5:53am
Felix stretched uncomfortably against the sheets, body automatically losing all its comfort when the unsettling addition of a dip was felt in the mattress. He ran a hand over his face, sweater paws still covering his palms as his eyes fluttered open to confirm who it was.
"Seungmin?" Felix called, timid, hoping that it was truly the named male present, only to be disappointed with a scoff from Changbin. He frowned at the man's response, heart already pounding as he remembered what he had intended to do that morning.
"Oh, you're back," he muttered, tiredly glaring at the black-haired male who was lazily trying to act sleepy, not even attempting to hide his irritation towards his partner. "I need to talk to you, Binnie."
"I'm tired, Felix. Go back to sleep, will you?" Changbin yawned against the pillow, back facing his boyfriend. "I'm sure whatever you want to say can wait."
Felix then sat up, sucking in a deep breath for enough courage to stroke his older boyfriend's arm, wondering whether or not demanding his attention was the wisest idea. "No, I need to talk now," he tried to sound assertive, resting a hand at Changbin's side, and sighing at his useless attempt to turn him to face his. "This is really important, Changbin. It's about our relationship."
Rolling his eyes, Changbin sighed and reluctantly agreed to face the male, the tone of his answer "What is it, Felix?" causing the boy to shiver in his seat. "What is it that you can't let me sleep, hm?"
"A-are you-" Felix paused, lips quivering as he bit down on the bottom one, tired; desperate, even, "Bin, are you cheating on me?"
Changbin scoffed, chewing harshly on the inside of his cheek as the previous night's guilt reclaimed his trend of thought. He placed his hands under his head, eyes stuck in a gaze forward, still laying sideways.
"Now why would you say that, Felix?" Changbin tried to ask as unsuspiciously as possible, "Shouldn't I be the one asking?" He added wickedly, hoping that falsely accusing the boy would sort of ease his own conscience.
"Changbin I'm not cheating, and you know that," Felix rebottled, tears finding their way down and over his cheeks, the facial skin tired of that company. "You know that no one is forcing you to stay in this relationship, right? But I'm not giving up my virginity when I know you're going to leave me anyways," the brunette cupped his own cheeks in a frail attempt to rid some of the salty water.
Changbin then looked up at Felix, eyes clouded with rage but undeniable guilt. "Felix," he muttered, sitting up some, "sometimes you have to make sacrifices for those you love," he stroked the blonde's exposed thigh, light and as gentle as the barbs of a feather, "But you just can't seem to understand that, hm?"
Sniffling, Felix shifted out of range, observing his boyfriend's unusual, disgustingly nonchalant mannerism.
"I want to do it when I feel comfortable, Changbin. And the more you pressure me, the more that I don't want to do it. Why are you so hooked on that anyway?"
Changbin closed his eyes, sighing. "I honestly don't know what you're so scared of, Felix," he said, agitated, glaring at Felix whilst making his way off of the bed. "It's been seven months since I moved in, and you're not comfortable yet? I pay more than half of the bills, and you can't give that one thing? Pleasure?" He shook his head. "Yes I have cheated, Felix. A man has to get his desires fed somewhere, doesn't he? It's not like you don't purposefully turn me on- always bending down in the most absurd locations," he rolled his eyes, Felix flinching as he walked over to his side of the bed.
"T-the kitchen isn't absurd, Changbin. The cupboards are low," Felix stammered, fiddling with the paws of his sweater. "But since you think like that," he took a deep breath, closing his eyes, "I think we should break up."
Changbin chuckled, sarcastically hearty, raising his hands like an aimed suspect. "You do you, Felix," he taunted. "You just made it easier for me to do things without feeling guilty all the time," he walked over to the closet, taking down an already filled suitcase.
"How are you packed already?" Felix eyed the elder, confused at the size of the luggage- his heart hurt.
"I kind of saw this coming," Changbin answered, sickeningly unbothered. "Ever since I started getting the impression that you just aren't into me, I just prepared myself," he got his remaining things from the hangers and shelves; Felix wondering why he was in such a haste to leave.
"You know you didn't have to leave instantly, right? And why would you say that I'm not interested?" Felix whimpered, lips quivering as he observed his partner's happy expression whilst packing. "D-did you ever love me, Changbin?"
"Let's not go back into that conversation okay, Lix?" Changbin paused to flash a teeth-less smile at the brunette. "And yes, I loved you. You're like really, really sexy," he squinted for emphasis. "But all you ever want to do is cuddle and hold hands, and I'm not for that, Felix, it's not like you didn't know it. I love hard, but give me what I want."
More tears escaped Felix's eyes as he watched the elder unplug his computer and collect his perfumes from the dresser. "I- well um... that really hurt, Bin," he mumbled, getting off of the bed in turn, following behind as Changbin left the room, heading for the front door. "I didn't know I annoyed you so much. I-I'm sorry," he cried, noticing how the older's hand hesitantly gripped the doorknob.
"See you around, Felix," Changbin muttered, "I hope you find that special person that you're willing to trust enough."
And at that, Felix cried, even more, peering down from the window, when Changbin had arrived in the parking lot, and watching as the male loaded his car before driving off; Felix's sobs only strengthening when the car sped out of sight.
"Great. Now I have to get a full-time job."

"A secretary? Really?" Felix muffled into Seungmin's chest, body curled up in the embrace of both his best friends. "Who even is this Minho guy? I've never heard of that psychologist."
"Well Hyunjin's friend says that his friend is his boyfriend and that he's really good," Seungmin smiled at his partner, the two lightly pecking each's lips above Felix's head. "And it just so happens that he's looking for a new secretary right now, and I think you're qualified."
"Well, it's not like I can decline. I need it. It's my fault for delaying in getting a job, but I just thought Bin would always be here," Felix sniffled, getting up from the two. "You said that I can do an interview today right? So I guess I should go get ready? You know, if you plan on putting in a word for me."
"We already did," Hyunjin chuckled, motioning an arm forward to indicate that Felix should move along. "You don't have to be there until ten so take your time," he winked, grinning, Seungmin nodding in agreement.
Felix then glared playfully at the two before strolling to his bedroom. He was more than grateful to have such reliable and protective friends like Seungmin and Hyunjin. "Thank you so much, for everything."
