"what did you do to them?!" I growled

The disgusting person in front of me smirks evilly and stroked the wall.

"why whatever do you mean?" she asked innocently making me want to punch her to death

"don't play dumb. You did something to them so they became frozen like this. What. Did. You. Do? And where's Winter? Did you do something to her too?!!" I demanded, my hands balling into tight fists

"oh, do you mean the mutt prez? It disturbs me with its powers so I shut it up" she said casually while holding up Winter that has turned into solid stone.

"WINTER!!" I shrieked as I snatched her from the wretched witch in front of me

Taking a glance at Winter and all my friends, I turned to look at the woman in front of me again

"turn them back" I demanded

"I would, but there's a prize for that. If I return them, you'll come back to-"

"to Ente Isla with you. I know. Turn them back" I growled

"turn. Them. BACK!!!" I shouted with my voice getting deeper and deeper

"or you'll be sorry" I growled lowly making her calm expression turned into a surprised and scared one before it turned back to the calm one moments later

"as you wish" she shrugged. She snapped her fingers and my friends, including Winter dissapeared.

"WHAT DID YOU DO?!" I shouted angrily

"calm down and wait" she huffed

The door to the attic suddenly opened before Maou, Emi, Winter, and the others went out of it

"wait wha...... THEY WERE IN THE ATTIC THE WHOLE TIME?!!" I screamed in frustation

"we were concious up there and tried to shout at you but the door is locked and it seems like she did something so you can't hear us" Emi explained

" YOU LIED TO ME!! THE DEAL IS OFF!!" I growled, stomping towards the smirking woman in front of me

" of course I didn't, my dear. I said I would simply return them, didn't I?" she retorted

My eyes grew wide. My hand balled into a fist before it swiftly went towards her face. It hit her. Hard. Very hard. She fell to the ground, knocked her head on the table and her forehead started bleeding and so does her nose.

" that's my girl "Maou said as he wrapped his arms around my shoulder

" let's just end this now "Emi said, already holding the holy sword on her had

" I couldn't agree more "Suzuno nodded. Her hammer is raised high on the air, ready to pounce

I could feel the wretched woman smirk behind me but I couldn't careless about it.

" but-" Suzuno said before I cut her off," this is what my dad taught me. This is what he would want me to do "I said sadly

While the others continues to argue and reason me, Maou kept quiet. Not even a single word came out of his lips. He kept on looking at a phoyo of me and my dad that's framed near my bed.

" Maou! You're her boyfriend!! Tell her to stay! "Emi's voice boomed as she slapped the devil's back

"....... She's right "Maou breathed

" WHAT!?!! "Everybody shrieked angrily

" she's right. She did gave her words. A good leader, a good hero, a good person should know that you can never betray your own word "Maou stated

" I will kill you later " Emi growled

" forget later! Kill him NOW "Karuchi growled angrily with Izzy holding her back

" see? Even her demonic partner said it was the right call. Now, Alice, shall we? " Kasdeya asked as she extended her hand to me

" just because I gave you my word on coming back to Ente Isla with you, it doesn't mean that you may do anything to me. Including touching me " I said coldly as I walk towards the stairway.

I can feel everyone's glance are on me. Right before me and the witch step downstairs, I winked at the others and went downstairs.

MAOU'S POV

" did she just winked at us?? "Emi whispered

" does that mean she has a plan? "Suzuno asked

" duh, of course she does. Are you all dense or what? It's obvious someone as smart and cunning as her fall into that simple trick that easily "I snorted

" you knew she has a plan all along!?" Izzy asked

" um... Duh! She's my girlfriend. Of course I know. Even if she didn't tell me what it is, I know she always have a plan up on her sleeves " I shrugged

" I seriously doubted you too much "Karuchi sighed

" wait.. What's her plan exactly? "Suzuno asked

Silence..... None of us know. Not even me. The thing about Alice's tricks and planning is that they're usually spontaneous so only she knows the detail. The problem is that she's not here to tell us just what it is.

" Winter, you've been abnormally quiet, are you ok- Winter?" Emi asked

We turned our attention to Winter who's eyes shone icy blue. She looks like her brain has been taken over. But it doesn't seem like black magic is working like when Kasdeya locked us in the attic.

Moments later, Winter's eyes went back to normal as she shook her head rapidly. She then looked at us and grinned widely.

"I know what her plan is" she said happily

"wha- how?" Karuchi asked

" she told you through telepathy, didn't she?" I guessed

She looked at me in surprise before she nodded.

"yeah, me and Alice were able to do telepathy to each other. I was quite surprised she still remembers how to do it since it has been so long since we last do it" Winter explained

"so what's the plan?"
