Ryu woke up to a pair of breast in his face. He immediately deadpanned seeing blue hair in front of him knowing Xenovia was the cause of this. He turned around and was met by an even bigger pair in his face this time seeing black hair.

Ryu: 'Hime too?'

He was about to abruptly get up but he noticed that Koneko was laying on his chest. He soon realized it was 4:30 in the morning on a SATURDAY.

Tiamat: 'Ryu, think about it.'

Ryu; 'Actually fuck that I'm between 3 cute girls. I'm going right back to bed.'

He began sleeping again.

TIME SKIP!!

After waiting a good 3 and a half hours he managed to slip out from the bed. He stretched before realizing what today would be.

Ryu: 'Today is the day. The summit. We'll settle things once and for all, and maybe even get a little bit of peace.'

Tiamat: I didn't think you'd care that much partner.

Ryu: 'To be honest, fighting is just a really really good pass time for me. I can still get a fight without a war needing to break out so if the option for peace comes up, I'm taking it.'

Tiamat: You've grown up so much.

He walked down the stairs and was surprised to see Alucard and Dio on the couch.

Kira: Mm... Morning.

Ryu: Morning sis, -really quick question by the way- why are our Uncles both sleeping on my couches?

Akane: That's because all Vampires will be present during the meeting. You both can choose whichever-

Ryu&Kira: Vampire.

Fafnir: Good sooner the better.

Darak: Well we should be ready, it's *Yawn* Going to be tonight.

Ryu: Yeah we all gotta get some caffeine in our systems before anything else. And wake them up.

Alucard: *Yawn* Oh no need we're up.

Dio: Just a bit drained from playing you're video games for the whole night.

Ryu: Ah, that's worse than waking up.

He opened the fridge before passing everyone, minus Akane who already had plenty of energy, a Red Bull. They all gulped it down fully energized. Ryu sprouted his wings bursting with energy.

Ryu: I have half a mind to make a Red Bull gives you wings joke.

Akane: Don't. Anyway you forgetting something?

Ryu: Oh right the three girls who decided to get into my bed while I was asleep.

Alucard: You sly dog.

TIME SKIP!!

After about 12 hours they all got to the school.

Ryu: Why do do this so damn late I have no fucking idea.

Rias: Alright Gasper, behave yourself.

Gasper: Yes ma'am.

Ryu: Shush you he already knows about it.

Rias: I know. But just in case Koneko is going to stay with you.

Hearing this out Ryu slightly on edge.

Ryu: 'For the love of thick thighs if shit goes down south again Imma bitch slap Cherry into the atmosphere.' By the way Gasper, catch.

He tossed Gasper a Nintendo DS with Pokémon Red Green Blue and Yellow.

Gasper: Cool!!

Ryu: Once you get pass those I'll give you a newer version. Anyway we're off. We should get to the others fast.

He threw down a teleportation circle and went in with the others following. Soon they arrived in the meeting room with Ryu scanning the room. He looked around and saw some familiar faces like Irina, and pretty much every damn Devil he knew. Though who he didn't know was the Angel sitting down who he assumed was Michael. He also saw the Azazel with a black haired man behind him, and also a silver haired teen.

Ryu: 'Who's that guy?'

Tiamat: 'It's him Ryu.'

Issei: Vali.

Vali: Hello.

Ryu: The White Dragon, did I get that right?

Vali: Yes I am. And you are the Devastation Dragon Emperor right?

He walked over to the rest of the Vampires leaning against the wall.

Sirzechs: Everyone's here now. This is the eldest twin of the Lucifer Family, Ryu Lucifer, and my little sister and her retainers. They are the ones that fought Kokabiel during his surprise attack. I'm sure you felt the eruption of demonic power during the surge correct?

Michael: Yes, it was hard to believe it came from someone so young. I thank you for your hard work.

Azazel: Once again I apologize-

Azrael brought his fist down onto Azazel's head.

Azrael: Don't say that with a condescending tone. And for those who don't know me, I am Azrael. The Angel of Death.

Kira: You're Azrael?

Darak: Anyway, we should start this meeting. Ryu, Kira, state your cases first. If that is alright with everyone here.

They all nodded as the twins stepped up.

Kira: I'm sure you all know the seriousness of the attack. Going of orders or not Kokabiel still attacked us. He stole the Holy Swords and even attacked us. This did unfortunately result in two deaths. The deaths of a Devil who currently isn't here, Koneko Tojo, and the Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou.

Ryu: Thankfully, I realized there was a chance I could revive them as my own Vampire Thralls. Though before that, I had to deal with Kokabiel myself, the results being, him not being in existence any longer. I have two eye witnesses of this account. Both Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri. May you both please come up with you're own cases?

They both nodded before coming up with their own reports in hand. They read it aloud nearly going word for word with what Ryu had said.

Rias: The report I have summarizes everything that had happened.

Sitri: I being an eye witness to this must agree.

Serafall: Good job ladies, you make me so proud!

Sona immediately embarrassed went back to her place.

Ryu: That's all on our sides. We'll let the Governor General of the Fallen Angels make his case.

Azazel: Kokabiel went rogue, therefore my thoughts on the subject are irrelevant.

Ryu clenched his fist from the smug attitude of Azazel before calming himself down.

Azazel: On the matter I sent the White Dragon Emperor so fix this little problem but when he arrived he already witnessed the Devastation Dragon Emperor handling things rather, brutally.

Akane: May I speak?

They had all agreed.

Akane: They way my son handled the situation was quite gory, but it was better than having the entire town destroyed. What is you're opinion of the mater Azrael.

Azrael: Well, I have to agree with you all, Azazel's lack of urgency could have resulted in the next Great War. But it would have likely ended in all faction ending. All accept for the Vampires do to their immortality.

Dio: If you want my own opinion, I would rather like to avoid another war. With most numbers still recovering, it would be detrimental for another to erupt.

Alucard: Indeed. I think we would all want to avoid that. God and the Original Devil King are gone. All that's left of the later is their Bloodline running through Lady Akane and her children.

Azazel: Once again, we have another complication which are equally, no, much more destructive of our hands. They are the Red, the White, the Devastation, and the Doom Dragon Emperors. So I'd like to hear their thoughts.

Vali: What I want, is to fight someone as strong as me. And I can see a few in front of me, so I guess there's no cause for a war.

Azazel: Doom Dragon Emperor?

Kira: I'm not as prone to fighting as some, I mostly do it just for fun, so I'd rather just aim for peace.

Azrael: What say you, Red Dragon Emperor?

Issei was slightly stuttering and jumbling up his words.

Ryu: Issei, think about it this way, we go to war, you and Rias could never be together again.

Issei's eyes widened hearing the way Ryu put it. Even Rias tensed up hearing that.

Issei: No way... That just can't happen.

Ryu: So if you choose peace, you two can live out your lives together for the rest of eternity.

Issei: Then I'm all for peace.

Sirzechs: Good. Now what about you Ryu?

The answer to if a war would start or not was riding on him.

Ryu: To be honest, I'm like Vali in a way. All I want is to fight a powerful opponent. But there's no way in hell I'd start a war just for my own selfish needs. That'd make me no better than Kokabiel was. So I'd rather have peace.

Akane, Darak, and even Sirzechs were proud of the way he put that. Kira was especially happy.

Akane: 'I can't believe the man you've grown to become my son.'

Darak: Well, looks like it's unanimous.

Ryu: But, Michael, I'd like to ask of you a question.

Michael: What would that be?

Ryu: Is the reason why you kicked Asia out of the church because the system could barely function?

Michael sadly nodded.

Michael: Yes. It can barely even function as is right now.

Ryu: Hm. So I'm guessing she would have been a threat to you're existences in heaven as well. It makes more sense to me now.

Xenovia: So that was why.

Michael: It was wrong of me for that. We should have found away, you were hardly heretics. I beg of you're forgiveness.

Irina was shocked hearing this.

Irina: 'Then she didn't betray us?'

Xenovia: Apology accepted Chief Michael.

Ryu: Sorry for changing the matter. So are we all in agreement-

Azazel: Asia Argento? Oh right I think I've heard of you.

Ryu: Don't you fucking-

Azazel: Wasn't one of my subordinates responsible for you're death?

Ryu's pupils went slitted hearing this.

Tiamat: 'Breathe Ryu! You're a leaf! A leaf in a calm stream!'

Ryu: Must... Control... Wrath... Kira Uncle hold me back right now...!!

They both placed their hands on his arms trying extremely hard to not let Ryu lunge forward to Azazel. Issei was not as able to control himself.

Issei: Yeah it's because she wanted to be like you stupid asshole!!

Rias: Issei it's alright.

She held onto his arm.

Akane: Azrael-

Azrael: Azazel I swear to the dead God-

Azazel: Let me finish. I do take full responsibility. I will compensate both of you in ways only I can.

Ryu still had lightning coming off of him as he was not amused in the slightest. We was about to say something as everyone in the room stopped. All accept those with higher powers, aside from Rias who grabbed onto Issei.

Ryu: This is Balor View... MOTHER FUCKER!!

Darak: Only those with superior powers haven't been affected.

Vali: We can thank our Dragon's, they're the ones that saved us two. The holy trio were protected by their swords. The Vampires however-

Kira: Our raw power was more than enough to overcome it.

Ryu: Wait why the hell is Cherry not frozen then? She couldn't even beat Kokabiel.

Rias: Not the time Ryu. You saved me Issei.

An explosion went off outside as they all checked to see what happened. They all saw people in robes coming from a massive magic circle.

Akane: Darak what'd you do?

Darak: Oh I'd never summon an army of magicians. They're way to weak.

Dio: This is Gasper's power. Though he is using Balance Breaker Levels.

Ryu: Rias...

Rias: *Gulp* Yes Ryu?

Ryu: If Gasper is captured, wouldn't that mean...

Rias: N-No...

Ryu: THOSE BITCHES KIDNAPPED KONEKO TOO!!!

Kira: WHO'S THE ONE THAT BETRAYED US COME ON AND GET YOUR BUTT KICKED!!

Alucard: Well whoever betrayed us just earned themselves death.

Sirzechs: I recommended we take action now. If they somehow found a way to make Gasper even STRONGER, none of us will survive.

Issei: How can Gasper be so powerful?

Ryu: Cause he's a mutation piece like me. His potential isn't readable.

Issei: Woah.

Ryu: Rias, Castle over to the club. I'm gonna go give those guys a little welcome.

Vali: Mind if I join in?

Kira: Do what you want.

Sirzechs: Since I can't stop any of you, go ahead.

Ryu smirked as he blasted through the walls with Vali and Kira following behind.

Albion: How long has it been, Fafnir, Tiamat?

Fafnir: About a few hundred years give or take.

Ryu: Anyway, you two in for a little competition?

Vali: Name it.

Ryu: Whoever takes down the most magicians wins.

Kira: I'm down with that.

Vali: Alright then. Might as well try a little.

All: BALANCE BREAK!!!!

Fafnir&Albion: Downfall/Vanishing Dragon: BALANCE BREAKER!!

Tiamat: Havoc Dragon Balance Breaker: Dragon Lord Mode!!

They all entered their own Balance Breakers.

They all moved at high speeds killing magicians left and right.

Issei: Woah. They're all on different levels. Meanwhile I'm-

Ddraig: You haven't even attempted Balance Breaker yet. We don't know if you can or can't so might as well try.

Issei: Damn! Well I might as well give it a go when I have to.

Vali: 69, 298!

Kira: 533, 666!

Ryu: 3500! 6969!!

They were all going on a killing spree as Ryu dialed a number on his phone.

Ryu: Yeah I'm gonna cash in on a favor today.
