

"Oh. Hey Jungkook." Taehyung says before continuing to search for a shirt.

Jungkook smiles at Taehyung's shirtless back as he lays himself down on his bed.

"Stop staring you perv." Taehyung says turning to Jungkook.

Jungkook laughs before childishly covering his eyes.

Taehyung smiles and shrugs his button down on.

"Can I look now?" Jungkook asks.

"Yeah." Taehyung laughs buttoning his shirt.

Jungkook uncovers his eyes and sits up. "You look great."

"Thanks. You don't look too bad yourself." Taehyung says glancing in the mirror once more before grabbing his phone.

"Ready?" Jungkook asks.

"Ready." Taehyung says before following Jungkook out.

"I'll be back later tonight, I promise." Taehyung says to Jakyung as he leaves.

"I better see you later tonight then." Jakyung says back still preoccupied by some work she was doing on the computer.

Taehyung leads Jungkook out closing the door behind him.

"You two seem to have warmed up." Jungkook smiles.

"Yeah. She's not a bad person." Taehyung shrugs.

"I never asked you. I meant to ask how you were holding up with your dad being gone." Jungkook asks.

"It's weird." Taehyung shrugs. "She thinks my dad's this great person. Who's just had a troubled life."

"Oh." Jungkook frowns.

"It's okay though." Taehyung says. "If it means he's gonna turn his life around."

"That still doesn't take the past away." Jungkook says.

"It doesn't." Taehyung says. "But she's sweet. And she makes him less of an asshole. So why not."

Jungkook chuckles lightly. "As long as you're okay."

"I'm okay." Taehyung says with a small smile.

"That's all I want to hear." Jungkook says.

Taehyung's smile grows slightly at Jungkook's words.

Jungkook opens Taehyung's door for him and closes it before getting in the car as well.

They arrive at Jin's a little later than everyone else which results in them getting harassed by their friends.

"The power couple has arrived!" Jin says when he opens the door.

"Well if it isn't TaeKook." Namjoon says proudly.

"Can we say couple goals?" Hoseok chips in.

"I feel threatened." Jungkook says as Namjoon ushers him the house.

Jin leads Taehyung to the living while Namjoon takes Jungkook to the kitchen.

"What?" Jungkook asks Namjoon once the door swings shut.

"I needed help in the kitchen." Namjoon says.

"You can't even cook Hyung." Jungkook says.

"I also want to know what's up with you and Taehyung." Namjoon smiles leaning against the counter.

"Nothing. We're just..." Jungkook shrugs. "I don't know."

"You're just... dating? Talking? Hanging out? Friends with benefits?" Namjoon asks.

"No." Jungkook says slightly offended by the friends with benefits part.

"Then what?" Namjoon asks.

"We're just talking." Jungkook says.

"Okay. Elaborate." Namjoon says.

"Elaborate on what?" Jungkook asks.

"Do you like him?" Namjoon asks.

"Yes." Jungkook says.

"Does he like you?" Namjoon asks.

"He said he did." Jungkook says.

Namjoon smiles. "This is just great."

"Why are you guys being so weird?" Jungkook asks.

"Because. Taehyung isn't the type of person to be tied down." Namjoon says.

"Alright. Well so what." Jungkook says. "It's not a big deal."

"It is for us. We all just want the best for Taehyung and I'm sure you do too." Namjoon says.

"I do." Jungkook nods.

"I just wanted to make sure you weren't. Taking advantage of him." Namjoon says.

"Of course not." Jungkook says. "I care for him. Honestly."

Namjoon nods. "Thank you."

"For what?" Jungkook asks.

"I don't know." Namjoon says. "Just make sure you take care of him."

"Yeah. I will." Jungkook says.

"Now help me with the food trays." Namjoon says.

"Spill." Jin says plopping down next to Taehyung on the couch.

"What?" Taehyung asks.

"Spill." Hoseok says.

"What?" Taehyung repeats.

"You. Jungkook. Everything. Spill." Jin says.

"There's nothing to spill Hyung." Taehyung says.

"You wouldn't be smiling like that if there was nothing to spill." Jin points out.

Taehyung didn't even notice that he was smiling. "There's nothing."

"Is it official?" Hoseok asks.

"No." Taehyung says.

"Are you worried that he's using you?" Jin asks suddenly in a serious mood.

"No." Taehyung says honestly. "He cares about me."

"Does he treat you right?" Jin asks.

Taehyung nods and smiles looking down at his hands. "Yeah. He does actually."

"He's really good to me actually." Taehyung continues. "He's so kind to me that I have to make sure that he's really here and I'm not going crazy."

Jin and Hoseok laugh.

"I know it hasn't been that long. But he means a lot to me." Taehyung says. "If it weren't for him and Hoseok I don't think I'd still be here honestly."

Hoseok smiles sympathetically as tears start to well in Taehyung's eyes.

"It's crazy how just a little bit of good can outweigh so much bad." Taehyung says wiping his eyes. "I'm sorry I'm being a whimp."

"You're not a whimp Tae." Jin says hugging Taehyung from the side. "You deserve all the good this world can give."

Taehyung laughs. "That's a lie."

"I mean it." Jin says looking him in the eyes.

Taehyung smiles looking down again.

"Jesus Jin. I told you to get information not make him cry." Namjoon says as he and Jungkook appear from the kitchen.

"What's wrong?" Jungkook asks as he sets down the tray of fruit Namjoon gave him.

"Nothing. He's fine." Jin says patting Taehyung's knee.

Hoseok moves to let Jungkook sit next to Taehyung.

Jungkook doesn't push anymore questions but his expression is still full of concern.

"You guys are so cute." Jin smiles at the two.

Taehyung laughs as he wipes his tears away.

The rest of the night is good.

It almost feels like freshmen year again when they were all new to teen-hood.

"You guys are welcome to stay here tonight if you want." Jin says as they all gather to watch a movie.

"Thanks Jin." Hoseok says.

The rest of them mumble a thanks as well but they are almost half asleep and full of junk food.

Jungkook puts his arm around Taehyung who cuddles closer to him naturally.

"Couple goals." Hoseok whispers not so discreetly.

"Power couple." Jin whispers.

"TaeKook."
